Clean and friendly. Very good experience all around.

Going to the dentist is rarely an even one looks forward too. Compounded with the extreme pain I was in when I arrived I was not very happy. The staff was exceptionally professional and quickly made me feel at ease. I was a bit embarrassed that my dental issue was due to my own personal negligence however I was not made to feel bad about it – rather the staff simply focused on meeting my dental needs for the future. Dr. Ferguson was very professional and thorough and very concerned for my comfort throughout the entire procedure. Despite some pretty invasive work I actually left the office feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you!

I've been a patient at this location since it was first opened. They have always had the best staff I've ever dealt with in a medical/dental setting. As long as I continue to live in the area, I will be a customer.

Office is beautiful. Love the flat screen TV's in treatment rooms and in waiting room. Staff very friendly--smiles from everyone. All staff very efficient, competent and caring. Highly recommend this office.

Please remove your on line appointment schedular as I have used it two times and it did not conect with the office and the appointment never was schedules.

Dr. Ferguson and staff were great. Nothing but positive things to say about this visit.

I did have to wait 20 mins. past my apt. time to be called back, however, the asst. Jay, was very friendly and professional and I was very comfortable with him. I saw Dr. Ferguson for the first time and she was Great, very friendly and explained everything to me. I was not very comfortable in the room I was in, it was very cold. I was left alone several times through out my 3.5 hours for long periods of time. I do want to say that most of the staff was professional and did make my visit a bit easier.

I will never go to another dental office. I am always taken care of extremely well, they work with me on payments, and I am more then satisfied with my care!

My appointment as a new patient with xrays and cleaning took almost 2 hours, had to wait for the hygenist for a while for my cleaning, but other than that it was a good visit. The dentist I had was fantastic - Lindsey.

The office is very clean and professional. I especially appreciated all of the help that I received from Ashley. She took the time to go over all of my concerns and explained my dental treatment plan in detail so that I knew exactly what would be taking place and how much it would cost.

I had mistaken my appointment time and arrived a day late. The receptionist personally saw to it that I was seen and in a timely fashion.

I was very satisfied with the dental assistant and dentist. I had to wait a bit longer for the financial adviser to come speak to me. (I thought they forgot me, so I had to seek her out.) Overall, I hope my visits continue to be courteous and professional.

Was very Happy with staff. I told them I was extremely nervous when I come to the dentist and they kept that in mind and tryed to make me feel very comfortable!

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the office. It was very clean, and had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I was also impressed with the modern technologies the office offered. I believe the most important aspect of why I enjoyed my visit so much was the easy-going and fun vibe of the office. It made me very comfortable in a not always comfortable setting. The Dentist and staff were fun and friendly with one another as well as the patients.

As always the team at Santee Town Center Dental makes my kids feel good about going to the dentist. Very caring and understanding to all our needs. We as a family will always go to them for our dental needs.

Our seven year old had some major dental issues and the dentist was very thorough and cautious. It took a very long time, but he seemed to have the best interest of my child.

Arrived at 8AM as requested for my daughter's appointment, but was not seen for nearly 30 minutes. Unsure why it took so long to start the procedure.

I had a problem with the onlay but it was fixed with no hassle. This was my first visit to your office. I was extremely satisfied with the competence of every person who worked with me and I was extremely satisfied with the thoroughness of the care that I received.

Had no cavities, and already set for my 6 month appointment

I think i had amazing service. Everyone was sensitive to my financial situation and they helped me with a plan that works for my budget. I'm very pleased with everyone and will be back in 3 weeks to get further procedures done on my teeth.

My only complaint is that my dental appointment was at 10:30 and we really didn't get started until noon. However, I really liked being able to get a crown in one visit. The doctors and staff are great. The crown fits great.

Our last visit to this dental office was about a year ago. At that time we decided to try to find another place. We always had a long wait for our appointment, did not know our dentist and got the feeling they did not care if we ever came back. I made the appointment at the same Santee office this time because I had a toothache and had not found another dentist yet. I am SO glad I did. The attitude of the entire place has changed. The receptionist and the benefits person and the person who measured my tooth for a crown were very personable and professional. I had two dental assistants, and they were both kind and attentive. My dentist, Ali Jadali was very gentle, and thorough with his explanation of what we were going to do. He and the assistants worked very well together and they were pretty funny too, which is a big plus in a dental office. I was able to tell my husband that I had finally found a new dentist office and it was in the same office. Thank you!

1st Visit went good. Tech that did X-rays was good. She was having difficulty with machine. We had to take a lot of photos. She was very polite and nice during the delay. I have no problem with her. I think machine was just not working well. Overall, visit was good. I enjoyed the office staff and Dr. I look forward to my treatments and having my family go here.

Tried to up sale very hard. I do not like this type of options

I had a great experience with your dental office. I was a bit concerned with the amount of time I was there, but everyone reassured me that it was an unusual day and wanted to make sure I was okay.

They were very help full, and did everything they could finance wise to do what they could. I have been to a lot of different dentist and they are the best. The staff is what made my visit awesome! Awesome customer service!

I was very happy with the assistant she was very nice and professional she is the reason I am so happy with this office her name was Morhia she needs to be recognized she is a great asset to this practice..

The only problem was that we waited 40 minutes to be called back from the waiting area. My son had baseball practice and was late. His appointment was at 3:00 and his practice was at 5:00. Once he went back he was xrayed and checked, cleaned and polished in a timely manner. The staff is always really friendly and nice.

Minus the 40 min. wait for my cleaning. it rocked!

Everyone there is very nice and genuinely concerned. Dr. Ryggs knew about my situation and was very attentive to it, good bedside manner. The hygienist didn't seem to put much effort into the cleaning and polishing.

I believe this was for my son, was only a check and cleaning and everything was ok so no need for further work

I was very impressed and pleased with the office in total. Too much time was taken to determine my health insurance coverage. I would suggest when a customer comes in on a Groupon it is explained that additional services may be required so to save time inquire with their insurance carriers first. I am looking forward to continuing with dental needs through this office. I will definitely recommend Dr. Ferguson and this dental office.

hygenist should have offered topical lidocaine before cleaning. it hurt and i am nervous about dental visits

Zac was very upset about coming to the dentist and has have a few bad experiences with prior dental offices. After yesterday...he left with a smile and thought you guys did a great job. He said the person who did his cleaning was the best he ever had. He used a lot of water rinsing his mouth out and that was very appreciated. Thank you for making his dental nervousness hopefully something of the past.

My long term plan was clearly explained to me and the cost of the recommended services. The cost is prohibiting me from maximal care/treatment but less than optimal services are available and will be provided.

The dental assistant, Dixie, was so nice. She smiled, worked quickly, but didn't make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her soft voice explained things and made me very comfortable! Dr. B was also very pleasant as he explained things to me and very gentle. I will refer this office to my friends. Thanks for the good work and great customer service!

For a large dental office there is a very stress free family feel. Extremely nice staff.
