Like most folks, I feel my time is valuable, so when an appointment is set to begin 11:15 a.m., I don't feel I or anyone else should be made to wait another twenty minutes to be called, especially when most offices would probably cancel your appointment if you were more than ten minutes late. On top of that, when the procedure began, the dentist and assistant found that they didn't have a necessary tool so the dentist had to stop and wait for the tool to be recovered. I just don't find this to be an effective use of anyone's time. I am, however, completely happy with the appointment process, availability of appointments, and the overall procedure. My dentist was friendly and kept me engaged while working. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done and the attitudes of the staff, but in order for me to make this my long-term dentist, I'll need to be shown that my time is of importance.

very fast and efficient... the appointment went very fast, love that! The pricing for my orthodontic procedures was very straight forward and i love that a payment plan is available!

Very professional from start to finish. Dentist had a great "chair side" manner and extremely professional. Dental assistant was pleasant and very willing to listen to my concerns. The cost of treatment was explained in an excellent manner and I felt the office was going to do everything possible to meet my dental needs at a fair price.

This was my first consultation with my dentist. We discussed getting my teeth deep clean first and then we will evaluate any other work. So I could not comment on some of the questions. Overall my first visit was very, very good. I think that we will be very happy.

I think you guys ROCK!!. The nice lady who took my XRays made it painless and with my mouth that is not easy. Everyone made me feel welcome and looked like they were glad I was there. I do not like Dentists but I believe I have found the perfect one!!!! I am just waiting for my treatment plan to be sent over and I am going to begin. Of all the Dental offices I have visited you guys are the best. I actually WANT to come back and fix my teeth!!!!

Good Service, but I will never be overly excited about the dentist, and I am never happy at the price I have to pay even with my insurance.

It was nice that the staff helped me meet long term dental needs while being sensitive to my financial constraints. They were able to provide me options that allowed me to get the treatement needed at a payment plan I could afford.

Was honestly the best most thorough dentist appt I have ever had. People were super friendly top to bottom, and as a healthcare professional I was very impressed with the dr's "chairside" manor. I actually referred a friend while still in the office!

I was extremely satisfied with everyone who works in your office. I was made to feel very comfortable from the start. My only complaint was the time in which it took to complete my appointment. It took over 35 minutes to be taken back in for xrays and the appointment ended up lasting almost 3 hours total.

I'm a brand new patient through Groupon. Went in for a cleaning and exam and came out with a half completed root canal. They recognized an issue I didn't know I had and did everything they could to get it taken care of as quickly and as painlessly as they possibly could. They were patient, knowledgeable and worked with me on the cost of an unexpected and expensive procedure. Overall a wonderful office, with caring and skilled people. Unfortunately I'm not finished with the work and have to go to another office to see a specialist. Which is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 smiles. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Freida and her assistant. Freida was very patient, thorough and explained in detail the importance of having a treatment plan in place to avoid problems in the future. Kudos to her!!!!

The waiting time is too long.

I was very impressed by the thoroughness of your care and the professionalism of your staff. The reason why I put that I'm not sure if I have a plan is that I won't have one until I come in a few weeks to meet with the hygienist.

I found the experience informative and my ever question was answered until I fully understood every aspect of my treatment options. I was given many options that attended to my full dental care and your professional finical assistance made it possible to achieve all my needs. It was a friendly atmosphere of concern for my needs and my doctor and dental hygienist accommodated me fully. I give the whole experience an A+. Keep up the good work ;-)

After I left the office I thought of another question for my dentist. I called the office, spoke with the rectionist and asked to leave the dentist a message and have him call me back. I never heard back from anyone from the office.

The dental assistant appeared very new and was learning the ropes, but did a good job even if there were any mistakes. She was a joy to be around.

Dr Dogra and his staff were fantastic, I had a crown put in and it was a great experience. I think that Dr Dogra has a chance to enter the "America's Got Talent" contest this next season as a comedian. I really appreciated the good humor, Really! :)

I was very impressed about the quality of the care and services. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Especially with my daughter's visit. She is a little skittish about going to the dentist. She was all smiles at RC Dental and talked about how nice everyone was all the way home. As the aprebt I appreciated the lelvel of communication about her treatment and her goals for continued good dental health.

Not sure what happened when I checked in but they forgot and I had a 30 minute wait. It wasn't until I went back up to the receptionist that I finally was seen.

I have been a patient of you clinic for several years and return because of the excellent care; however the average appointment time is now burgeoning on 1.5 hours. For a basic exam/scale, xrays, and cleaning on a patient with no significant issues, this is simply too long. I was greeted in a timely fashion and processed for xrays soon after, however, i spent at least 15 minutes in the chair between xrays and seeing the dentist, then over 20 minutes between the dentist and the assistant for cleaning- 35 minutes wasted. The office is impeccably clean with all the latest "toys" and the care by all is very good; however, the assembly line setup that may be good for the practice with the high number of patients in the seats per hour but the overall service and wait time really detracts from the positive outlook on the experience and encourages me to seek a more "mom and pop" practice where I am processed start to finish without lag time between people in under an hour.

I have not hada a cleaning as yet and checked that box by mistake. I enjoed my first experience and look forward to continuing withthis office.

After my x-rays, I sat in the treatment chair for twenty minutes before my dentist began my cleaning. That wait is too long since I am missing work for my appointments. If I could be in and out in under an hour without the wait, this would be the ideal dentist. It appears as though appointments are stacked so the dentist is always busy and has patients waiting, as opposed to having the dentist ready for the patient so we don't have to wait... Seems illogical to me.

I am very happy with the staff, especially the dentist, at this dental office. My only complaint is that we have had to wait for excessive amounts of time every time we have been in (30+ minutes before ever being called from the waiting room).

As a new patient, I felt a little bit apprehensive and wonder if I receive excellent care (Your dental office receives only 1 1/2 stars on the internet). However, my apprehension disappeared right away after I had interaction with Gina, who is with Dr. Greenmun team. fyi. I am planning to refer your dental office to my associates. Lastly, at the other dental office, I received 10% discount as a senior. Could you match that?

I like the people at the office and they where very nice I well hope to go there again.

The overall approach of the dental office as an office and an organization was very professional and inviting. I like seeing this survey offered and I hope it is used as a bench mark to maintain a high level of service. The current front office staff is a huge upgrade from the previous staff that was there during my previous visits. I actually took the time to remember their names Savannah and Sheena (hope I am spelling it right). They definitely deserve kudos. Dr. Boyte is no less than stellar as usual. The dental techs and assistants were always a pleasure. If there is an area of improvement, it is in the wait time before a visit. In no way is this detrimental however if this could be minimized then the overall experience can be world class. I will definitely refer friends and family here.

The hygenist was very sensitive to my concerns and apprehensions about the procedure. She did a wonderful job.

Dr. Boyte has been my dentist for about 3 years now and I absolutely love her. her professionalism is unmatched. I particularly cared for how my time was used on this visit. I had a conference call at 2:30 and they made sure I was out by then. Very impressive. Thanks for the great service everyone. J
