First of all I was so excited to have found Dr. Kim. Dr Kim is ONE of the BEST! When I arrived for my office visit, the staff was right on top of things, from beginning to end. What great customer service! It felt wonderful to get back on track.

This office is amazing, very high-tech. I was quite impressed. The hygenist was very nice and informative. The best part was Hortencia. She was kind, efficient, understanding and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Not sure my new crowns are aligned as I feel them hitting first when I bit down now that the drugs have worn off.

Dr. Kim was amazingly patient and for that I thank him, as well as his staff. In my mind, John went above and beyond and I thank Dr. Gebhard for taking care of my needs, both physical and mental. In all honesty, I didn't feel a thing, thank goodness. Of course the fact that I was somewhat sedated certainly helped that situation. I thank your organization for taking care of such a terrified (phobic?) person.

One more selection for question 7. Yes, have signed up for a treatment plan with your dental office. My overall experience was very comfortable and all the personnel were extremely caring. Thank you for a new and different way of doing dentistry.

I like your office in general and Dr. Kim is very professional. I was very happy with the highenist when I was there in January. However last time I went, Dr. Kim did a part of the cleaning and the girl that came after seem either new or very inexperienced so I wasnt very impressed. Other than that everything is fine but I thought it would be important to mention that althought this girls was super nice, her level of skill was not very good. Maybe she could use some training? because she has a great attitude with the clients, but her performance was nto very good. I hope this helps.

A very nice way to expedite simple procedures such as wisdom teeth. Post op instructions should have been reviewed with caregiver rather than just a sheet handed to me. Was a bit concerned about universal precautions. Not certain if dentist was change protective gown between cases.

Love Dr Kim and the rest of the staff were great as well

His dental asst needs to be ready when needed. He often had to call her or couldn't find her. Dr. Kim was a amazing dentist and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done.

As a Mom, I was hoping that at their first teeth cleaning they would have been shown how to brush properly and how to use floss. It is so hard to get them to brush their teeth. Maybe this can be discussed at a later appointment with each of them.

I didn't receive a statement of future cost or insurance benefit for my daughter's next dental appointment. I always received a statement from my other dentist's office detailing the procedure and cost.

Everyone was so nice and helpful I hate going to the dentist but they made my visit extremely comfortable. The dentisit was very knowledgeable the hygenists was so friendly and really got to know me. Both receptionists were amazingly helpful and answered all my questions as well as took the extra time to talk with me about my concerns.

A good friend recommended this dental office to me and I'm extremely glad that they did. All of the good reviews I heard were absolutely true.

I was the first patient of the morning and still had to wait in the lobby. X-rays were first, naturally, but when I finally got to the treatment room, I had to wait, again, for the hygienist. Once she performed her initial exam, I had to wait for the dentist. At 7:23, I still had not seen a dentist or had my teeth cleaned. Once the dentist finished, I found myself again waiting. I was then told that the hygienist was with another patient. The dentist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, but I cannot understand how the I, as the first patient of the morning, someone got bumped. My time is important to me. I schedule 7:00 AM appointments so I can be in the office at 8:00. That did not happen this time. Missing work because of poor time management on the part of Horizon would make me choose another practice. I hope this problem does not recur.

Dr. Fox is great, very approachable and made everyhing very clear

With appointment time of 1:00 p.m. I waited for 35+ minutes prior to being seen. I had to ask if there was going to be a long delay for I had a work appointment set for 3:00 p.m. Front office did not communicate adequately. Dr Fox was outstanding........great patient bedside manner asking if there were questions. I highly recommend her!
