It just seems to take too long for the hygenist to come and clean my teeth after an exam. My time is just as valuable as his/hers and I have family as I'm sure he/she does and waits for them to come home after work. That's my only complain is waiting too long for someone to clean my teeth after my doctor does the exam.

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. The staff for the most part is very friendly, some could be nicer. The office is clean and well maintained. Every dental assistant and every dentist has been pleasant. The receptionist, maria is very friendly and attentive.

I was not impressed with the hygenist at all. He didn't really polish my teeth rather just planted the paste on the tooth and didn't polish the whole surface of each tooth. I have had better treatments in the past. Maybe he needs to be re-evaluated in his procedure.

I ALWAYS arrive on time, even early, but I still have to wait quite a while before getting called in with no explaination. I have a life beyond dentisty. My wife recommended Dr. Williams because he was thorough and to the point. I'm glad I changed over to him. Besides, he takes patients late in the day after work. My other dentist always had to cancel and reschedule.

The care at rialto dental was an overall good experience. I did feel like the waiting time was unacceptable. I do understand that it was a long procedure however I feel time management was not practiced here. I came in at 2:30pm go seated at 3:25 and did not leave the office till 7:30pm at night. That is almost a work day. That is the only complaint other than that they are a great team and i will be coming back and keep referring friends and family.
