I was please with the treatment I received as a first time patient. The dentist and her team were very professional and detail, I greatly appreciated their gentle touch.

The office environment (waiting room and treatment rooms) was very clean and professional. My appt was also right on schedule!

Special thanks to my dental assistant (So sorry I can't remember her name! It's not Bernice but starts with a "B"). She was kind, professional and made sure I was comfortable. Give her a raise :)

It would be more efficient to schedule dental exams & x-rays on the same day as appointments with the hygienist for cleanings. Other than that, I appreciate the great service!

They all are professional, honest and friendly. They always make you feel like part of their family and they show they care for my dental health.

I absolutely love this office. Everyone there is so pleasant! The dentist is amazing, he always makes me feel comfortable, that alone says a lot, I never liked going to the dentist. I refered a friend there already and she feels the same way. Thank you again guys for making my visits so nice. You guys are doing an amazing job!

I enjoy coming here, even though it's a bit out of the way for me to come to this location the staff is great, the atmosphere is welcoming and the equipment is up to date.

I was impressed with the overall cohesiveness of the group. Everyone worked so well together. As soon as the dentist was done, the hygienist was there to clean. As soon as she was done the health coordinator was there to explain my payment options. I was very impressed with how easy and smooth it was. Everyone was very friendly.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Arianne. He was very conscientious with my comfort during a very lengthy procedure. He was also very thorough at explaining everything in nondental jargon, which was very much appreciated. The hygienist also did an excellent job. I have to say all of the staff was very kind, and even stayed late when my procedure ran longer than they expected. I highly recommend this office. They make you feel welcome, it was very clean. They have all the latest equipment. There was no long wait time in the lobby, like you find with some dental offices. And they even got my mother in the next day for an emergency evaluation, and will take care of a surgical extraction on a Saturday.

Dr. Arianne and his entire staff was very professional and friendly. The receptionist Rhonda is fantastic. She is very caring and makes sure all your needs are met and that you had a great experience.

the receptionist was very friendly, love that there is a game system to keep the kids busy in their own litte "cubby" area. orthodonist was great and really funny. the xray tech seemed to get frustrated easily with my daughter. my daughter had never had that type of xray before, so she wasnt clear on what to do, and you could see her roll her eyes and being to get frustrated. my daughter is 6. shes also never had to supprt the full xray jacket/guard before so all that was new to her. i would suggest a little more understanding from the woman. other than that and the wait in the front, we had a good experience.

Great dental office!! Clean, high tech, kid friendly, and welcoming. I was seen within minutes of arriving and had my x rays done after the doctor checking I was explained what needed to be done, which was no surprise. Even though I have an HMO insurance (which is not the best) I did not feel they tried to take advantage the situation. I am all about specials and offering a discount when getting more treatments of something fixed,, they would look into this for me. Everyone was very friendly and was in and out in a very timely manner! My favorite dentist so far!

We had two visits within two days with Stonecrest and I can say they were both excellent visits. There were no surprise costs and everything we had to pay out of pocket was explained and shown to us in detail. Highly recommend this office to everyone.

We have been to many different offices through out the years, and I cannot believe the excellent service from all of the individuals in the office. The office is new and always clean. I am so happy that we have finally found our dental office.

My last Dentist was Dr. Ing; I was sad that she is no longer located at this office, but happy to know that she has decided to work in another vacinity of her current residence. Overall, the new crew I dealt with was great. Keep up the Good work; much more time efficient from my earlier visits...kudos.

Crystal was very friendly, took the time to explain every step before the procedure, and educated me on how to teke care of my teeth in the future. Doctor was also nice, he gave me a list of options, thought that if we could save the tooth, we should make an effort to have the area clean and remove the bacteria and see if it heals before having it extracted. They both seemed like they enjoy what they do with a passion, that's important to me. Because if you do not enjoy what you do, then you will treat every patient like a number example, like a cop giving out tickets just because he has a quota to meet, or another example finding things that do not need fixing just to make extra money for your own self financial gain. Professionals don't have to do that, because their work speaks for itself, the patient is happy and comes back to give them more business, that's their reward :)

After the exam i was left in the room for 25 minutes before I received the quote for dental work and another 5 minutes before the hygenist came in to start the cleaning. If that kind of wait was necessary i at minimum would have liked to know why and when i should expect someone to come in. I almost left the room to go find someone.

Experiencing pain after a (it's been about 3 weeks) cavity fill on lower tooth. Uppers above worked on tooth also seem more sensitive. When lower was being leveled, dentist filed upper tooth to even out bite. Curious if this tactic has made upper more sensitive. Mouthguard fits great and has work well.

You have all fancy equipment I like but, you have a old fashion blood pressure cup. You should have large cup for big people arms.

my appointment was at 2 pm - I had to wait until 2:30 until I was called Since I go to the dentist on my lunch hour, it is very difficult for me to wait 1/2 hour in the waiting room. Except for the wait time, I am very happy with this dental office and the personnel that treated me.

I am so impressed with this place! Everyone was so, so friendly and personable and I'm very pleased that all the pricing and procedural info was presented in a clear manner upfront. The dentist was awesome and I'm so happy that he figured out my nerve is farther back than the norm and so he was able to numb me with one shot (at a different dentist, it took 7 shots for one cavity!). Everyone was gentle and considerate and I can't recommend this place enough. My husband is going to be a patient soon, too! :)

Dr Afshar makes me feel very comfortable with my dental needs. She is great. I do not like Tierrasanta Dental Group or Dr. Syod.

Great experience- Dr. Fowler was patient with my questions, and Octavio was awesome explaining everything he was doing.

When it comes to Orthodontics I have had a great experience. I had my first general dentist appointment yesterday and we discussed one procedure that needs to be done but did not discuss overall treatment and did not create a plan. I was not expecting a plan however so I am not disappointed in this.

My dentist did a great job. She was very nice. I can't wait until my next visit!

Found my new dentist

My visit was to fix a broken crown and it turned out I needed a root canal before the crown replacement. Your office recommended the Tierrasanta office and set up the applointment for me and made it very convenient and smooth for the process to happen in one day. My treatement was taken care of in one day so I did not need a progressive treatment plan.

Hygienist seemed like she was in a hurry and wasn't very gentle. Otherwise, great experience.

Friday morning was my first visit to Stone Crest. It was the best dentist visit I have ever had.

They were super nice, as always! It's a pleasure to go to this office. I have seen three different dentist and all were super friendly. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. I just got my teeth cleaned and was taken very good care of! I will refer to my friends and family!

I have been told that I need fillings where I feel I may just have deep stains. No other dentist in the last 5 years has told me i have cavities. I think Stonecrest wants my money to the point that they will exaggerate the need for treatment.

Rhonda, the receptionist was terrific, Kim the office mgr. was extremely helpful and efficient, Angelica the x-ray tech. made me feel very comfortable and was very competent, but Dr. Ng was absolutely the best Dentist I have ever experienced. She is wonderfully competent, professional and was very patient in explaining my issues to me. I was also impressed with the facilities and state-of-the art equipment. I expect I will be seeing a lot of Dr. Ng in the future and am as close as anyone can be in looking forward to a dental visit ( if that is even possible!)I would highly recommend Dr. Ng and this practice to anyone looking for a quality dental group.
