Everyone was very patient and efficient. I love the fact that I have a payment plan to fit my budget. Dr. Hu was very funny and made me feel really comfortable. His nurse-Adianna(?) was very nice and she calmed me down and let me be a kid and she let me watch a movie. I really enjoyed my visit at this office.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Hu who was great. My husband is very uncomfortable when it comes to dentist but he liked Dr. Hu who was very friendly, concentious, and explained everything without pressuring us. They team explained everything to us in a detailed manner and did not pressure us about scheduling our next appointment for some expensive procedures for my husband. I really appreciated the time they took with us and have already recommended Promenade to my family.

Promenade Dental is fantastic! I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, professinal, and modern Promenade was. I felt individually taken care of, and for the amount of x-rays and cleaning I had done, I was in and out in what felt like no time. I will be keeping up with my 6-month check-ups from now on!

Been to a lot of different dentist offices and this one definitely was something extraordinary. I have never had a dentist sit down and explain my dental benefits and what options i have at what costs to have the work done. On top of a very courteous staff, this was by far the easiest process i have ever been through. I left with work that needing to be done, as I have not been to the dentist in a short while, but with full knowledge of all my options which helps me feel a lot better and able to make the best decision for my current situation.

I was most impressed the way different employees delt with each other: passing in the hall, waiting for a tx. room to be ready for me. They were very kind. I was not left confussed or wondering what was next. Thank you

The visit was very smooth. The dentist was very personable, professional and gentle and the xray tech was great! The office manager, Marcela, was very helpful and made sure I understood my benefits and what would happen throughout the appointment. I've scheduled appointments for my children due to my positive experience, with exceptional assistance and customer service. Thank you!

These people were very nice and helpful. I was referred to this office in the case of emergency because I was in pain. Supposed to come for "emergency" action but then Fa-Re-Ha called back to re-schedule me in a regular time so that i don't have to be in the "emergency" schedule. Anyways, the girl in the front office was really friendly, the dental assistant was so nice and General Dentist (Dr. Hu) seemed to understand what he's doing and patiently informed me what's going on. Fa-re-ha was really open and informative about the co-pay I would have to pay. I have to do root canal in 10 days but I cant wait too long, so again Fa-re-ha helped me with an alternative specialist outside of their office and took action very fast and efficient. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and will definitely come back again.

In the past I had been there for over 45 min waiting just to go in but this time I arrived 20 or 30 min early and was taken back right away. I was actually finished and out the door 15 min after the scheduled appt start time!

I have been to many in my lifetime and THIS office is the best I've been to. Everyone I had contact with was very, very good at what they do. Compassionate, caring and put me at ease from start to finish. The x-ray tech was very considerate about the extra bone I have in my lower jaw. I think it is called tortsia? Anyway, all in all I will be back to this office for all of my dental care. Thank goodness I found this office! Thanks to everyone at Promenade Dental Group!

Dr. Gill & her office & dental staff at Promenade Dental Group are excellent: friendly, skilled & efficient. I'm very happy with the dental cleanings I've gotten there and will look into teeth whitening in the near future.

Since my daughter is only 7 yrs old I asked my sin to go back with my daughter for xrays and the young lady that took my daughter back wouldnt allow my son to go back with her for the xrays. I wanted my son to go while I was filling out paperwork and thought that he should of been allowed to stand outside the door way with her. I was called back for my sons appt. which was right where the xray was being given. Other than that I have had great service with the staff and the doctor in your office!!

This was my first visit and everyone was very professional and friendly. There was some difficulty with my crown that caused some delays but it was handled well and I feel like I will get top quality dental treatment here.

I suffer from major dental phobia and I feel very comfortable coming to your dental office. The staff is wonderful, caring and very understanding. Im bummed that I wasnt able to get my final bridge placed but I am thankful that my dentist wasnt comfortable placing a bridge that didnt fit properly- this shows me that shes professional and is looking out for my best interest in the long run. Keep up the good work guys!!

All staff are friendly and very attentive. However, Dr. Gill and Madiline (she works front counter and discusses benefits) go above and beyond all expectations for even GREAT service...they are perfect. Because of them, my family (and now extended family) LOVE going to their office.

I first came to the office for an emergency and have had great care ever since. I am definitely staying as long as I am in the area.

The only issue I have is the wait time to finish the dental visit. After my son and daughter had their teeth cleaned and checked by the dentist, we had to wait a long time for the dental assistant to do the floride and place the protectant on the back teeth. It took so long that I was tired of wiating and had to leave.

MY APPT WAS FOR 2 AND I WAS NOT SEEN TIL 2:30, AND NO ONE WENT OVER MY NEXT PROCEDURES TO BE DONE

The reception area is usually bright, friendly, and inviting. Unfortunately, they have a new person working the front who I over heard saying "I don't know how to do that," or just seemed frazzled overall. The dentist is never my favorite place to go, but I look forward to the level of comfort I receive with this team and it starts with the smiling face when I walk in the door. She did not provide me with that feeling, so it was a bit dissatisfying. I was greeted by the benefits coordinator, and that feeling of uncertainty was eased. I understand being new to a job and learning new things, but your customers should never know that you're uncertain of your job. A smile goes a long way, for me at least. Overall, this office does an amazing job and are working hard to provide the optimum experience! Thank you!

i like that i did not recieve a sales pich for things. my only sort of complaint was that the appointment took a long time, with a lot of waiting in between care providers.

I am excited about my new dentist. She definitely seems knowledgable, energetic, and dynamic. She has a very good "vibe" about her.

Going to the dentist always makes me extremely nervous, and even more so now that I'm pregnant, but Dr. Gill and her team were so comforting, knowledgeable, and concerned about my well-being that I felt absolutely safe and cared for. I hope I never have to go to another dentist, Dr. Gill is the best there is.

The past times that I have came into the office there was always a minimum 30 minute wait (after the time the appointment was supposed to start). But this time I was 20 minutes late and I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes, so that was great. And, no one was mean about me being late, which I appreciated. :)

Not happy that I emailed office to clear up discrepancy in copayment amounts quoted by office and as shown in my discount plan and no response has been received.

the only "problem" I had during my appointment was waiting for 45 minutes to be seen (I was 10 minutes early though). I was in no hurry though and the receptionist covering the other for lunch noticed it. This really was not a problem for me. My entire experience otherwise was wonderful and any reservations I had about being at the dentist for the first time in eight years was eliminated. Dr. Gill and Ms M (Marez? I'm disappointed I don't remember her name) were wonderful in explaining everything. Ms M was just a delight to be around anyway.

Receptionists were very accomodating- Brittany fit me in in place of a cancellation when I came on the wrong day. I felt that she was extremely professional, very patient, and a great problem solver. Not very satisfied with a receptionist who I brought up an issue to- as she nodded her head and said ok- but then didn't even understand what I was saying. (I knew this because I heard her tell the other receptionist that I was still waiting to find out the information that I had just finished telling her.) The people who took x-rays and cleaned my teeth were EXCELLENT. Very efficient and friendly. The dentist was also very clear and explained everything in terms I could understand. I did feel a little bit of pressure that I was taking up her time but she was very professional. I spent 3 hours in the office (8:40am am to 11:45 am) for an introductory cleaning and xrays. I was not satisfied with the amount of time the visit took. Overall I was satisfied and will refer others.
