I love Pleasant Grove Dental. I have anxities about dental treatment however, the staff really does all they can to put me at ease. Most of all, I feel like they truly care. Not only about my anxities but about me as a person. When they ask how your doing or about things going on in your life, they actually care to hear about it. Dr. T and Mike are amazing!! The entire staff is amazing. I am moving out of state and intend on having dental treatments when I come back to visit, just becuase they really are that much better than any other dental office I have ever vistited. I think everyone in the office is great. The only negative that stands out is with the assistants. I had 2-3 going into and out of my room to assist. One assistant seemed to not be prepared and had to get too much clarity. It's noticable when the Dentist and Assistant are compatible.

Doctor Patel chose an upgrade crown replacement that was for a below the gum-line crown to improve the long term protection of my tooth. In my opinion, that certainly confirmed his interest in my well being. He was professional, yet friendly and made my visit stress free.

This office has consistently given me excellent service. I have been seeing Myloane for many years and I won't let anyone else clean my teeth! She is so kind and caring and really puts a nervous patient like me at easy. I also really like my new dentist Dr. T. She professional yet also adds that personal touch. I defintley would and have recommended pleasant grove dental. My only complain (if any) is that sometimes the wait time is a little much. I'm hardly seen at my appointment time but I can say that this does happen at most dental/doctor offices I have been to so it's not a deterent for me to continue care here.

The only thing I could hope for to be different, were if there were evening appointments available with out being put off for weeks, and even daytime appointments seem quite full, not easy to book within a week or so. But otherwise excellent dentist (Dr T.), very comfortable with the staff, and all else is highest marks.

The only negative comment I had was that when my teeth were being worked on, there was no door to the room, which I felt did not provide adequate privacy. Staff members were very polite when entering, but I felt that if it distracted me, then it most definitely distracted the dentist that was working on me.

Dentist is awesome and very friendly. I love how the appointments always start on time and are completed in a timely manner. The dentist is only working with me during my allotted appointment time. I think it is amazing that if they find a cavity during a check up they fix it on the spot. I was back at my office withing 1 hour of leaving.

I have visited many dental offices in my lifetime and I can tell you that I have found the last one Iwill ever need. THEY ARE GREAT!!! Recently I needed another crown and decided to try the one visit deal where Dr. Patel utilizes Cad/Cam and prepares the actual crown while you are in the chair. WOW..fit perfectly and no gummy impressions or mis-fittings...they adjust it on the computer not in your mouth..couldn't be happier..Well worth the money.... They are the BEST ever!

Very busy so got in very late, which happens. But, a parent had left her 2 small children in the waiting room unattended (probably 5 -6 and 2 -3 year olds)- she was in the treatment room with another child. Very loud, running around, playing with water machine, spilling water, playing with keypad sign in. I asked boys to stop - not sure if they spoke English, since they didn't respond. Office staff smiled and pretty much ignored them, despite the fact that I made sure they were aware of the problem. Made the length of wait INTOLERABLE for everyone. Don't you have a policy for supervision of children in the waiting room??

i was only disatified with my cleaning because i did not recieve one. i could not get a regular cleaning because was told i had to have a more detailed one and because that is what is recomened i couldn't have anything else. that is what my appointment was made for. i did not need to spend all that time in the office to know i could not afford anything but a cleaning. i never would have made the appointment.

My family and I are very pleased with the entire staff at Pleasant Grove Dental. However, we feel as though we are constantly being "sold" things. I find myself constantly say "no" "that's too much", "why do I need to have this procedure done?" etc. I understand that we are going to PGD to have our teeth fixed and, therefore, pay some amount for this. But I feel that there is a constant pressure to be sold something. It makes us want to look somewhere else to have our work done and that's unfortunate because we really appreciate your office staff's skills and professionalism.

I was given a crown for one of my molars and was very impressed that it did not require wearing a temporary. I was fitted and the molar was attached all in the same visit. My only complaint would be that the crown is a little ruff but I have not contacted the office yet to ask about it. Overall the experience was good even though I have a problem with going to the dentist. I will definitely come back.

Dr. Patel is very thorough when giving details. I felt like I didn't need to ask question because told me everything before he starts the procedure. I think her name is Maritle, the dental hygienist, very friendly and made me very comfortable. The two receptionist (checked me in & insurance coordinator) were very friendly as well. The co-pay quoted was wrong. I questioned it and was assured it was corrected but when I called the insurance company directly, I found I was correct. My concern is that if I had not called the insurance company directly, I would have paid an exorbitant and incorrect co-pay.
