I was so impressed! I’ve never felt more at home, I’ve already started referring people. From start to finish it was a professional and comfortable polite staff that caters to your ever need. I felt as though I was at a spa on a get away, no pain, no coercion of unnecessary dental work to drive up your bill, no rush to hurry to the next, no your outrageous cost the that you need to put you home up for! I have found the best and can't going anywhere else.

Recently been seen by a fairly new dental hygienist, Mike Korn, who took the time to clearly communicate what oral health issues I might be heading toward, why and what action should I decided could be taken. I felt very well served and not sold. The conversation inspired me to conduct further research into the discussion we had had and after some verification, reading on the subjects covered and additional enlightenment, I feel I can take better care and control of most of my future oral health maintenance decisions. All of the staff that I have encountered at this office has made me feel like family. Can't speak for anyone else but the staff at this office has made going to the dentist my pleasure. I always look forward to every scheduled visit.

I love the way the office was happy. Usually when you go into a dental office everything is quite and your affraid to talk. The setting in the office was very comfortable and happy.

The hygienist who did my polishing was a little rough and I didn't feel like she did as good a job as previous polishings in this office. I really enjoy the overall atmosphere of this office and the staff so I didn't say anything at the time of my visit. Overall, this is not really an issue and I felt like maybe she was new, since I do not recall seeing her before, or having an "off" day. Otherwise, I had a great visit :)

I was impressed that all the office staff knew my name. They were very professional, courteous and pleasant . I was impressed with Dr. McInerny's skill for being so young. Everything was clean so that you knew they were concerned about not spreading any bacteria. This office had state-of-the-art equipment using computers to show x-rays and overall teeth. They were also considerate of the light they use to work in your mouth by giving you sunglasses to avoid the glare. That is the very first time a dentist office considered that for the patient. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Strawberry Creek Dental Group. Outstanding dental treatment!! I also liked how they gave you a folder with the costs and procedures done along with your appointment, I never met a better group of professionals! Great dentistry team, including the receptionists.

The office staff seemed overwhelmed and distracted but still polite. Dentist and assistant were Wonderful!

cleanliness can be used in disposal of trash bins. they were overfilled through out the facility. also the vest in the x- ray room is very dirty at the neck line. but I must say the detise chair, the cleaning equipment for the dentist, plus staff are more than presentable and sweethearts. I was really afraid to go to a dentist office but they were so nice that my fear left me for a moment.

Not sure how often I need xrays, but I think every 6 months is to often. not happy with the radiation.

Nice dental office!

I love this office so much. I have made them my official dental office. Staff is incredibly nice and make me feel like family. They talk and laugh with me about my life and tell me about theirs'. I had a deep cleaning/scaling with laser and although it was uncomfortable the dentist was sure to make me as comfortable as possible and the whole staff is so nice and super sweet. My only wish is that I could remember all of their names to mention and thank them individually because they really are a wonderful team with the patients best interest. :) My boyfriend (or fiance now)and I are extremely happy with our visit.

I have never liked the dentist. When I got there the reseption was great. I told them I was afraid of the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. I can't believe I can actually say that I had a great experience! Thank You does not even begin to say how I feel.

I got everything up front, information, procedure explanations and pricing. There were no surprises. I also like the communication options, text and email are always best for me.

Dentist did not explain why a recommended procedure was necessary or how it was detrmined to be necessary and any other options to my problem. Dentist seemed in a hurry to move on to their next patient (if there was one).

An overall good as can be expected (after all it is a dental visit :>{)

This visit was much better than my last visit--I arrived early and was taken back for services on time and out the door in 45 minutes total. Thank you.

I'm very impressed

Trish helped us and made my 9 year old very comfortable about what was going to happen when they pulled her tooth. I was extremely happy with the care she provided.

Everything was great. My only comment (not complaint) is that the dentist gave me three choices of crowns. When Summer and I discussed the financial part and she gave me a quote, she didn't indicate which crown choice she was quoting me for, and I didn't think to ask until I was on my way out. Other than that, everything was perfect!

in general i was happy with the doctor and nurses but i was happy when the desk ask me to go and get the money before thr treatment, they should trust thier customer better

I'm glad I chose this clinic...Every office should have a clone of Dr.Grace Min . She clearly paid attention to my issues as an individual and not just another patient to make money off of. She ensured my pain was kept to a minimum until the problem was resolved. She went out of her way to ensure my needs were taken cared off. Thank you for DR. GRACE MIN !!!

I am very pleased with the service and care at Strawberry Creek Dental. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome by the receptionist Faith. I am also very blessed to have Dr. Min as my Dentist. Dr. Min is truly an exceptional Dentist that provides the best treatment and care for her patients. Whenever, I walk out of Dr. Min office I feel confident about my overall appearance to smile and laugh in front of others again. Thank you again Strawberry Creek Dental for providing the most efficient services in the Sacramento Area.

Everyone was very pleasant. Celeste put up with me calling her two other names before I finally got her name right. haha. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. Dr. Peggy was very good with me and let me stop when my jaw was hurting due to my TMJ. She was very attentive to my needs. Summer explained the financial part well and understood my financial needs. I thought for being a dental corporation, everything went well. I am used to going to a private practice office.

My experience was very good. The only thing that could have been different was I had to wait 40 minutes from the time I had the shot until I was worked on. I am happy with my first visit.

Definatly the 5 star of Dental offices!
