I switched dentists many times before finding Monet dental. I really like my denist and the entire office staff. They remember me and my whole family and take the time to make sure I feel remembered. My only criticism is that I often have to wait 10-15 minutes for the dentist once I am in the chair.

Amazing staff! They made me feel comfortable from start to finish.

All of the elements of successful treatment are in-place, and those that offered guidance from your firm made that a smooth easy process!

I absolutely LOVED the dentist, the hygenist, ALL of the staff were very friendly. Unlike our pediatrician, who leaves us waiting for an hour beyond our appointment time, we were brought back and serviced in a very timely manner. That is much appreciated for a mom of a toddler. I will definately be back and recommend this office to many. Thanks !

Dr. Herbert is just as beautiful as Dr. Apin I'm such a lucky customer. Patty at the front desk is really an added treat. You're all so very nice to me. Thank you Cheers!

I was in pain when I went in however I didn't have money until next pay period at my job. I was denied for the financing and they wanted half down for the treatment right then and there. I didn't have it so they sent me on my way with a prescription for pain. I was extremely upset that they weren't more flexible with the payment..ie post dated check or a little less down seeing as how my wife and kids go there frequently. I managed to borrow the money from a family member by the grace of God and was able to go back the next day to complete treatment.as mad as I was the dentist was awesome and took great care of me when I went back.

Just an FYI: When the assistant was taking my childrens xrays, she had gloves on and would position device in and out of their month and then touch the button to take the x-ray. She would then go back into the childs mouth with the same gloves. She worked on both of my children with out cleaning the monitor where she pressed the button to take the x-ray. This could be a health code concern if the monitor/button it is not cleaned in between clients.

Best dental experience I have ever had. I plan on continuing to drive from the West side to Rancho to continue my dental care with this great team. Extremely happy with the care i have recieved to date.

Overall, I was very happy; I am concerned about my treatment options and how to pay for them; they are rather expensive and my insurance doesn't cover as much as I had thought.

This has been the best dental office I've been to in the past 10 years. All staff members are friendly & awesome. The dentist was very gentle & thorough.

Going to the dentist can be scary, but your staff and dentist make the experience very easy, and quite frankly enjoyable. I am very satisfied with everything.

Dr. Apin is hands down the best dentist I've ever gone to! I've recommended her to several people already. Her staff is amazing too, very professional and great at what they do. And the office is very clean, which I think is very important for a dental office.

Dr. Alpin is the best! She is very professional and she is very sensitive to my needs. She is also very patient and thorough with my kids. I will continue to come and bring my entire family as long as she is there! The previous dental office I went to kept changing doctors every time I would go. It seemed like they didn't even know us. We are very happy at Monet Dental!

Everyone was extremely nice. Saw a substitute Dentist, and she was extremely helpful and attentive.

Considering I was getting a new crown put on, the office staff and dentist were great! I appreciated that the dentist called me the next day to make sure the pain was gone.

This was our family's first visit, and we had three children treated... all of them were treated with kindness, care, and respect. We felt very welcomed there and are happy to be a part of this dentist office.

I am not sure where to begin. I have had dental problems for years. I don't have the worst teeth in the world but I have not done my part. I have to say that I might of given the dentist more attention over the years and my problems today would not be so serious. But, they are my issues. I have not taken the advice for preventative care and have not taken care of my teeth. This is my fault. The Monet Dental Group/Rancho Office has been just wonderful. Even though I have been in pain I feel like had I listened to them 2 years ago and taken stayed on my long term plan, my problems today would not exist. This time I am staying on the plan no matter the cost. Eventually I hope the insurance monies can got towards the dental care I want instead of last minute needs. The male dental assistant Javier has a number of serious issues which very negatively affect my care: [1] Bossy & Inconsiderate - just telling me what was to happen without any input from me -when I first arrived Javier took me to a room and said he was going to do the whitening before the annual appointment which took me several minutes to stop as he was not listening to me at all; [2] Rude & Ineffective - he took over in the x-ray room from another male who was doing a very good job taking enough time to be sure I was comfortable. When Javier took over he rushed and jammed the x-ray stuff in my mouth and got less than ideal images all while telling me it didn't really matter anyway; [3] Inconsiderate, Impatient, Lying & Reckless - after the hygienist finished doing a great job of cleaning my teeth Javier pulled me into another room told me he was Haidi's assistant and he was going to help prepare the items needed for my teeth whitening he proceed to jam mouth plates on to my uppe

Es magnifico el servicio de su Oficin pero creo que es mucho tiempo en una silla del Dentista, 11.30 AM hasta las 4.00 PM tengo un poco lastimado el labio inferior,estaba con nervios y muy estresada, una corona temporal se despego y tengo nervios regresar por este momento tratare la proxima semana

I was extremely happy with the whole experience and especially the expertise of Dr. Morgan. I will bring all my children here for future dental treatments. Your whole team was great with the exception of one person. She could have seemed more happy like having a bright smile but she was still helpful and professional. I do know that you can't have a great day everyday though. Still I would recommend your dentist to everyone. Thank you to your entire team.

I am very happy with my new dentist. Not as happy with the one I had in the office before. Great treatment when I was finally seen. I walked in 10 minutes early for my appointment and then waited for 55 minutes to be taken back. There were apologies but that is ridiculous. Everyone that came in after me was seen before me. I was waiting for xrays behind two people that came in after me. Then I waited another 20 minutes to be seen and 15 more for the hygenist. I never even saw the dentist I was scheduled to see. My time is as important as anyone else's and just because I was nice about it does not mean I wasn't frusterated and upset. My total time in the office was 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my cleaning and an adjustment to my crown. That is unacceptable.

You all are amazing and my girls love you! It makes going to the dentist "fun!"

My only concern is that when I made my appointment, I was coming in for a cleaning and my chart shows that I need periodental care; however, the hygentist was not in on the day of my visit so I had to reschedule for the cleaning. This takes time away from my job and is not looked favorably upon by senior management.

We are considering the dental plan offered through the office. Thanks for the information. The only thing that was confusing was the process for teeth bleaching that I was supposed to follow. There did seem to be a good system for instruction. I have not done it before. The hygienist and dental assistant attempted to put together verbal instruction for me. However, when I got home, my wife had received different instructions on her recent visit. Overall though, great office, great service. Thanks!

I've been to many dental offices and have always felt rushed and uninformed about what was going on. This was the first time the doctor explained to me what she was looking for during her exam and even pointed out on my own teeth what she was concerned about. The staff was very friendly and helped me in a timely manner. I was also impressed with the equipment and level of cleanliness. Thank you for this positive experience!

Everything was great except I felt the wait was to long. The whole appt. took 2 and a half hours and I only had a check up, x-rays, and cleaning.

This was my first time at this office, and I will be back on aar basis...a great dentists office! In fact, the best I've ever used.
