Everyone was great and hands on

I spent 6 and 1/2 hours in the chair, and you offered snacks, breaks, explained everything you were doing, told me what was coming. That was so helpful!

Great staff! Personable. Spoke to me like a competent adult, instead of a child. Explained and answered questions well.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was concerned that I would need a lot of work done. I called a few places in the area and decided to try them out because they had good reviews. Not only that but they were transparent with their pricing for different dental services. I arrived at the office and was greeted instantly. I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes before being called in. The staff was kind and friendly and they were really attune to making my visit a comfortable one. I really appreciated that they didn't try to take advantage of me by suggesting unnecessary services. The staff at gateway dental was honest in answering any questions that I had. I have already referred my husband to them, especially since he visited an unethical dentist in the area that I believe recommended several expensive and unnecessary treatments for him.

Overall dental experience was excellent. If you don't like going to the dentist because of a bad experience, you can put your mind at ease with Gateway Dental. I love this place!

I can't remember her name, but the consultant that went over the dental work and cost was extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions.

The staff at the dental office is wonderful.

I signed several computer screen items wuthout having time to adequately read the text. I was assured I would receive a copy of everything I signed before I left. I received one with my signature. I plan to return to the office to get a copy of everything I signed.

I had most of my bottom teeth pulled and I'm hurting really bad, which I'm sure is normal but I would like Dr.To to take a look at them and tell me everything is Okay. I trust her opinion.

I truly enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism in your office. Everyone seemed extremely concerned for my comfort and they made sure that all my needs were met during my office visit.

I have never been to an office where everyone was so nice, especially the dentist. She greeted me at every step of the visit and made sure I left happy and was extremely quick at the procedure.

Just love this office. Even though there are other offices closer to my home I will always commute to this office. I just can't say enough about everyone that makes this office the office that it is. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

Would like to receive a receipt with a full break down of various items and costs paid for. This would be beneficial at income tax time as not all things in a dental treatment are tax deductible and this would allow a clear showing of charges to IRS in event it is needed so all appropriate tax deductions are possible.

Dr. To is awesome. I have followed her from Arlington Dental because I like her professionalism and quality of care.

1. Please provide upfront cost of treatments. 2. I think the cost of dental care at your office is quite high. 3. Your staff is friendly and cordial. Keep it up. 4. Your staff offered me to watch a movie. Thanks. 5. Dr. Joan To cares for her patients. She keeps the patients update and progressive on the mode of treatments. Excellent service and excellent PR. 6. At the end I still end up with a higher than expected dental bill. 7. Overall, VERY GOOD, VERY CLOSE TO EXCELLENT. 4 STARS FOR NOW. THERE IS STILL 1 MORE STAR TO REACH. How about providing Chinese food the next time I come. Adios.

The receptionist who checked me out was a little rude. I talked to her the day before to make an appointment and she kept cutting me off and I was put on hold at least 4 times. She also checke me out and I felt rushed and cut off.

My insurance took care of the treatment I had on that day. Therefore they did not ned to talk to me about cost. The office is very friendly and easy to get appointments.

I had a two long wait times, I had to wait for someone to do my cleaning and I waited at least 15 to 20 mins, I wasn't offered a magazine and I had to get my own. Also when I was finished and had to pay, the receptionist was busy and had several calls holding, I understand her being busy, but I also was not given a new toothbrush set like I normally would have been given.

Cannot say enough about Doctor and her full staff.They know I do not like dental work (who does) but they do everything in their power to help me through the process. Each is a professional and truly caring.....I like Gateway and have recommended Doctor to several of my friends....She is very talented.

This is the first office we have been to in a very long time where we both felt as though we were not being pushed into unneeded costly procedures. The office staff and dentist were very informative and kind. We will for sure be sticking with this office!!!

I always have anxiety from the shot, but that's just how I am. So that caused some discomfort during the treatment. But Dr. Kean and everyone there were very great and helped to put my mind at ease and I am very thankful for that. :)

I was in waiting room 15minutes before x-rays were taken. Tech was very nice and considerate. Dentist talked treatment after viewing x-rays before physically looking at my tooth. The office was very busy, I wondered if they had over booked.

The quality of dental care from my last visit was poor because my cleaning was done by an intern that didn't know what she was doing. That is understandable and another lady in the office offered to go back over my cleaning but I didn't want to double any enamel wear off.
