Its one of the best dental treatmen i ever had done, Thank you all for taking care of me, Azuhara is a very very nice lady and i will always go back because the way she treated me and she knew exactly what i needed. and the doctor was very nice too. thank you all again

There were coffee stains behind my bottom front tooth that I could never brush off. After a cleaning from the hygienist, I looked in my side-view mirror in the parking lot and saw that it was completely gone. That was a good feeling, and I wanted to go back inside and tell her how much I appreciated it, but I was late for class. Thanks, y'all.

Dr. Kim is a very caring and competent professional.

Great, great, great dentist and support staff. Dr. Kim, Sarah, and Monica where all great while I was in thier care. I felt they had a genuine concern for the health of my teeth, and look of my smile. The front office staff made the cost's of my choices for care very clear, and aided in all of my insurance coverage and reimbursment concerns. The financing for my care through Smile Generation was a very easy process. They will be doing alot more work for me in the near future.

I appreciate the staff friendliness and sense of humor. Dr. Lopp chats with me and I like it. He has wonderful interpersonal skills and knows how to connect with people so that they feel comfortable and respected.

i wasnt helped until almost 45 after my appointment time! :( maybe my dentist trip verrrry long.. but over all very happy since i hadn't been to a dentist in over 8 years and was please to find out my teeth were in good condition

1) I did not know that you REQUIRE a pamoramic xrays...don't know why as it is not an ootho office 2) I did NOT like getting the pamoramic due to increased xray exposure, but lady was VERY insistant...as if I had NO choice 3) didn't like the pressure of individual xray taken by lady....my mouth could not tollerate the insertion of xray material and TOO much verbal pressure for me to do it 'her way' by bitting down all the way...which I CANNOT do, due to bone growth.....I finally had to tell her firmly, that I WANT to do the best I can, and I can only DO what I can...with tears of discomfort. I believe she was way too overly insistant and it took too much time due to all of the xray proceedures. 3) I would have been out earlier if I didn't have the pamoramic xray and time with other xrays....too many. I really liked the treatment from ALL the other people...dentist, hygenist, and other ladies. I fully expeceted dental cleaning, and glad it was fitted in same time.

Dental procedures always make me nervous and uncomfortable. Jay Loss is a terrific dentist. He is very fast and accurate which I appreciate. Everyone in the office is warm, friendly and professional. They do their best to make me feel as comfortable and reassured as possible.

Would suggest sound-proofing pocket doors for various procedure rooms. Can be unsettling to hear other dentist/patient conversations while stuck in a chair.

One comment: I felt some pressure to "sign on the dotted line" for additional treatment. I understand that dentistry is a business but sometimes the promotional aspect of it seems to supercede that "chairside" manner.

I have not heard back yet with quotes for the proposed treatment. Also, I need to pick up the whitening trays.

Teeth cleaning not as long of time as other times at other dentist

The entire dental staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will stay with Dr. Fossett and the Bernardo Heights Dental Group as long as I'm living in San Diego! The treatment is painless and the staff is excellent about talking to me during the process, which is appreciated more than they realize.

I think it is nice if they have disposal teeth brush in the bathroom, so that the patients can go brush their teeth before the treatment. I visited the doctor during my work, and had no time to brush teeth before I left work and kinda embarrassed by taking pictures of my mouth with some food left.

AMAZING experience and team. It feels like they are a family. I would and will be recommending them to anyone I know. Best experience I have had in a very long time.

I do feel your charages are high compared to others I have been to. I feelyour dental plan costs approximate others full charges.

I appreciate all the care and concern shown in doing my front bridge which I know was a difficult bridge to make. I am very satisfied with it. I only hope I can care for it in a way that it will last .. since it's in a precarious place. We aren't used to the financial costs in this country, so that's been a shock, but I have no complaints about the care given, and feel the work is well done.

I am very apprehensive when going for dental treatment. I thought everyone, receptionist, dental assistant and dentist, made me feel comfortable. Will see how treatment goes.

I am very happy with this office and the staff. this is the first time since I entered college that I feel this way about a dental office. I do want to know about the cost of teeth whitening.

I was given a plan, but it has not begun.

I had to transfer my dental healthcare to another office because my insurance changed.I was not happy to do that,however after the first few minutes in the Bernardo Heights Dental Group I was immediately impressed.I am very happy with the dental care I received.Dr. Lopp is excellent and has a wonderful chair side manner. My hygenist was great and Miss Tasha explained my financial responsibility very clearly. Everyone made my dental experience very pleasant. Thank you.

I'd love to trade out some hanging fused glass art for your waiting area to be separated from the front door...a great image to look at when you're waiting for the dentist! Just wanted to let you know I think this office is without a doubt the best dentist office. The people there treat me like a person and they understand my fears about the dentist and all that is happening. Also, if I have a "freak out" moment they are very understanding and don't discount my fears, but let me know I will be OK and still get the job done.

Took advantage of the reduction of cost in the laser treatment of the gum tissue. Very impressed with the laser treatment. It really worked well. The referral to TierraSanta group for the root canal was not the best. They missed the block and it was very painful. The crown by Dr. Lopp was fine however. Dr.Faucett is doing excellent work and I feel confident in his ability.

The offer for new patient is misleading. From what I expected I made an appointment for cleaning but it turned out that what I got is just exam and X-ray. The ad was not clear. I could havegone somewer else bec i need routine cleaning. If I need deep cleaning maybe it was just scheduled some other time
