We are new to the area and we were most pleased to have Dr. Sheila Inalou as our dentist. She studied under our Dentist in Boston at Tufts and gave us the same high quality of care as we had enjoyed in Boston. She and the staff made us feel very comfortable

I went in for a cleaning & was told I needed a root canal ASAP. During the procedure, I was left in the room, unattended for at least 15 minutes without any explanation by dentist or assistant. Then taken TWICE to have xrays in the middle of the root canal. They also forgot to clean my teeth! The dentist is nice but I feel that she is very unsure of herself. The last time I had a root canal, she started it then sent me to the specialist at the office on Del Paso because my roots were "obstructed." The specialist actually told me the roots were not obstructed. The amount of time spent in the office is unacceptable. I now know if I am going to have dental procedures done, I need to pretty much clear my schedule for the day because I never know how long I will be in the chair. 3 hours for an unfinished root canal is unacceptable. If I hadn't purchased the MySmile dental plan, I would definitely go somewhere else. Once it expires in September, I will definitely seek treatment elsewhere.

The Ladies at the desk, greet me by name, are always very nice, and ask about how everything is going in general. This office is growing rapidly, but they take the time to treat everyone with care. I have been going here for about 6 years, & have no intention of going elsewhere. Thanks, Mel

The professionals working at Market West dental have always treated me with respect and kindness. They ask questions and recommend treatments but all ways leave the final decision to me. This is the first time I can say that I have a "relationship" with the folks that work in my dental office; I enjoy talking with each and every worker.

My last appointment was to discuss how to handle a problem with a tooth that needs pulled that is holding a bridge. I did not have any treatment so could not answer some of the questions. I am happy with everyone there.

Kim at the front desk is great and DR. SHIELA is joy she knows how to keep me pain free ! And the rest of the staff knows how to get the job done. I live 40 min away and will not change dentist they are great thanks

Kim is a fantastic asset to the office. I haven't had a bad dental assistant yet. Coming here has lessened my fear of dentist in general.

This is a great office, the best dental care I have ever recieved. All of the staff from the receptionist Kim and Pricilla, to the hygenist Inna and finally the dentist Dr. Inalou. And I cant forget to mention Trisha, the benefits coordinator, always trying to ensure we get the most from our dental benefits.

I have to say the dental assistants were great! I really appreciated them talking to me as they were working on my mouth it felt comforting for them to explain what they were doing.

Dr. Patel is very nice to work with and I like her approach in working with a patient.

I would suggest that they sweep and mop periodically cause the floors are staring to look really gross. I would also suggest that the machinery in the cleaning room be dusted cause it was a bit dusty.

i hate to go to the dentist. Today I broke a tooth and I had no choice. I was so very glad I picked this dentist to go to. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist made me feel so comfortable. I am glad I found them as I still have more dental work to be done. Now I won't feel so bad about having to go.

It would be nice to get cleaning appointments together with check-ups for one visit.

The overall office visit experience was great. The Xrays were uncomfortable.

I especially appriciated the time and attention given to me by Dr. Patel. She appeared to really listen to my concerns and I felt more informed and confortable after speaking with her. Thanks Doc.

My wife and I absolutely love the staff of this office. They are the best. We feel very comfortable and we are treated like family.

Hygenist was excellent, Doctor was good, benefits coordinator was very slow. Overall trip to dentist was fairly painless and expedicious with exception of payment process, which was painfully slow.

Recepionist was busy when I walked in with another customer. When I approached the window she apologized for the wait (it was a short wait). It was nice of her to acknowledge that I had to wait an extra minute. Great office & staff!
