Rancho Dental and Dr Vansen have made me feel VERY comfortable with coming to the dentist. I, among many, haven't had postiive experiences in the past with dental care. I come in every 6 months religiously because of the care and comfort felt here and bring my kids in too! They are learning the importance of keeping their teeth and gums healthy at an early age. The entire staff is professional and right on que. There is never a question on the cost of our care or on what needs to be completed. Dr Vansen is honest and open with our needs and remembers us and our circumstances despite not seeing us for 6 months. I appreciate that! My kids and I are not just a number....

Was called in to arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment by the dentist office, but I ended up waiting 35 minutes, 5 minutes past my regular cleaning time. The receptionist apologized that there was an emergency, and I appreciated that. I saw the emergency patient in the waiting room upon arrival, and thought he should been instructed to wait until I was done.

It was disconcerting to have a 9:30 appointment and sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After that, the appointment went fairly smoothly, although the after-procedure assistant this time was not as helpful and informative as the person on duty last month with my son Ben.

I used to go about 10 years between dental visits because I dreaded the pain and feared I would be over-diagnosed with problems and be pressured into undergoing expensive treatments which were not genuinely necessary. Since I have started seeing Dr. Reagan, I now come in twice a year and am completely satisfied with my experience here. I really am not stressed out by dental visits any more. His dental expertise, patient care, trustworthiness, and ethical practice are exceptional.

Don't see my actual dentist for very long and she doesn't spend much time explaining much to me, but I think if I knew what to ask I would get an answer. My Hygienist though, is the best most professional, exacting, efficient and communicative person I have ever had work on my gums/teeth.And the office staff are really great and so dedicated; I have been coming for years!

Dissatisfied with dentist and treatment. Didn't receive teeth cleaning, as requested. I was overdue for cleaning. Dentist apparently told assistant to tell me that no teeth cleaning I needed to see the hygienist. So, is she(dentist) going to pay for this procedure by the hygienist?

Please share this at XP if you can. I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful team at Rancho Dental Group. I was an employee at PDS and started treating at Rancho DG back in 09. Even though I no longer work at PDS, I still remain a loyal patient and firm believer of the PDS principles. I now drive over 50 miles one way to continue treating with them as they are so wonderful to work with. Due to some very bad experiences years ago, I have an extreme fear of dental offices, but they go out of their way to make me comfortable and ease my fears. Everyone is friendly and helpful and extremely professional. I recommend them to all of my friends and wouldn't go anywhere else to be treated. Thank you everyone at Rancho! I sincerely enjoy my visits every time I see you!

My future "treatment plan" is making sure I see my dentist twice a year as required and recommended. My husband and I have been using this dental office for several years, and I could never imagine going to any other dentist. Although this office is quite far from our home, we still use this office Dr. Vanson is the absolute BEST dentist I have EVER had, and I hope to have her as my dentist for many more years to come. She has never disappointed and has always taken care of me. My husband feels the same, and I recommend her to any person I know who needs a GREAT dentist.

I absolutly love rancho dental. The staff is amazing. I am the kinda of person that is extremely nervous and scared to go to the dentist. The dental assist explained everything to me before she did anything and made me feel so comfortable. The dentist was also amazing and made sure that every time she was doing anything to make sure I was comfortable and ok. I definitly would stay with rancho dental for a long time.

Dr. Gaffino is truly incredible! She takes her take to throughly review all aspects of treatment and then explains the best plan of action, including alternatives if any! My front two teeth had to have the "bondo" replaced and the last time this occurred, I walked around for months with jagged edges and could feel the start and stop line of material...Not this time, it doesn't look any different than any of my other teeth and doesn't feel any different either! Dr. Gaffino also takes care of my daughter who is very afraid of doctors, except Dr. Gaffino! I would recommend her to ANYONE for ANYTHING they need to have done to their teeth.

Dr. Vanson and Veronica are so wonderful! I am just amazed every time I come in for a visit, Dr. Vanson ALWAYS remembers me, asks about my children, and my husband! She even noticed that I cut my hair, and I haven't seen her in 6 months! Wow! There is nothing more personal than that, and that makes me feel so much more at ease when fighting my anxiety coming to the dentist! She also apologized for the small wait as she was doing some unexpected dental work on the patient before me. It was nice to know that I was not forgotten about. Other than that, I was a little chilly in the room while I was waiting, but that could have been ok had I brought a sweatshirt! :) Thank you for another great experience!

Dr Reagan is the best dentist I have ever seen. I don't even live nearby any more and it is totally worth it to make the drive for my exams and cleanings every 6 months. I used to have major anxiety about going to the dentist and now I don't mind at all. All of my visits here have been very pleasant and easy.
