Honest Dentist and very professional

All the care I received was exceptional. I have rotten upper teath and The one tooth that was giving me the most trouble we thought was being extracted. It was not and I did not know until I was home from the extraction and the anesthesia wore off. Now I have to wait a month in pain to have care on this tooth and that is distressing, but I cannot blame the dentist as all the teeth are bad.

My only concern with my visit was I would have liked to have been called ahead of time to let me know not to check in at the regular office I normally check in at. I was not quite sure where to go to check in; the signs were not very clear.

My family has been with Arlington Dental for 13 years; all the staff know us, are very professional and are easy to work with. My dentist, Henry Nguyen, came to Arlington several years ago and is now one of the most confident and capable dentists I have had.

Staff was really friendly , made me feel comfortable at all times . They were more concerned with my needs than how much they could get out of me . The dentist was great , gentle and hardly any pain . Already recommended two people to this office

Did not have any teeth cleaning at this visit, because I was not prescribed an antiobiotic before my visit. I have hardware in my back and have never received antiobiotics.

I go into this office at least 3 to 4 times of year. The front office staff is always very personable and will greet me by name. The benefits coordinator is always very helpful and informative. The hygienist is always on time, very friendly and works very efficiently. The only issue that I ever have is that when I have an appointment with the dentist, he never seems to see me when my appt is scheduled. My time is just as important as his and I feel that waiting a half hour after my scheduled appt time is too long to wait.

Staff is always friendly helpful and they smile all the time.

Everything was wonderful, extremely happy with the whole staff and treatment. If I had to chose one thing that I was not happy with, was I had to wait a little while to get started (in the waiting room) but that is to be expected everywhere, and that is not always the case when I have an appointment. But the great service GREATLY out weighs the wait.

Staff always friendly. The team tries to work within your financial situation for treatment options. Dentist is very good, and cares about his patient's comfort.

Wow! The level of efficiency was so much better than my old Dentist. It used to take 2 appointments and 3 to 4 hours of my time for x-rays, an exam, and cleaning. All were done in less than one hour. The whole team was, professional, thorough, and friendly. You guys ROCK!

I love your office! I had a terrific experience with you all and I WISH I would have known about you YEARS ago! I have developed a phobia of dentists after so many horrific treatments, costs, customer service fiascos, etc. If I had visited you all 1st, then I could have avoided years of pain (both financially, emotionally and physically). I was 1st referred to you and greeted by Sarah Williams, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable about what to expect, what you all had to offer, etc. I was worried about the financial aspect but she assured me that she would research my benefits and inform me of everything ahead of time, which she completely followed through on! Everyone in the office was AWESOME, professional, friendly and informative. The dr that I saw was FABULOUS! I will continue to drive to see you, over an hour away -you are worth it!!

I was never left alone during the visit for more than 5 minutes which I really appreciate. Everything was smooth from start to finish, got exam, xrays and cleaning on the same day which I have never had done always on another appt. Glad I switched providers!

Overall great experience. Easy in and out. My only recommendation when having small children as patients, offer a movie to keep them busy while waiting to get the room ready and/or waiting for the dentist. Keeps them preoccupied. Dr. Seim was great. If I had known how painless the procedure would be; I would have done this a long time ago.

We bounced between a lot of dentists before finding your office (from a referral). I have no regrets and my whole family feels good going to your office. Dr. Henry and the whole staff make us feel welcomed like friends, more than just patients.

Although I was pleased with my new dentist, I was very dissappointed that my old dentist had left and no one notified me before my appointment. My daughter had an appointment scheduled 6 months ago that wasn't in their system and the time for my appointment had changed without my knowledge.

The Team at Arlington Dental was extremely helpful. They understood my need to postpone needed treatments while getting the more immanent problems taken care of. During my first visit to Arlington Dental the Dr. worked on my mouth for Six and a Half hours just to make sure it was most convenient for me. I really appreciate the quality of care I have received. The Cad/Cam system is also impressive. Before visiting Arlington Dental I had never heard of getting a crown start to finish in one day. I had not heard of Inlays nor Onlays either. Thank you for this opportunity to show my gratitude.

Had a wonderful experience! The dentist and hygenists made me feel very comfortable and the benefits coordinator explained everything to me so I understood what the costs were going to be. The dental staff were very efficent. Construction work is being done in the office building. It has not been that long since it was decorated/remodeled. Maybe they could do the repair work after houra.

I was told they were getting the essentials to do my cleaning, however, it seems they were actually waiting for information on my dental coverage. I waited well over a half hour with no explanation. I feel an appointment that should have taken maybe a little over an hour took almost two hours.

The office is always nice and CLEAN, these are one of the major reasons I picked this office after visiting a couple. The staff calls myself and my husband by name, they always make us feal welcomed. I was just in for the first time with my three year old, Susan and Fabi were just wonderful but then again I could not have expected anything different from this office I have been very spoiled since day one. Please keep up the greak work and the great team work you guys have going on.

My only concern I have had in the past was the wait time and wasted time (an hour and a half for just a cleaning). But I have seen a wonderful improvement and I didn't have to wait for my appointment.
