I am a dental office manager and have been in this profession for over 25 years. My experience was everything I wished my private office could be, but unfortunatley is not, that is what brought me to Rancho Mirage Dental Group. Dr Cabana was kind, professional and very compassionate. My dental work is of excellent quality. I am employed at another dental office, but am a very happy patient at Rancho Mirage Dental.

I was really, really happy with my experience. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I could not expect any better. The only hitch was making an appt. I kept getting the answering machine. I continued calling since I had a toothache. I got thru once, but I was dropped while on hold. Finally I got through and made an appt for the next day, which was wonderful timing. Then, when I got done with the appt, a very nice woman gave me a card with my next appt. without asking what time of day would be best. It was okay, but it would have been nice to be asked.

I went in with pain on my lower right molar. I have been so nervous about extracting my wisdom teeth. Doctor Cabanas made me feel so comfortable and said that she would extract one at a time so that I did not have to go into this being so scared and nervous.. She took my feelings into consideration. Thanks everyone for making my trip so easy and pain free.

I can't say enough about the "Wonderful Experience" I had at the Rancho Mirage Dental Group Office. Truly "State of The Art" Procedures. Lily is just the sweetest and most graceous person you ever want to meet! A true asset to her company. The 'Dentist' was just the nicest one I've ever met. She was so "caring" and "Competent." I already "Referred someone there."

Restrooms are clean; staff are very friendly and helpful; a little more time with dentist would be nice but I understand how busy they are. I will need reminders from the office to make my scheduled visits. Need help cleaning under my bridge. Just can't seem to get the floss under there.

The receptionist asked me to pay for work I had already paid for. There seemed to be some disconnect between the person who arranges payment and the person at the reception desk. Everyone was pleasant, but this was a little concerning. All of the actual care so far has been excellent.

It was a little cold, which made things a little hard to relax. But overall this place was great. I was honestly pretty scared to go to a Dentist, I haven't been in a good amount of years because of my fear. This place made it easy to go back and get the treament I need for my future health. They also helped out with giving me many options to pay for my treatments. I will be going back and will be referring the RMDG to everyone.

I felt as if your office is using the latest, most modern dental procedures particularly with regard to the recommendations for care of gum issues.

On the financial end, the office person should be more familiar with the dental plan insurance and have the correct amounts the first time around. Thank you.

Everyone seemed to work toward making my dental experience as personal and stress/pain free as possible. From my background growing up, this is a "huge leap for mankind". ha ha You all seem to work together effortlessly and congruently for your patients well-being. Although I was there for over 3 hours, it was a good experience --- and now I don't need to go back until my next cleaning!! My one complaint is that the cost for care is sooo high. Without the little insurance I have, I wouldn't be able to afford these treatments. Cost for dental care has escalated tremendously over the years. Dr,Cabanas, you and your staff are caring professionals. To list a few that worked with me, Sylvia, Leah, Vicky, Mo, and i think it was Linda -hope I didn't forget anyone as you are all GREAT! Thank you! See you, Leah, in June. By then, I'll look forward to hearing all about Alfred!! Also, FYI, I never had any pain once the novocaine wore off and feel my 3 1/2 hours there were well spent.

This dental group is located several miles from my home but because of the excellent service I receive, I have not changed, nor plan to change, my dental office.

Dr. Cabanas is absolutely fantastic. I switched to this office to follow here from La Quinta Dental. I also drive 80 miles one way to see her.
