Practice of requiring patient to provide OK re. cost of treatment before work is initiated is helpful on the one hand, but on the other hand, lengthens the visit time. A patient might prefer providing a blanket approval to pay for the cost of treatment on a particular visit, such as an emergency situation where the patient has no real option to go elsewhere.

I liked how I was treated from the time I walked in, the cost of service clearly explained to me, offering the plan for lower dental costs, the dentist was very professional and understanding, the assistant very friendly and spoke with me the whole time I was waiting for the shots to take effect. I was glad I chose Santa Fe Modern Dentistry for my dental needs and I have already sent my mother-in-law in for her dental care. I was frightened at the fact of having dental work done, but this experience went very well and I will be going back for further treatment (without the anxiety). Thank you very much for a great dental experience.

I was amazed. Granted...I have had the same dentist for years who hasn't offered half the information I received but I was primarily going for cleaning. The hygienist was a little rough but she was in a hurried position so I can understand. All in all I will return. Just making financial calculations at this point. 1/ I realize and appreciate that you have apprentices so I should not have been so hard on this poor young woman. 2/ The newspaper ad which I answered promised me an electric toothbrush in addition to xrays and cleaning. Instead I received a toothbrush, miniature toothpaste and floss. What happened?

Very pleased with Mario who did the finest extraction I have ever had. The young woman assisting the cleaning of my teeth was OK, but her assistant did not handle the water suction well. I was very pleased with the modern equipment and with the cleanliness of the equipment and public rooms.

I have been extremely fearful of dentist's for quite a long time. This was truly one of the best if not the best experience I have ever had. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I left, every single person was curtious and very helpful. I just have one small complaint, I wasn't given insturctions on aftercareregarding my proceedure, and when I called the next day and requested info no one got back to me. Not a big deal though, I just looked up online. Other then that absolutely excellent place will recommend to friends and family!

Had not been to a dentist in a while because it was very difficult to find a good dentist, much less an AFFORDABLE one. I had a little bit of a surprise when I was told I had a chipped back tooth, so the cost was more than I expected, but the Dentistry team took care of it right away without me having to make another appointment. The dentist also brought in the financial specialist to explain the additional cost so I would not be shocked when I went to pay. They worked with me on the payment without hesitation. The Dentist himself treated me like a REAL PERSON, not like a number. I was very comfortable with the team and I think my next cleaning won't be so far in between visits. This is a great addition to Santa Fe!!

My cleaning was good but when I returned home and looked in the mirror two of my bottom front teeth have grooves at the top of the teeth that they didn't have prior to the cleaning as will be seen in the photos taken just prior to the cleaning. I have an appointment next week and will point this out to the dentist then.

I was having a very difficult time with a bone grafting that did not take so I went to Santa Fe Dentistry. The experience was wonderful each person that treated me were warm and kind and took the necessary time to take x-rays and explain what was going on. I am forever grateful to the staff in Santa Fe and will continue on with further treatments. I will be referring all of my family and friends to Smile Generation.

I am very happy with friendliness of staff. Front desk staff was more than helpful, the lady taking all of my pics was very helpful and friendly. No hygienist though when I had my teeth cleaned, and someone should have been there to do the vacuum. It was a water/dental cleaning instrument, and I think I would be happier with a traditional cleaning. It was uncomfortable for me, and to make it more comfortable, the dentist had it spraying a lot of water. The water splashed all over my face and down my neck and there wasn't a hygienist there to help with that. It also took me 2 1/2 hours start to finish for the appointment!

Registration via e-mail, brilliant! Current, state of the art equipment. Dental Assistant took Pano, FMX, intra-oral photos effortlessly. Exam, treatment planning, cleaning; the doctor answered all questions, very efficient, empathetic, and a great chair-side manner. The excellent treatment by all the staff members has contributed to me having my treatment continued at this practice. I will also be referring my family and friends here.
