I always have a good experience during my visits. The staff is welcoming and everyone makes me feel comfortable. One small thing I would like is to be provided some sort of overall review/consultation of my dental health as it stands today and any idea of how my dental health will progress in the future (e.g. based on how your gums measure today if you don't start flossing more, then in several years you'll have "x" issue. Basically, I'd like to be informed if I need to do anything specific to improve my personal dental health such as floss more or use mouth wash. I'd love some sort of dental health report card.

I had the appointment date wrong and when I told the office staff to call me if there were any cancellations as I had already taken a day off from work, she noted down my number and called with in two hours and arranged for me to see a doctor. The staff is very friendly.

Our last visit was a nightmare prompting me to write a scathing review If I were not the type of mom who absolutely loathes any appointment made six months in advance,I would have cancelled With some awkwardness we arrived for our visit and I am certain we surprised most of the staff.Anyhow, the visit went well as my boys both enjoy Dr. Accettura"s manner.She then asked to speak with me privately.How different our last encounter would have been had privacy been a consideration.I was impressed (and a little nervous) that she wanted to discuss my evaluation. I admit that perhaps my impression of the prior situation had been incorrect, it was not entirely my fault I explained that her likability along with professionalism might always be marred by the front office staff.I cannot guess as to what her intentions are for my kids treatment. I am presented with the options from the office staff.So I left feeling like the dentist truly cared, almost wished she had said it in front of the boys.

Overall it was a good experience. I liked especially that you're not left to wait for long periods of time before seeing the dentist or the hygenist. In fact, there were apologies for a 5 or 6 minute wait for the hygenist. I appreciate that they aren't keeping me waiting for over a hour and half for the hygenist like the last place I was at.

As someone who considers himself to have acute dental phobia, my perceptions have changed after a recent experience with this office. I had to have a molar extracted and was dreading having to go. Everyone in the office was friendly and attentive. The doctor (and assistants) did an amazing job of making me feel at ease. Believe it or not, the procedure was painless and the recovery so far, is going very well. As a result of my visit, I am scheduling regular visits to remain on track with my dental health. I had not been to the dentist in 7+ years. Dr. Sergio Vicuna did not make me feel bad about that but instead just gently suggested a dental plan. I do not like dentists or going to the dentist and that was the reason for lapse in care. I feel better about dentists now and will return for my 6 month checkup from here on out.

Taking the X-rays was horrible. The huge mouth piece made me gag a few times. I had to concentrate not getting sick. A smaller mouth piece would be great. Besides that, everything was excellent.

The office was very clean. I saw the girl that took the x-rays wipe down the counter and equipment with a wipe before and after I used it or she touch it. This is a BIG pluse for because because I left my last dentist because I thought the office was dirty. I wish the rooms were a little bigger. I am very terrified of the dentist and I wish there was adequte room from my husband to be comfortably in the room and be able to hold my hand. I wish there were more options for appointment for people that work. I wish there were night and weekend appointments. If I have to choose between taking time off work and getting my teeth cleaned I will choose work. If I were able to get the cleanings, and any other work, done on the weekends or after 4pm, I would come in every 3-4 months for a cleaning. But, since I am forced to take time off work, being honest, I will probably only come in when I absolutly have to.

Our experience with Pavillions Dental has been excellent. We had occasions in the past where appointments were canceled due to Dentist choosing not to come in (because of minimal appointments that day). After explaining to the office staff that this was very disruptive to our schedules, a promise was made to communicate my concerns for this practice and to assure that no additional rescheduling occurred with our son's appointment. When we arrived there had been some misunderstanding on my part - we were two days early for the appointment, based on the date I thought I'd seen in the reminder email. Rather than simply send us away, the office went above and beyond to accomodate us, and our son received his scheduled treatment (cleaning). This was a very unexpected response, and was VERY much appreciated. I give kudos to the front office staff for considering the option of asking to squeeze us in and thanks to Dr. Vicuna for his flexibility! Can't end this without comments re: Pavi

I found myself in a strange place (California) with a crown that fell off during lumch which I was somehow able to lose (short dumb story). I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my calling which I am eternally grateful for. The crown replacement took awhile but all in all I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met. So far no pain and the crown is still in place. Thanks again.

I had a small emergency with a tooth and it was my first visit to the Pavilions. No one referred the Pavilions Dental Group to me they happen to be located conveniently to my home. Under the circumstance I had a lot of apprehension going to a new dentist so I kept procrastinating. But I am extremely surprised how smoothly everything went. The night before I filled out the Pavilions online medical history form. It was easy! The next day when I entered the office it was clean, pleasant and the staff seemed cheerful. I found myself relaxed! After check-in I waited just a few short minutes before I was called and I didn't wait in another room! Ashley got right to work with making me feel comfortable and x-rays. Just a few minute later I met Dr. Accettura. Dr. Accettura and Ashley worked very well together. Both made sure I was as well informed and as comfortable as possible. Overall experience was great, I'm very comfortable with the staff and facilities. However, my ONE complaint is that my appointments are not booked in the next 6 months, I've been pushed out to 8 months the last two times. My insurance allows a cleaning every 6 months and this is what I would prefer. This is only a recent problem and my husband does not have this same issue with your office. However, in the future I may opt to find a dentist that can accommodate my wants for an appointment every 6 months despite my overall happiness with this dentist office.

The new receptionist, Susan, isn't as friendly and customer service oriented as normal receptionist they have had. On Friday when my daughter had her emergency need to visit the dentist, Susan was not very accomodating or understanding of our situation. Thankfully it was eventually handled because this is our favorite dentist. Other than that dim spot in this dental office we are very satisfied with our dental visits to this office.

I was very comfortable for the most part considering I never have found going to see a dentist an enjoyable experience. I have been to many dental offices and you are one of the best if not the best I have been to. I'm sorry I just don't seem to take to sitting in the dentist chair or for that matter sitting anywhere for more than 3 hours, hense the irritation and maybe some aggrevation.

Priti did a wonderful job, with the treatment itself , and with making sure I was comfortable and at ease. When it became necessary to increase the original estimated cost, she immediately consulted with the benefits coordinator and they came up with a payment plan that will be easy for me to manage. I'm very pleased with Pavilions, very glad that sheer dumb luck led me to them. (I blindly selected from the list of approved dentists that my provider had.)

The only criticism my husband and I have is the extremely loud rock music playing. I know some people enjoy rock music, which we don't, but it does not have to be so loud. I could make some recommendations of classical or jazz music that could be played quietly which would add a sophistication to your dental office and business. If you are going to play rock, please don't have it on so loud. My husband and I put in earplugs when we come for dental care. This is a medical office, not a night club.
