Dr. Harris is the most kind, gentle dentist I have ever had. I love her personality and great sense of humor. She gives me a play-by-play comment as to what she is doing and what she will be doing and that is a rare quality.

Everyone was just awesome and super helpful!

My only comment is, make sure that it is explained that when a patient has an appointment with the dentist and the hygienist on the same day, that each one is allotted 1 hour. It was quite a surprise to me, put the outcome was satisfactory and I was pleased.

Town Center Dental employees are the best. We all dread going to the dentist but this specific group of individuals make it comforting and warming. Dr. Harris is super nice and treats you with the up most respect and care, same goes for the staff. I think I found my new dentist and dental group.

The dentist and hygienist were gentle. The front office was more than understanding about my financial concerns, and didn't make me feel bad about it.

After reading all the negative reviews on the internet, my wife I were a bit apprehensive. Experience was very good. Will add positive comments to reviews.

The office is clean and has modern equipment. Most importantly, everyone made me feel at ease.

It was my first visit, however I was very pleased with how my visit was handled.

I was happy that I was offered an earlier appointment than the one I had scheduled. It is important for me to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months.

Need to make water available to waiting patients.

They explained each procedure. Made me comfortable. Everyone was very nice and they introduced themselves.

Generally the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I belive the quality of care is excellent.

The care the staff gave me was exceptional. I have a fear of dentist visits and was able to get through two days of appointments without any kind of fearful attack. They explained all procedures thoroughly and made me feel very secure by asking how I was doing during treatment. They offered to stop in the middle of treatment if I needed them to. Thankfully I didn't. Also, the office remodel is making the office look better; except for the wobbly patient chairs and BIG stain on the carpet in the reception area. The stain looks better than it did previously - like it had been professionally cleaned but it's still noticeable.

I felt like there was a bit of a hard sell for the Zoom Whitening and that I wasn't fully informed of the side-effects and discomfort associated with the treatment prior to agreeing to it. Otherwise, the experience was among the best I've had in dentistry.

All I had done was to have my inlay re cemented, flossing pulled it out.

Appt scheduled for 5 PM and office said to be open until 6. Around 6 PM after a "Treatment Plan" was proposed to me and I selected several options in addition to a cleaning, I was informed that the hygenist had gone home for the day. Why would I make an appointment strictly to get x rays and then schedule another appt for a cleaning? If 5PM appts don't leave enough time to do a simple cleaning procedure, make the latest appt earlier in the day.

Dr. Harris is the most gentle, pleasant, genuinely caring dentist I have ever had.

First dental visit in 3 years and was pretty satisfied with all involved. Other than tartar build-up, no areas of concern. Treatment was EXPENSIVE due to the need of a fancy cleaning tool for "root scraping" but teeth are now in better shape. Dentist and all staff were all helpful, informative and friendly. Will definitely recommend this office.

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I especially appreciate the efforts of Christi in contacting my insurance company and finding out what was covered. She went above and beyond.

The training that has been given the staff in making the patient comfortable is above & beyond. A lot of that has to do with finding the right people to who are able to work well with the public & you have achieved that. I do have a problem with some lack of cleaning in a professional office, mainly the floors & doors. I worked in the food industry most of my life so I notice these little things. Am very conscious of woodwork, doors, & things like that. I don't mean to be picky but think this something that you should be aware of.. Specificially the bottoms of the doors. Other than that, keep up the good work & I want to thank all of the staff for being so friendly & "outgoing". This is a big plus. Other than some mild discomfort I am doing just great. Thank you very much!

Dr. Harris, Rick and the entire staff are excellent. Dr. Harris explained every step of my treatment and I felt so comfortable with her and Rick.

I am always happy to visit this dental office. Everyone is always friendly,efficient and very helpful with my dental health.

I usually see Dr. Brilliant,who is great, however he was on vacation. The new dentist I saw was great. I can not remember her last name, but I believe her first name is Kristina. My only issue with this visit, is I had had it scheduled for 6 months and was not called until one business day before my appointment to let me know Dr. Brilliant would be on vacation and I would need to reschedule. Thankfully there was one opening on the same day and I was able to be seen. Other than that, everything went very well and I am happy with all the other aspects of the service.

I was referred to Town Center after a few bad experiences at other dental offices and I was thoroughly satisfied in every aspect of my visit. I most definately would refer Town Center to all my friends and family.

After years of avoiding dental work, I am now comfortable with the plan on place. Thank you very much!

Cleaning procedure was rushed. Plaque left on teeth. Not thoroughly polished. Filling replacement also felt rushed. Dr. left as soon as it was over. Office was busy and he probably had to go to his next patient. Everyone was very friendly, listened to my needs, and explained everything going on.

I was told I would receive an e-mail with a list of options for my treatment, along with cost and insurance coverage....this has NOT happened, I wonder why

All The Staff Was Extremely Helpful And Nice.

While my visit lasted longer than hoped for, it was totally understandable considering I didn't even have an appointment that day but was accommodated due to my situation. I really like the staff and always feel I am getting excellent dental work.

I have been to several dental offices and I think I finally found the right one in The Town Center dental group. Everyone from the reception, treatment and benefits coordinator was very professional.

please remodel this office they have carpet speed bumps the girls trip over its embarrassing

My only complaint is that my appointments almost never begin on time, I typically have to wait 15 to 25 minutes. I understand there can be unexpected emergencies or procedures taking longer than expected however, this is every appointment, not just the occasional one. I was interntionally 10 minutes late because of this on-going problem and even then I had to wait another 15 minutes. Other than that, the staff are all excellent and I feel very well cared for.

Jennfer was very apprehensive, but do believe each visit henceforth will be slot easier.

Overall everything went well the only problums were that the exray system was down so we couldn't get them and acording to my pharmicy they didn't get my perscription call and since it was 5:00 on Fri. now I have to wait until next week to get my meds.

My overall experience was very good.

return in 6 months for checkup & cleaning.

An urgent dental condition was treated as soon as possible and the results were very good.

When I used the ladies' restroom, the toilet paper was almost depleted and there were NO paper towels. I reported this to an employee who said she would have someone replenish the supplies. That was the only negative part of my visit.

I feel very good about the visit and the dentist overall. I felt comfortable and both the Dentist and the dental assistant were very gentle and took care when doing my work. I am happy about that.

They were very understanding regarding my financial situation and did not pressure me into other costly procedures. This makes it very comfortable for me and allowes me to make needed appointment as I can afford them. I don't fear the dentist, I fear the bill. Retirement sometimes is not as income effective!!
