Everyone clearly explained what they were doing, I was brought updates on how my 13y/o daughter was doing, my daughter's dentist came and explained what she found and what options were available, my dentist answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed. Thank you to everyone, from the reception desk before my appt to the reception desk once my appt was over.

Park Place dental used to be a bit disorganized and I felt like the first dentist I had tried to push expensive procedures and had actually been rude to me and my child during a cleaning. However, I think Park Place has improved their organization and seem on top of things now, and I really like the dentist I have now.

I think Dr. Do was amazing. She even did a follow up call to check how her work was after the numbing went away and I really appreciated that. She deserves a raise by 15% at least. ha-haaaaaaaa!

My "wow" experience begun when I entered the building! I was greeted by a friendly "hello." Next the assistant kept me well informed and was very personable. Johnny went above and beyond and was kind and engaging. Dr.Do was a true gem, she was very clear and precise about my treatment and options. The benefits coordinator took the time to listen and understand my needs while providing me educated options. Dr.Phan followed up with me later the same evening to check on me and reiterate the after care instructions! WOW! Thanks to your staff for the WONDERFUL care I recieved! I have already referred your office to a few co-workers and am glad I did!

I was so pleased with root canal treatment,Dr was so awesome,and professional,and I was so happy when I left.

I was very apprehensive when I first arrived at Park Place Dental due to the negative comments I saw on Google. I expressed those concerns to a front desk person and the dentist. Each of them addresed my concerns and put me at ease. I felt they were both very compassionate and cared for me as an individual.

My only comment would be that I would like to have spoken with the dentist after the appointment so I could have asked questions or gone over what is needed in regards to the sealants. My son understood what the dentist told him, but he is still only 9 and his care should have been discussed with me. My fault as well for not asking after the appointment, but a quick consultation after the appointment would have been nice. :)

My primary care physican said, "I did not need antiobiotifcs." My cardiologist said, "it would be up to the dentist to make that call." But the hygenist made it very clear to me why it is important if you have excessive gum problems with bleeding, especially if you are a diabetic. I thank you for that lesson.

Everybody is really friendly, which is nice. I do appreciate the very timely service this time (last time I had to wait VERY long so it was nice to see it was an anomaly).

Just want to say THANK YOU! It was such a positive appointment! Thank you for understanding my financial difficulties (unemployed) and being so kind as to GIVE my daughter the OralB electric toothbrush...I KNOW what a difference this will make for her. :)

X-rays took way too long, too many retakes , I was thankful for the supervisor help

Dr. Periera is a great dentist, the office staff is great, I really like the benefits coordinator (a lot less car salesmanlike then the last one), and Sara is a great hygenist. The only complaint is the time for the visit...3 hours to prep for a crown. All the time waiting at every visit is the benefits/payment part.

I had recent appointments with the Hygenist and Dr. Doh. Both are fabulous! There was an assistant, but I don't remember what she did; I generally close my eyes and relax during procedures. I was referred to your office by my ex-husband and his wife, and have brought several people to you myself.

Dr. Do and her entire staff were so much more than wonderful! I hadn't been to the dentist in several years prior to this visit and like most people waited until I was in pain to make an appointment, primarily because of a childhood fear. Everyone I came in contact with was aware of my reservations, my allergies and my pain and was very sensitive to all of those facts and treated me with extreme care and concern in making me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I am officially a LIFETIME PATIENT!! I've already referred both my spouse AND his mother!!

Our last vist was for oral surgery. For treatments requiring general anesthetic, I would recommend sending out or calling in the patient's prescriptions in advance of the surgery so they are ready before the patient is released. A patient who is recovering from general anesthetic can be confused and unruly. It is not practical for a designated driver to manage the patient post surgery while ordering and waiting for prescriptions (which can often take an hour to fill.)

my appt was at 8:30 and i waited an hour in the room waiting for the person to clean my teeth did not get out of the office until 10:15 think this is a long time for a cleaning over 2 hrs start to finish.

This was our first visit to this dentist.My children were seen for ortho care. All of our questions were answered by the dentist but, I'm still not sure on how to proceed with care for my son.

love your office, very friendly. for someone who is a bit scared of the dentist, your office was very comfortable. Looking forward to getting my dental plan in motion. thank you very much for making it so easy.

Overall I'm satisfied with my new crowns - though I will probably have them polished again to make them a bit smoother. I was at the office quite a bit longer than anticipated - 6.5 hrs - and longer than I should have been. It took quite a long time (hours) for my crowns to be made - probably longer than it should have but I think there were a couple of complications. I do understand things not going as smooth as intended machine problems - possibly sidetracked)and I have myself been in situations where I've overlooked something. My frustration was that I was in the dental chair for over 1.5 hours with no update as to what was going on (and no water - I drink a lots of it. :-) ) Checking on me a bit more frequently would have been welcomed and appreciated. Though no one wants to give the same update "we are working on it" several time, it does help. Other than that, I thank you for my new teeth and working with the financial challenges. I hope that we can do that again so that I

When I initially came in to inquire about svcs, the font desk receptionist was very slow to greet me.
