I really appriciate how the dentist and oral hyginist took the time to educate me on information on my periodontal disease, that is something i never got with any of my other dental providers so i really did appriciate that.Also the oral hyginist gave be the best cleaning ever i actually could see a diffrence in my gums thanks teresa.

The experience once I got back into the office was wonderful! I usually don't like trips to the dentist, but the staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel very comfortable. The staff is very knowledgable and professional. The only reason I did not give this the highest rating possible is because I was completely ignored by the receptionist until the dentist said something to her. I arrived right on time for my appointment, which was first thing in the morning, and there was only one other patient in the office. I was not called up by the receptionist for 30 minutes, and I was only helped then because the dentist came out and asked her if I was the patient he was supposed to be seeing when he arrived 30 minutes prior and why I had not been taken care of yet. All of the staff, with the exception of the individual at the front that day, were extremely attentive and wonderful to wortk with. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dental office.

The dental assistance was AWESOME! I have NEVER experienced such great show of care and concern at a dental visit. I feel she went above and beyond to make my dental visit as stress-free as possible. Dr Chun was awesome too! I really felt she understood my issues with dental procedures. I'm looking forward to bringing my two children in to see you guys so they too can have such a great visit. I love this dental office I just don't like waiting past 30 minutes to get started with my dental work. To me that's just to long when u have an appt. Ty other than that the staff is wonderful as well of the Dentist, Hygentist, and Oral Surgeon.

Would have had more smiles but the wait to see dentist was way too long! I had a 10 am appt and didn't get seen until almost 11 am.

we are fairly new patients, I really do like the office and the dental team, every one is friendly the only problem I had was getting the benefits coordinator to contact me prior to appt so I would know what my out of pocket expenses would be and how I should prepare my son for his surgery. I had to call several times and we were told someone would get back to us and never did this happen.

Flat out amazing! The best dental experience I have ever had. Even the new dental assistant made me feel great. They have earned my business for life even though there are many dental offices close to my house.

Is amazing how the team in the office work. Each one is so friendly their smile make you feel pain less for the procedure you come in for.

After surgery there was excessive bleeding and i called the office for help. It would have been nice to receive a follow up call from them showing concern. That's all.

it just takes so long......always have to wait in the waiting room.....then you wait for the dentist......then you wait for the cleaning.......it just seems to take forever......get me in and get me out, please............. :)

The staff is always friendly. Had a late evening appt. and was tired. The dental assistant brought me a blanket and a heating wrap for my neck which made me quite comfortable. I find that the staff is there to make my visit as comfortable as possibe and they go over and beyond what would be expected. Thank you!

Dr. Carlisle is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentist I have met. I came to this office for him specifically and am very satisfied with his service.

Yassy was great, never had such a comfortable x-ray done before. The polish part of cleaning was throughout by Yassy. The actual cleaning by Dr. Chun was throughout and careful as well, not painful at all. I am satisfied with the service and plan to stay with Canyon Springs Dental Group.

It has been a year since my husband and I started going to Dr. Cavanaugh, he took excellent care of my husband (not the easiest patient on this Earth) now it's my turn, my husbands treatment was pricey and we like to pay in full for our needs. Over all, Dr. Cavanaugh's office and staff are the best.

This is the best dentist I have ever been too. I wish I could have found him sooner. But like they say, better late than never.

We have been to many dentists and this office was by fair the best we have been to. The staff made us feel welcome and made sure we understood the treatment as well as the billing. In addition, our treatment ran well past the office closing time and on many occasions the remaining staff made us feel like there was no rush to complete and that they are there to make sure the treatment is finished. Having such a friendly staff makes it easier to come to the dentist.

My visits have been very pleasant so far with your office. I don't like dentist, never have but I must say this last visit with Dr. Miao and his assistant Armando was pleasant. A rapport was developed from the get go, the procedure was explained very thoroughly and the Dr. was quick and efficient. I was amazed. Thank you, your staff does a wonderful job caring for the patients. And, yes I have begun to refer my friends.

Dentists in the past pressure you to have services you cannot afford but Dr. Carlisle and his staff are very understanding and do not pressure. Thank you

the wait was a bit long.

I was extremely pleased with the office. We changed dental insurance and had to find a dentist in a hurry because my daughter had an extreme toothache. I called them at 11:00 Friday morning and they fit us in at 1:00. The dentist I have been using for the past 15 years has never even done that for me. My daughter loved the dentist and hygienist and the office staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend them!!!!!!!

Between the dentist and the scraping tool and the dental assistant with the dental floss my gums bled for two hours afterward and 3 days after my mouth is still sore.

Very dissatisfied with the treatment from the dental hygeniest--requested a new one for next visit. I have had this hygienist for 3-4 visits and have tried to giver her a chance/benefit of the doubt. When I am in pain due to root sensitivity and express that the hygienist gets impatient and has a negative attitude, suggests that I "shouldn't be in pain" and that I need to relax after she has hurt me. She is not sensitive to my needs and I cannot relax knowing that I may feel even further pain from this person. I don't think that approach will work with a lot of patients.

As usual, my experience with your office was excellent. Most of my office now comes to see Dr Carlisle! Keep up the great work. :-)

Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. Very nice dentist and office staff. The visit too FOREVER though.......they need to speed things up a bit. My appointment was at 5:30......I arrived at 5:20.......and didn't leave until 7:20........other than it took way too long, everything was very nice and professional.

Dr Carlisle and his staff are excellent. Can anyone say they "enjoy" his or her dental experience? But,they making going to the dentist more than tolerable. Thank you all.
