I am a nurse and my daughter is in the dental field, so I really know and appreciate good service, wonderful professionalism, and up to date knowledge of the latest tech. You are all of those things !! I am so happy I have found an office I really enjoy going to. Thank-you...You have put all those awful thoughts of going to the dentist aside..

I am very afraid of dental visits. I had a very good experiance here and hve already told people about my visit.

I think it would be a very nice to offer clients w/good credit, an option to billed a balance. since you company has the ability to preform credit checks, it is not unreasonable for a customer to pay a large portion of the bill at once, and then pay off the balance out of pocket on a payment schedule. Financing is not always appealing.

We appreciated the quick time they were able to get us in to be seen. We called the day before and had an email with information needed for the appointment not even half an hour after the call for the appointment the next day.

LOVE THIS OFFICE and DR. RAETHER IS THE BEST. From the initial hello to the course of treatment to the after care. I think I have found my Dentist for life.

I would have rated the highest level on the first few questions, but I did not have a good experience when leaving the office and trying to schedule a followup appointment. I realize I have a weird schedule, but I feel like the person helping me schedule didn't understand the trouble I would have getting back in and just wanted to give me an appointment and get me out the door. Within 5 mins of leaving I received a voicemail rescheduling me for a day and time I couldn't make (and had said I wouldn't be available to make a time in the middle of the day, which confused me why that time was scheduled for me). When I called back to reschedule I was put on hold for 4 mins and 28 sec and then was again treated like I was being an inconvenience. This really upset me because I wasn't trying to be difficult and I just wanted to find a time I was sure I could make and wouldnt have to cancel or be a no-show. Thank you for considering this clent because I have always had positive experiences.

I had extraction of two molars; and I wanted to keep them but forgot to ask prior to surgery. I suggest that, before simply assuming it is alright to toss the extracted tooth/teeth into the biohazardous waste container, it would be a small courtesy to consider your patient's potential desire to keep the "memento". Please consider adding one short question to your long list of questions you routinely ask oral surgery patients having extractions: "Do you wish to save your extracted tooth/teeth, or may we dispose of them on your behalf?"

I'm happy so far with my experience at this location. The assistants have been sensitive about my past fear of dentists. Thank you!

The overall visit was excellent. I did, however, had somewhat of a frustrating experience with the assistant during x-rays. She got very frustrated with me as I expressed some discomfort and asked for more direction. Maybe it was just a bad day for her but I've never experienced this with xrays in the past.

I didn't get a cleaning at this check up. I am not sure if it is because I need a deep cleaning and resurfacing or it was forgotten due to the other issues we needed to talk about.

The dentist was very friendly and so was the assistant. However, my teeth are sensitive in general and the dentist kept bumping them with the drill while doing the filling. He was bumping into the teeth that were not numb. I was impressed by how well he did at explaining things that would be done. I didn't feel left in the dark. I didn't like that my lips got dry very fast and nothing was done about that. Even if vaseline was applied to lips it would help.

Yes, everytime an assistant or hygeinist makes a new temp, they only stay on for a very short time. At my last visit, the assistant glued a new temp on, decided to take it off but couldn't, than had to ask Dr. Conrad for help. He had to numb my mouth & it was a lengthy and bad experience for a simple replacement temp crown. The only crowns that have stayed in for a very long time are the one Dr. Conrad made & glued, and Ben's (Arguello's asst). Also, there are big problems w/your emergency answering service. The few times I've called, I had no response from a dentist for 6 hrs, 2 hrs, and 1 1/2 hrs. respectively. Dental emergencies are painful & scary - these long response time need to be rectified. Other than all this, I simply adore Dr. Conrad - he is fine Dentist, compassionate, GREAT bedside manner.

Sometimes its tough to get in right away with an emergency (I had to wait until the following day), the reason being both times you were short dentists.I love Ally...very helpful!!

Was unable to discuss cost of future treatment as well as where I stand with my present treatment as the girl at the front desk was unsure of cost.

