I enjoy every aspect of my visits to the office except for the reception/office staff. The dentists, hygenist, and dental assistants / techs are very friendly, professional, and concerned. Sadly, I can not say the same for the Reception / Office staff. I have found them to be on several occasions inattentive to detail and to have poor follow through when it comes to customer service. I still highly recommend this office due to the technical staff but you as the customer have to double check the reception/office staff and ensure they follow up on what they say they are going to do and make sure it actually happens.

I feel I got screwed when I had my original crown installed I was told it had a five year warranty Come to find out that's not what I got . I feel that the prices on all dental work are way over priced for what you get, each step of my visit someone wants you to spend more money, that's why I don't come back to often, my wife is in your office every 4 months and it's the same thing with her.

A very important item for the staff:(it happened on 3 occasions during the visit) Patients need to receive their important communications (shuch as travel/pickup times, arriving or arrived family members, etc) relayed when received. It is not fair that the Doctor is left with the embracement and the responsibility of having to become a chauffur because of staff's lack of follow through!

I was also not scheduled properly and had a six month checkup instead of a three month check up and this might have been a reason for all the work I have to have done now- per your dentist.

Sometimes the wait to see the dentist is a bit long. This last appointment was about 25 minutes before seeing anyone. I really like my dentist and hygienist, but from past experience with a one man dentist office, you usually do not wait long. Not sure if this is the norm for dental groups.

The visit was an emergancy and you guys were there for me as far as insurence is concerned if I didn't have a family member to help I would not have been able to have the procedure done in which case people have died in the past from infection, this is vary sad and there is a whole lot wrong with our system. You guys were the best though, I love how I was treated and I learned a bunch to. Dr. Williams, I think thats his name, the guy with the glasses and Amber his assistant were the best. I love the staff and dentists at this office, but hate the length of time of every appointment. It took over 35 minutes to be seen just for a cleaning, and I was told when I got in there was only 2 other patients there. Also, be careful regarding scheduling because it is twice now that I was told an appointment, and the receptionist clicked the week after... but still love the office!

Everybody else in the office was friendly, informative, and provided more than adequate information regarding my treatment. Each person there was knowledgeable and if there was a question, they would ask instead of guessing. I was not particularly satisfied with the denture fit but I believe the Dr. will correct it. They were too expensive to fit loosely when I first got them. They still are, but it will b remedied, I hope, at no cost.

I was very satisfied with everything EXCEPT the procedure used when checking in and called up to the reception desk and asked personal questions regarding my health medications etc to update my file, this should be done in another manner as this is very private and the whole lobby can hear everything!!!This made me very uncomfortable and nervous and may have affected the accuracy with which I answered the questions the receptionist was asking.

Dr. Edwards is "the bomb"; initial visits need to be information gathering time, yet efficient and he was able to carry off both; his injections are as painless as possible and I, in fact, had him do the injections for my root canal, in lieu of trying the endodontist (who may be wonderful at them also, but I was afraid to try :). The whole team is attentive and professional -- friendly without being cloying, and exhibit a team coordination like none I've seen. Who does their choreography?! Highly recommend.

The office was great but I was alittle dis appointed that i had to pay half of the amount up front before getting the work done i wish I would of known before hand so maybe I could of had the money or changed my appt time so that i could get the money. The doctor and staff were very friendly. I had absolutely NO PAIN during the procedure and only minor pain that night, which is gone completely today. My only suggestion would be that the doctor could explain more about what she's doing during the procedure. Not knowing exactly what she was doing as she was working made me a little nervous.

I believe timing is the only problem that I have in the office. Everything I get done within this office takes hours, even a simple cleaning took 3 hours. Also, five minute appointments I have had in orthodontics cannot be rescheduled so it is difficult making orthodontic appointments with Thursdays only being available and him being gone weeks at a time.
