Your office is very up to date with the latest technology I have ever see in a dentist office.

This is a great office. I did have feel a little uncomfortable with the dentist I met with during this visit. I felt she was a little too aggressive for me. Since I especially do not like going to the dentist - I did not like the extra added pressure from the dentist. I also felt that she did not understand my dental history, because I felt she was telling me so many things that I was doing wrong, but I think I have come a long ways and my mouth looks a lot better than it did before. That is contributed to the feedback and patience of my previous dentist Dr. Vito and Travis. But, I still like the office and will be back in a few weeks to get my Inlay done.

I enjoy every aspect of coming to the dental office here. I have been to plenty of offices and I found the one I appreciate the most. Thank you for the professional care and personal touch. Three cheers

I really like Dr. Hsieh and the rest of the staff. Very personable and treat me like a person and valuable customer. They bring the stress level way down.

I hadn't had dental coverage for a few years, so I had not been to the dentist for quite some time proir to coming to your office. The current dental insurance (thru Medicare Disability) isn't very good, as I found out. However, this office has been more than understanding to my situation, and every single person there has been very kind and gracious and has done their absolute best to help me get the treatments I need and also helping me with a plan for payments and options. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. Travis went above and beyond when he did my cleaning and I appreciate him so much. He was also very in tuned with my back disability and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during treatment and asked me a few times during treatment if I was still ok. Another note, I am so impressed with the promptness and efficient treatment that I would attribute to your staff and your up to date technology,

Dr and hygenist are notch. Top quality work with the latest technology available. I am still paying to have the shoddy work repaired that was done by someone else during my childhood years, but dr. Shieh (sp) has me back on track to a better smile and bite and overall better oral health. Bottom line, great dental work is not cheap, but they will work with you to ensure proper dential care. Im just glad VITO is gone.

Very pleased with Dr. Hsieh's work on my root cacal problem. He made time to work me into his schedule, was concerned with my needs through out the procedure, was infirmative as to how the procedure would flow and kept me updated throughout. The entire staff kept watch over me, checking to see if I needed anything. I Highly recommned Dr. Hsieh and the staff.

Everyone is very nice to work with. The receptionists or people near the front office could be a little more happy while customers are being helped and not so serious. And from my visit I could sense the staff and dental surgeons assistants were having issues with providing supplies or something. Customers shouldn't hear or feel any tension between the staff. I am a manager and I would definitely want to know if this was going on in my office. Otherwise, my procedure went very quickly and very well. I felt very comfortable with the surgery staff attending me. The two girls who helped the surgeon knock me out seed very experienced. My surgeon was also very nice and I felt confident in him. Lobby could use wi-fi since our drivers can't leave. That a long wait. Thank you

Overall, my daughter had a good experience at your dental office. She particuraly liked the dentist. He explained procedures clearly and thouroughrally. My daughter did feel that it took a long time to complete procedures. Our appointments were at 1:00pm and 2:00pm and we ended leaving a little bit after 5:00pm. Perhaps because it was our first visit; don't know, but hopefully next time it won't take that long.

The Dental Assistant is not, in my opinion, very good with her skills with people. She is very forceful and not responsive to children when obviously not happy.

Overall, enjoyed my experience, but, my tongue was slightly injuried, with one of the tools.(Ouch)

Pricing is just so expensive for dental work and necessary prevention tools. It's hard to afford what I really need. But the staff and dentists are fabulous. That's why I continue to go to this office.

I was in a rush to get back to my work office and the staff was very accommodating and helpful to my need.

Rather a long wait in the back room but Dr. Apin apologized and explained the reason. When they got to me, everything went well. Receptionist was very nice.

I was extremely impressed with the dentist's thoroughness in evaulating me as a new patient; however, wished I had more time to ask questions about procedures I was unfamiliar with. I was given opportunity to ask questions, but it takes me a while to process the information and formulate questions. I was also very impressed with the friendliness and professional of staff. Lastly, I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment (my previous dentist was old school).

The office is always busy which is why I selected more than satisfied on effective use of time. It's great to know my Dentist is busy because that just means he knows what he is doing & obviously everyone needs dental work. The assistants were great & super friendly making my appointment a piece of cake. I will keep recommending all my friends and family to this dental office!! :)

The office does a great job. It was a shorter visit this time than times before. I like to go to early morning appointments and I noticed that most of the staff was not even there at the time I arrived and they would be comming in as I was in the waiting room and I would be waiting for a long time in the waiting area and when I was seated in an exam room there was a long wait to be treated. Its like if my appointment was scheduled for 7 AM, I could have just waited and got there at 8 AM and saved myself an hour of waiting. The one complaint I have is that this office needs to be more considerate of the patients time. It seems like every time I go to an appointment I am there for 2 to 4 hours. I have never encountered that long of a visit in other dental offices. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful and they follow good dental pratices.

Dental Hygenist was a little too talkative and took up too much of my time. I was desperately trying no to be rude but he seemed a littlew bit intrusive.

Everyone at your office was friendly,caring, and helpful in getting my treatment take care of in a timely and professional manner. What was accomplished in at short time would have taken 3 or 4 visits to other dental offices. Good Job Guys.

It's hard for me to really complete everything in this survey as I'm waiting for my dental insurance to be approved. But, from the experience I had yesterday, so far I am very satisfied.

Dr Shea is the best !! Need to make sure that next time My daughter Leana Viramontes is seen by him, So far that is my only gripe.

I think the only part that didn't like is the cost of my treatment.....very expensive.
