Floors and walls could use some cleaning. Just my observation Dental Care was excellent

I love you! I have never been to comfortable at the dentist, but I believe I have found the perfect place for treatment! :) State of the art imaging, great computer education on the state of my xrays, amazing staff and wonderful Dentist!

it was a okay vist, i vary happy about the cleaness of the office. I just did'ent like the fact that the denist compared me to my partners teeth i thought it very unprofessional for him to do that, a denist should make comment on someone teeth to some ealse...So just wonder if he talk about to some ealse now....

I am usually scared of the dentist but overall you guys made me feel very comfortable and I felt no pain through the whole procedure.

I have always been a dentist coward! However, once I started treatment with San Jacinto Smiles, that panic ended. Everyone in the office is caring and patient ... and when you walk into the office, they greet you by name, and they really care how you have been since your last visit. If finances are an issue, they will help you deal with that so you can receive the dental care you need. I just can't say enough good things about that dental team. If any one fears dentists like I did, this is the office for you. I also know that if I ever relocate, I'll be back for my dental visits.

This team is amazing. I'm so glad I went to them before any others in the area. After calling around and reading several reviews, I knew that this was the place for me.

I had a great experience. The only problem I had was I had both my kids appointments at the same time and I felt torn between the rooms. I thought that we would all be in the same room at the same time and that's not how it happened. It was all okay though.

My children love coming to the dentist! They always make them feel welcomed and comfortable. I would certainly recommend them for the little ones.

I will continue with Dr. Morgan and his team because he and his staff are friendly, considerate, and the best kid's dentist I have had in my 16 years of being a mother. Thank you!

Thank you for making my daughter's first visit to your office a comfortable one. Even though we has some unexpected results and an invasive treatment completed, my daughter is ready to go back and visit the staff and dentist for her next visit. I could not believe how gentle and kind Dr Firestone and Charlie the assistant were. I have had HORRIBLE dental experience in my past and Dr Firestone did exactly as he said and was such a comfort. It really was pretty painless. :) And his staff were VERY kind and understanding as well. Thank you!

Great servce overall. Everyone in the office was excelent.

The receptionist sherry helped me with my insurance to see if they would even cover a second opinion. They got me in that same day for x rays for my son. and they even had time that day to get cavities done. The dentist answered all my questions was very nice and explained my sons dental situation and plan very well. The assistant was very nice treated my son very well. Loved that i was in an out on a day that i didnt even have an appt set up.

I was astonished with the high degree of care, compassion and professionalism your Team displays. I have nothing but praise for your Office and your TEAM. This is the first time I've had to visit a dentist in the USA and you all made it very easy. I would highly recommend you to anyone. My thanks to Dr. Lee and everyone else in the Office that contributed to my positive experience with a less than positive problem.

Friday was our daughters 1st appointment in your office; she was there for a check-up, x-rays and cleaning. We picked your office because it’s promoted as a child’s dentist. Upon arriving at our appointment I had pointed out to our daughter that she would be getting a spinning toothbrush after her visit (as per your sign on the front window). The staff and the dentist were fantastic but I have to say I was very disappointed that I had to ask for a toothbrush (electronic or otherwise) after our visit and our 4 year old daughter was given an adult toothbrush instead of the child’s electronic toothbrush that was advertised on the front window, I have never had to ask a dental office for a toothbrush before leaving. All in all, our daughter had a wonderful experience and I cannot thank the dentist or the staff enough for their kindness and patience with our daughter but I did want to share that with you. Thank you!

my son was very comfortable. He was a little nervous at first but evceryone treated him so nicely he left smiling:-)

This has been the best experience I have had in going to any office. The staff and the dentist are very friendly and set an environment that makes you feel comfortable.

I would like to be able to see staff wash their hands prior to providing cares.

When I set the appointment I asked for my 6 year old son to be seen with the pediatric dentist because he always feels left out when he sees other kids walking out with electronic toothbrush and ballons and he does'nt. They told me that they would make sure he gets the same treatment but they would like to keep him with the regular dentist. When we got there and I asked for that pediatric treatment gifts they told me they cannot because he is NOT seeing the pediatric dentist. This REALLY upsets me!!! I have to explain to my son that he WAS a good boy and they ran out of the items even thou he, once again, saw other kids walking out with all these goodies. If San Jacinto Smiles does not get it right the next time I set my appointment with the Pediatic dentist or at least treat my son with the same gifts as all the other kids then I will leave san jacinto smiles and start telling everyone how 'Faviortism' is the way of San Jacinto Smiles.

The Denist Hygentist is very informative and empathatic to my gum disease and treatment and remebers me as I have seen her multiple times and makes me feels comfortable each time and is very detailed and takes so much time in my appoinments.

Wonderful service. Dr. Morgan was also very friendly with my other son who was with him. Thank you.

I would like all my appointments on FRIDAY'S since it's my only day off and I am unable to take time off from work. So far, your office has been wonderful with providing this service! I'm very pleased!

The dentist and dental assistant were great. I want to mention Natalie was exceptionally good and I really appreciated her quality of work and friendliness. Vanessa the benefits coordinator was also extremely helpful and worked with me in a way I was able to get the treatments I needed and it was not a negative financial impact for me. Thank you all very much.

I don't like going to the dentist and get anxious regarding pain & treatment. I was put completely at ease and was explained how they can keep me completely comfortable

This cleaning was more painful and more agressive than previous cleanings. Might have been more sensative also do to inflaimed gums. Love your office especially Dr. "O". Thanks Again !!

I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST, BUT THE STEP-BY-STEP EXPLANATION PROCESS KEEPS ME GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS!

I appreciate the caring I recieved from all the staff from start to finish. I have a severe fear of the dentist, and I could not have appreciated the empathy I recieved more. I had to have a root canal which I will admit was the most unpleasant experience I have encountered since the birth of my children! But Dr.O was very patient with me and made me as comfortable as possible, and didn't get frustrated when she probably should have. I will definately be returning for all my dental needs.

My daughter did not need to see the hygienist but our overall experience was great. Love the office.