Love the atmosphere, professionalism and attitude of all concerned. My treatment which was quite extensive and invasive due to need was thursday afternoon and I am still hurting some friday evening. I am trusting things will settle out, settle down and I will be comfortable by monday.If not I will be calling. Very good impression of you all and I trust your competence and service.

Dr. Raether is amazing! Her willingness to educate her patients sets her above many of her peers. Also, Amber is always so helpful and genuinely nice.

Might want to coach your benefits coordinator on presenting costs, etc. ie, don't remind people that they have a LOT of work to be done...costs and dental work are daunting for most people.

Very pleased with my 1st visit and look forward to returning very soon. The entire office staff, tech's, hygenist & dentist are very friendly, professional and strive to ensure they answer all questions concerning mt treatment.

Just a few comments about the experience: I felt uncomfortable with Amber working in my mouth because she worked hastily and seemed stressed out with me as well as with the dental assistant. The front desk is very helpful, especially Allie who always goes out of her way to make sure things go smoothly for us. This type of service is valued these days. Kristian treated us as individuals and made the experience pleasant, relaxing, and fun.

It was a great experience. I look forward to my whole family be treated by the River Point Dental Group.

Dr. Conrad was so wonderful. I was very stressed as I had not been to the dentist in quite some time and have a major fear of needles in my mouth. He and Kristen and I believe her name was Andrea were outstanding in getting me through the first of a few more visits I will have. Your entire staff is outstanding and I have told my sister and mother about your office.

Starting with a new dental practice I was a bit apprehensive. However, this was by far the best dental experience I've had since leaving my previous dentist (who retired). I would gladly recommend your office to others.

I didn't have my teeth cleaned this time but will have deep cleaning next month. When I came to Dental Group last year the dentist told me I needed to have a tooth pulled, I said I was here as the dentist I went to was going to fill it but my insurance wouldn't cover it as he no longer took Cigna Dental Insurance. Now the dentist I said he would try to fill it, which made me happy why couldn't the other dentist try, here as River Point so I waited to have enough money to have it pulled. So that was the reason I had to change dentist was because of insurance.

I arrived 18 minutes early for my appt because we have new insurance coverage and I wanted to give the office time to register the info. When I handed my card to the receptionist and said it was new coverage, she said, "I wish you'd come in early because we didn't know about this." She acted a bit put out that she had to deal with the additional paperwork involved. She muttered something about watching a video but I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or someone else and then told me to sign something. It wasn't clear what the video was about or who is was playing for. The room where my cleaning was done was so cold I wasn't able to relax and was, in fact, shivering for a half hour while waiting for the dr. to come in. Thankfully, the dental assistant walked into the room after that and commented on the "refrigerator-like atmosphere" and asked if I would like a blanket. I was, on the whole, pleased with my service at RiverPointe and will continue to refer friends to the practic

Way too much time spent waiting -30 min to see Dr. Also seems like supplies are not where they should be - in other words, available in each treatment room. Seems to be a lot of shuffling around for gloves, etc.

The fire alarm in the bulding went off in the middle of my exam while I was in the chair, and so we had to leave the building for about a half an hour. The blinking strobe lights stayed on the entire time even when we returned to the office. I know it could not be helped. I was glad I was only in for a cleaning/exam at the time, and worried about what might have happened if I had been getting a more detailed procedure when we had to leave the building.

I didn't have a cleaning and there was nowhere for me to put N/A, but I was disappointed that I didn't have one that day as I thought I would and instead have to wait for a hygenist.

Very satisfied, dentist and staff was very clear, knowledgeable and friendly. Took a bit of time, but that was to be expected, great deal with the groupon, but didn't get the whitening kit its supposed to come with (on back-order?), and I might need to call to get clarification on what I need to do from here (probably my lack of listening and asking the right questions)

Felt very comfortable with all of the employees and especially the dentist and his assistant. Had to reschedule my cleaning but not due to any factor the dental office had control over. That's why the lower grade for the cleaning as I haven't had it yet. Very satisfied and felt a sense of trust with everyone working there.

Just sorting out the cost estimates and method of financing.

Everyone was very concerned with making sure I was comfortable! I felt cared for and like I could trust what I was hearing, which is different from my previous experience at the dentist's office!
