The staff that works there is excellent

Very pleasant experience; only one helpful hint: the waiting room was too cold, even my husband, who is never too cold, thought so.

Everyone was so considerate and professional. I appreciated Dr. Tran working me into his busy schedule for my procedure, even tho I had not made arrangements for that much work beforehand. All is well with my "temporary bridge" and I look forward to getting the permanent one in three weeks. Thank you all for your excellent care.

It was uncomfortable getting ready for a crown. The temporary crown was hurting at first, but is ok now. Was offered music during proceedure, but music stopped just as the work began!

Dr. Sehgal was extremely helpful and professional. I'm so glad I switched dentist offices. I know I can trust the Highland Team with the health of my teeth. Thank you so much!

I was very nervous when I arrived because this was my first visit to this office, but from the moment I arrived the staff and Dentist made me feel comfortable.

Adore the front office staff and my dentist. The woman on loan from Auburn, while nice, dropped my temporary bridge on the floor, where it broke. Rather than redo or clean it, she simply put the two pieces in my mouth...which was sort of unsanitary after they broke. The cement didn't take...thank goodness I had the little packet to use...but the crack feels weird against my mouth, and I worry that they aren't fitted well. I am hoping the permanent ones come in sooner than scheduled.

My dentist is very caring and gentle in his care. I feel like I can ask anything and get a response quickly. I wish there were deals on teeth whitening for patients. I see so many advertised deals from other offices looking for new patients, but don't want to see another dentist for an exam just to get that great deal on whitening. I think it should be a deal for loyal patients. :) Other than that, I love Highland Dental Group.

I am very satisfied with my overall experience and especially with the Dr. Tran and Joe, nice people. The only problems I have had was my first visit where I waited so ling that I had to leave and come back another time and this past visit where the office was short staffed and I had to wait over a half hour to be seen.

Very friendly staff. Dentist and staff are very good with my children and myself.

I really love this office, its staff, and its doctors. I feel comfortable and happy. I am seen pretty quickly and the exam and cleaning went very fast, though not so fast that I felt like I did not get the care I needed. It is like night and day from my last dentist!

I was extremely frustrated during my previous visits. I made an appointment, but still had to wait at least 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. When the average person arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, this makes for a long wait. This has happened every single time I've visited Highland. This time around, I came only a few minutes before my appointment and I brought work to do, so while I waited for 45 minutes, I used my time wisely. I want to point out that the office time management is still less than satisfactory. If people make appointments, they need to be seen at their appointment times. Having the DA do x-rays on schedule and then having to wait for the dentist for nearly half an hour after x-rays does not make this any better. Just a suggestion, take it or leave it. I will continue coming without stress because I have learned the standard operating procedures.

Great office

Super friendly and emphatic staff. They guide you thru everything, with ease, and in a way that is understandable. I have highly recomended this dental practice to my family and friends :>)

I was most impressed with Dr. Tran and Katie, the Hygenist..she told me what to expect with each step of the cleaning.

Dr.Tran is awesome!! As is his assistant! Have not had such a nice experience with general doctor or dentist in such a long time. As a matter of fact everyone in the office has been great and super friendly :) Our family thanks you and we'll see you soon.

wondering why they do exrays every six months.

I have never like going to the dentist but Dr. Tram is very friendly and compassionate to my nervousness. He makes me feel comfortable and is always checking to see how I am feeling.

overall very nice office. Everyone seems to be trying, a couple of the assist. are a little gruff and lack chair side manner.

The hygentist that took over cleaning Josh's teeth seemed new. She struggled with opening the tooth paste and just seemed awkard and fumbling. The water dispenser ran out of water during his cleaning and she had to stop to fill it up.

I'm grateful for the receptionist and her attention because. I don't speak English very well and She found an office where they speak Spanish. Thanks

the staff was wonderfull...very pleasant and knowlegable....the lady that started my IV i have to give her a great review, she was very entertaining and helped make my visit that much better....and the surgeon did an outstanding job.... thank you so much for everyone doinga great job and making it a pleasant experience.....well as dental visits go.

The only reason I scored a few aspects a bit lower than "perfect" is due to the extended time it took to complete my full visit. I understand there was a hygienist and dentist who were scheduled to work, but could not and the office was essentially down two people.

Though it was my first appointment, I wasn't planning on it taking 2 hours. I hope that my next visit will be quicker. Other than that, I was very happy with my visit.

40 minute delay for appt but provided electric toothbrush as apology which we really appreciated.

My first visit was better then I expected , Hats off to Joe the attending dentist and Dr shabani both may my fist visit a pleasurable experience.

The girl that helped the dentist and took ex-rays for me was VERY LOVELY person and I told the office that when I had my appointment. I do not remember her name

Had to wait 10-15 mins between the time x-rays were taken and the dentist appeared...longer than previous visits. Techs did keep checking with me to make sure I was OK. Overall time from check-in to sign-out was 90 mins - again, a bit longer than usual, but acceptable. Good experience generally.

I felt I should have had some cleaning done on my teeth since that was the reason for my visit. (My insurance pays for prophylaxis cleaning every 6 months, my last one was March 1.) However, I'm being referred to a dental hygienist for deep cleaning. Will go back to my old dentist as his dental hygienist doesn't cost as much and I know she does excellent work. My old dentist (out of the area) alway had the dental hygienist clean my teeth and I never got into trouble.

The Dentist was hesitant to correct work done by another local Dentist. I was a little confused by this. I came to the office to try to find a Dentist that was interested in new patients. I did not feel the office was really wanting to accept me as a long term patient.

The dental assistant/hygienest was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated her. I need to have a filling replaced and I wish there was a cheaper option for getting that done. All of the options presented to me were expensive and not something I can afford.
