Carlos is an amazing dental assistant/ technician. He clearly demonstrates advanced skill & technique. He takes his duties seriously, and is very patient focused. Whenever he is involved in my case, I feel confident that I will receive high quality dental work. Dr. Awad is a very personable and patient dentist. I appreciate it that he listens and strives to provide the best care he can at each visit.

Dr.Paul Awad was great.So was his assistant Rayshunnda.Overall the best experience I have ever had at a dentest and will be back for all my dental needs.

I love love Dr. Paul. He was so so kind and gracious and was very sensitive to my concerns and fears because I had had a traumatic experience with another dentist. He even personally called to check on me the next day. I had never had a dental office do that before and super amazed that the actual dentist did this and not just the office. He was truly amazing and I have already reccommended him to 3 people.

Just as I had lost confidence in the Dental Community, along comes Hub Plaza Dental Group! Am very satisfied with my families care,and have no problems with coming back.

Compare the previous dental offices I have visited before I came to Hub Plaza, I would say Hub Plaza is the best. From the first time I have arranged the appointment, got my x-rays done, checked up and during the treatment, I got the best service ever. Francis, the dentist assistant, was super nice. She helped me with the payment plan to meet my financial ability. In summary, I will definitely recommend Hub Plaza to my family and friends.

The only issue was the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. The dentist and staff were running behind.

Michelle was awesome as usual. How many office managers know their patients by name when they walk in? She is always very friendly and make a person feel comfortable in the "Dental Office" setting. Ruth at the front desk was new to me, but didn't disappoint with her wonderful attitude and beautiful smile. Dr. Lai (aka "my favorite doctor") is very professional and very personable and fun to talk to. She takes care of business quickly and painlessly while also giving me good advice on way to better care for my teeth. Everyone there at the office are friends, and the clients are treated as friends as well. Steve was great as the finisher, with good conversation coupled with quickness and efficency I was out of the chair in no time. Thank you all and I look forward to my next check-up! I had not been here in a few years but because I was happy with the treatment provided when I was here before I had no reservations in returning. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Dr Paul, Kandice, "D", Carlos and Frances were excellent and very professional with my husband and me. D even took the time to put vaseline on my dry lips, Carlos gave me a blanket so I could be comfortable while I waited for the rest of my treatment since I mentioned I did not have had any sleep and gave my husband a movie to watch (he was by my side in the room). It's those simple things what makes them stand out from my previous experiences. Thank u guys

My daughter really liked her new dentist/dental office, She expressed to me how comfortable she felt and excited to know she had no cavaties. My mother in law, her grandmother is going to start coming to our dental office.

Everything was so professional. The staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Awad was very gentle, I didn't feel anything. He is such an amazing dentist. All his assistants were so nice and also did their jobs extremely well. Overall I had a wonderful dental experience!

The last root canal I had (somewhere else) was a nightmare. I swore I would die before having another one. Because of your entire staff and their consideration of my dental anxiety I had a re-treat of the same tooth. The nitrous, the staff and the endodontists patience and being gentle REALLY helped me. You have no idea what this means to someone like me. I really appreciate it!

Would have liked to have had a chance to clean up my face from teeth cleaning before being given flossing guidance. I felt self-conscious about the excess toothpaste crusting over on my face.

The staff was amazingly friendly and nice, I never experienced such a kind dental staff from the receptionist on up to the Dentist! My only concern was the high cost of the treatments.

Couldn't be happier with my dental experience! I have already referred one patient and my wife and children are switching to Dr. Moore ASAP. I had a number of issues when I went for my last cleaning. These included two broken crowns and two teeth with decay that required overlays. My primary concern was cost since I couldn't afford to have all this work done at once. After talking to the office staff and Dr. Moore, they worked out a great payment plan that allowed me to get all the work done. In addition, I was able to get this work done in a single visit! (4 hours but I was thrilled to get this all done at once). This office has state-of-the-art equipment including a CNC machine that mills overlays and crowns on location. They used a special camera to photograph my problem teeth. A 3d model of those teeth was then generated on a PC and special dental computer software was used to create the needed overlays and crowns. These were fitted to the remaining portion of my affected t

Usually flossing is a part of my regular cleanings at my appointments, but I did not get any flossing done during this recent visit on March 9th. Was it just forgotten or it's not part of the scheduled cleanings is what I'm curious about. Other than that my overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable! That staff, both front and back office were friendly and easy to talk to! (-:
