Was very good experience, im deathly afraid of sitting in a dentist chair, everyone I dealt with were very caring and gentle and took the time to reasurre me everthing was okay even when i started shaking and tearing up i was able to compose myself and get my procedure completed in one day.

I feel that the wait time is little excessive each time I visit this office. I was there for over an hour and a half, and that is just a little too long to me for a cleaning. Most of what I was doing was waiting. Also, I know it isn't anyone's fault in the office, but each time I come, I feel like I have to pay a lot of money. I know this is because of my insurance, and the benefits coordinator did let me split my payments up, and I do appreciate that. Due to me having to pay so much each time, I am going back to regular cleanings every 6 months. I do like this office very much though. The hygenist is wonderful and everyone is very nice and helpful. Thank you!

It is rare to find such caring professionals such as those at Queen Creek Smiles. Doctor Richtsteig is more than understanding about any dental issues you may have. Particularly for patients as myself who have a phobia of dentist due to past bad dental experiences. I was amazed at the beautiful work Doctor Richtsteig does from bridges to implant crowns and how efficiently, painlessly and quickly they were done. Every staff member is knowledgeable in what they do from the dental assistant to the financial manager who is well versed in all types of insurance and will work with you on a payment plan. I would recommend doctor Richtsteig and Queen Creek Smiles without any hestiation, as a matter of fact I already have to many of my friends.

Only part of visit that was uncomfortable and end result unexpected was the flouride glazing (?). What a mess in mouth, lips. Terrible after just having teeth cleaned. Would not do again. Was told I could eat and drink, but think eating probably negated the treatment. :(

I got the coating put on the teeth to protect from cavities and it has fallen out after 2 weeks. I came back in and had them put back in and they fell out the same day. very dissatisfied. They want me to come in a 3rd time and if they fall out again, I will demand my money back.

Dr. Schmidt is professional, competent, and considerate. Melissa in benefits/scheduling is very helpful and personable. My recent deep cleaning with Tabitha for peridontal disease treatment was a good experience. Tabitha explained the procedure well, and seemed skilled. I have been going to this location for three years now and they have always been very nice and caring when it comes to my dental care. The only complaint I would like to share is that this visit as well as my last one took much longer than it should have. Ninety minutes for a basic cleaning, especially when there wasn't much cleaning to be done is too long. I have found myself sitting in the chair in the cleaning room waiting and waiting for someone. Other than that this office and the staff are excellent.
