Excellent care even for someone like me that hates going to the dentist. The caring attitude of all staff made my visit one of comfort and less anxiety and I am now getting the dental care that I waited a long time to get out of fear of pain and discomfort. By the way I had NO DISCOMFORT during my procedures. Also the staff and Dentist made me feel that I truly was the center of my care!

I was very satisfied with everything, Angeles explained all the markings and what they represented on my chart. Dr. Nguyen explained what I needed done thoroughly. Donna explained periodontal disease to me in a way that will change my brushing habits. Sarah explained my treatment plan and broke it down in phases (without me asking her to), which will help me financially afford all my treatment. My only concern is that after my cleaning, my teeth still hurt the next day. Not sure if that is supposed to happen.

Probably one of the least painful fillings I have ever had done; the local anesthesia was done effectively so that no pain was felt whatsoever. Normally I have been accustomed to feeling mild pain during the drilling portion of a filling. Felt absolutely nothing whatsoever during the procedure. Will look forward to future pain-free procedures at this office.

I was in severe pain and needed root canal. My regular dentist could not even attempt the root canal wihout me "going through the roof". I was referred to Dr. Hamid Abedi. All I can say is, this man was a BLESSING !! I was petrified for him to even attempt the procedure, yet he did so and completed it without me feeling ANY discomfort. I have no residual pain either! I love how Dr. Agular and your entire staff make me feel like an important individual. Prior to the onlay & inlay installations, Dr. Agular explained to me that it might take a couple of weeks for the epoxy to stop making everything as sensitive. During that time, I was a lot less nervous about if I needed another root canal or not.

I love your dental office, however, my original appt. was August 25th at which time I was told I could not be seen due to my having Braces. The wire had to come off in order to do the cleaning and this should have been explained to me the first day I came in not the day of my treatment. Luckily, I do not work or else I would have had to reschedule another appointment which is a huge waste of time. I had to come in the next day at an inconvenient time. But overall because of my Hygenist LIZ I am very happy. She was GREAT!! I will always remember my experience with her as comfortable, informative, and very professional.

The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed with work on Fridays no mater what time of the day. It will be a good idea to have a backup person in that position; the quality of services decreases when somebody is in a stressed out for the amount of work. That will avoid answers from a staff member like: "I do not have time to process your request", "please call later", "I do not know about that", and "that is handle by another person". Also, one of the restrooms was not very clean (the one close to the reception area).

I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted. Everything was great, however I had to wait in the pre-op room for 30+ minutes while very loud drills were going off. I already had anxiety regarding my first oral surgery experience, and this only increased it. I could not find an employee, so I walked myself back out into the waiting room for a more relaxing experience before my surgery.

Was happy to be seen the same day for a broken tooth and treatment started. Received great service from all staff, they seemed friendly and professional. The only suggestion I have is for the entrance doors to be fixed. The double doors scrape together in the center when opening/closing making it difficult to open and loud to hear while waiting in the lobby.

It was replaced again today. Everyone in the office is very polite and friendly. As the dentist seemed to be skilled, while she was taking off one of the fractured crowns, the instrument slipped and as it did, jammed hard into the roof of my mouth. It not only was fiercely painful but I was frightening and I lost confidence in the dentist care. I had to push her away so I could sit up. The pain radiated into my nose and up into my eyes. I realize this probably scared her, as well, but I felt the incident was minimized by her. Yes, she apologized and I realize it was an accident, but please don't tell me that it wasn't that bad. It has just stopped hurting today. It was very painful and uncomfortable for over a week, I am not a complainer and don't like to "tattle" on anyone, but the experience was a painful one. She did her job well, except for that incident.

I really love this office, but I did receive a bruised area on the outside of my lower lip this time. I know the tooth was farther back and it was awkward getting to it. I loved how easy the process was being a new patient. THe technology used in the office made the visit easy to move from one station to the next. Everyone that met with me had all of my information at their finger tips. Great experience will definitely continue my dental needs with this office and will refer you to my husband as well.

the only problem is lack of communication. the dentist took more than 25 minutes to see me and no one kept me abreast of the time frame or what took so long.
