Donna was extremely helpful, courteous, pleasant and explained the procedure step by step as she worked on me. She was always asking me if I was OK. She really impressed me.

During cleaning I was glad to have Dr. Joe do the plaque removal and exam. The polishing should have been more thorough and vigorous and I was dissatisfied.

There is not one person in the office that didnt ROCK!!! WHAT AN OFFICE OF GREAT PEOPLE!! Amazing!... The service, the organization and the care they gave me made me feel like family.... And my dentist SUPER JOE SHIFGASKHSDKFHASKLFJ SKI LOL... was THE BOMB!!!! very informative, very talented... I had a wisdom tooth pulled.... I went straight to work right after and did not need the pain meds at all-- WOW!!... THANK YOU ALL!!!

I can safely say that I LOVE my dental office and my dentist. I actually look forward to coming in for my semi annual cleanings! The front desk is very friendly and my dentist is so personable yet still professional. I've made a few recommendations to my mom and boyfriend who were needing good dental care, and they were very pleased to come to this office and see what I've been talking about the whole time!

I have not had great experiences with Dentists in the past. The main reason I don’t go to a dentist on a regular bases has been because I would always leave unsatisfied. My visits felt more about them trying to sell me something I didn’t need and they didn’t care about my overall health. I really liked my Dentist and Hygienist in this office. The dental assistants and the benefits coordinator/receptionist were awesome. They all did a great job in not only fixing what needed to be fixed, but they did a great job in educating me to prevent further problems. I had no hesitation in paying out of my pocket the fees my insurance didn’t cover because they built TRUST with me first. With that said, I trusted my dentist and Hygienist and the benefits coordinator on the recommendations they gave me because I felt they were looking out for my health and my finances and they were not trying make a sale. I like my dentist, I never thought I would say that! =) I’m definitely going to

I was less than impressed with the benefits coordinator who dealt with me. Whilst I was prepared for a high-cost visit (or series of visits), I felt that she was pressuring me to not try a payment plan and to pay all at once. I don't mind paying, but the plan made it much easier for me to say "yes" rather than have to shop around for different care. Other than that, Dr. Joe was fantastic, as was my hygienist Donna. Both of them were excellent, and didn't spend too much time bashing me for not seeing a dentist in a while. I was very pleased with both of them.

I was made to wait quite a bit of time for the dentist.

the polishing of my teeth is completed in under a minute. the tool barely touches each tooth and is just swept through my mouth. my past dentists sit there and make sure to polish each tooth and all sides and it takes a while. this just seems like a hurry-it-up-and-get-her-out deal.

So far, I've been very pleased with everything & everyone at The San Clemente Dental Group. I am so glad to have finally found the right team to help me help myself take better care of my teeth. Thank you!

This Overall was a good Experience For my Wife and I.

The team at this office are superior in all aspects. They are professionally outstanding not to mention the warmth and caring attitude they share. My family LOVES San Clemente Dental for many many reasons...

I want to thank everyone in the office for a very comfortable visit. I just have some tight financial constraints and do not want to take on any more debt or obligations. The financial alternatives were just not going to fit my budget at this time, but the experience was exceptioinal.

Thank you to ALL who made me feel comfortable! I appreciate being able to see for myself on the screen what exactly is wrong with my teeth. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit there :-)
