Finally found a dentist that I really like! Works fast, good hands, keeps me updated on his progress. Also very cute! He is supported by an excellent professional staff. I was very uneasy when I arrived, but quite satisfied when I left.

Excellent dental care, efficient staff with great 'bedside manner' from everyone I dealt with. X-ray technician has wicked sense of humor that put me at ease from the very start. Hygenist narrated each step of the way, which also kept me relaxed. The only downside is that I had to pay for a service that I thought was partially covered by my dental plan.

My wife is afraid of dentist as she has had some work done not up to par. I was very comfortable with the service I had receive in the past. No pressure, I miss Dr. Frank from Acton that you had and when I find him I will return to his office. As for My family including my two children, we will be taking our dental care elsewhere. I have never ever been shown the door without having my routine teeth cleaning preformed. I was insulted. A total waste on my time to take off work. Not only did I make this appointment 6 months ago, you called and told me to reschedule 1 week before my appointment date and I had to reschedule my office calendar with my co-workers. As I said... Never Again. Please remove me from mailing list.

The biggest factor was not being informed more about the laser treatment at the time of discussion of my other treatment costs. I feel it was evident when examined by the dentist this procedure would probably be needed and the price should have been discussed. Based upon what the hygienist told me, the infection was serious enough to require the laser treatment. I just felt overwhelmed since it was mentioned at the last moment.

The dentist couldn't tell me why my tooth was turning yellow and didn't offer any alternatives when I brought it to her attention. Overall your dental office is expensive, but the quality is pretty good. There are still some way you can improve, which is to better explain the procedure as it goes along. Decreasing prices by 5% wuld help too.

Everyone at this office was friendly and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door, until the moment out walked out. Everything was explained to me every step of the way. The last time I visited a dentist it was a very uncomfortable situation. This visit was actually kinda fun. With all the new advancements, It was educational and just pretty cool to be able to see your teeth up close and with such clarity.

Everyone in the office was fantastic! Scott was especially helpful when it came to explaining the insurance coverage. My dental assistant was also great! She was constantly asking if I was "OK". My son has been a patient there for over a year with orthodontics. Tomorrow we have appointments lined up for my other two children. I was very pleased!

When I agreed to deep cleaning, I did so because I thought the cost was reasonable. But after the cleaning the hygienist told be about the laser treatment. I think I should have been told before the deep cleaning that the laser treatment, and the cost, may be necessary.

The process was very easy, I appreciated the paperless process and the opportunity to fill out forms before my appointment. My wait time prior to being taken back was less than 10 minutes. Only recommendation I would suggest is to have any conversations with the patient before they are numbed. Needless to say it very difficult to ask any questions when you don't have full mobility of your mouth. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience, this location is very close to my home, the staff was friendly and reassuring. I look forward to continuing to foster a relationship with this dental group and get back on track with my dental care.

I understand that sometimes there will be situations that will prevent my appointment from beginnng on time but I feel that is one area that the office needs to work on. I don't feel that any patient should have to sit in the outter office for a half an hour or more.

This office is great. However, during my total of four visits, I usually get seen about 10 minutes after the start of my appointment (not including when I got my wisdom teeth pulled, where I was called back about 45 minutes after the start of my appointment). I try hard to arrive about 15 minutes before any of my visits, so it would be nice to know that I'm getting started on time as well. Overall very well satisfied with the group though!

I appreciate the fact that treatment options are available and perhaps are needed or would be beneficial. However I seemed to be bombarded with all the offers. Patients in my age group are not used to this and some can perhaps be persuaded to agree to procedures and treatments which are not totally necessary. I would warn any referrals I send to you to keep an open mind about what is offered.

Since I needed a perio maintenance cleaning but could not afford it at the moment, I actually did not have a cleaning done yet. I was only uncomfortable because I need some expensive work done, but my financial situation did not allow for me to get any of it done. So any negative answers had nothing to do with the dental team. It was only because I need things done, but can't right now. Dr wen and the team are wonderful, and caring, and very professional, willing to help when possible.

This time I mostly saw the dentist and I was very pleased with the options he presented. I felt no sales pressure. In the past my big problem with the dental cleaning, and I'm not getting good value from it. There is a lot of sales pressure and there's little focus on teeth cleaning. Last time I was there for 6 month dental cleaning, between the time Monica came in and left was less than 20 minutes. That wasn't a good service. I go elsewhere, they take 50 minutes for the same service.

To Whom it may Concern: There was a situation in the room that my daughter was getting her treatment in. The computer malfunctioned that sits in front of the patient. So the assistant went and retrieved a laptop for Dr. Steinbeck during this time, both of them were reviewing and accessing documentation when another assistant by the name of Chris came in demanding that he get the laptop the assistant had. I fell that his actions were very rude and unnecessary. I was very upset that this encounter occurred during my daughters visit. In addition, I noticed that the assistant had a change in her workmanship after all, who wouldn’t after being embarrassed and mistreated the way she was. She pulled it together with her head up high and continued her work.

Before yesterday I didn't like this office very much. The wait time alone in the past was difficult but my kids just started braces and we had decided to look for a new office once they were done, however after being treated yesterday, we will stay with this office. Dr.Steinbach, Carrie, Chris and the rest of the team were fantastic in a very emotional and painful situation. They were all very supportive and helpful every step of the way. I walked away from the office with a new appreciation for them. I may still hate going to the dentist but the staff made that experience a better one then I have ever had in the past.

Monica, the hygienist is wonderful. Very clear and explanatory of all treatment and options. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes,usually 15 and once over 20 minutes to be seen. I have tried to come in right after your lunch but was still delayed over 10 minutes. I had a tutoring business for many years and kept to a tight schedule. I know "stuff" comes up but I got to my last appointment 10 minutes late knowing I would be waiting. I was called in after another 5 minutes. Love everything else about my visits.
