PHENOMENAL SERVICE. I mean everyone was so polite and nice and you just got a great vibe from the entire office I'm glad I found them and I honestly haven't stopped talking to my colleagues and friends about the amazing service I received. Referrals definitely coming their way especially because the majority of my company is covered by them. I actually am looking forward to going back to get my teeth pulled as ironic as that sounds. It was great, I know you guys try to upsell which is ok because you have to stay in business. I was told that I grind my teeth, I figured I did it in my sleep. Then thinking about it later I am a mouth breather when I sleep so how can I grind my teeth while sleeping. Making me think twice if I really need a mouth guard or was it a way to get some more cash out of me.

I do not think I am getting my teeth cleaned as often as I should. I thought my plan was for every 3 months. I haven't had them cleaned for at least 5 months.

My experience is good.

It isn't something everyone would want, but I like to know what they are doing in my mouth and why...it is very interesting and educational..the dental worker should ask if the patient wants to know what they are doing,(especially like this last time I had some very different things going on andd I did not know exactly what each person was doing inside my mouth) and offer to explain as they are doing the work. This type of communication is important to me as a patient. ALSO: I absolutely love my Dentist...she is wonderful and exceptional at her work and with advise to me.

Dr Sereat is a true professional. She is kind and capable. David is a pleasure to talk to, always greets you with a great big smile. All the hygenists, the receptionists, every single person I've met at this office is very nice and friendly. For the first time in my life, I actually like my dentist, and I feel like I have a great relationship with them. I enjoy coming here, even if its for a not so great reason... They are also very mindful of the financial burden expensive dental work can be, and are very helpful with the financing options. Great office with top of the line equipment and excellent staff in every position.

The whole staff was extremely kind and kid friendly and helped make my daughter and I very comfortable and relaxed.

We liked the new Dentist Dr. Nguyen very much!She is very professional and great with children. Also, the dental assistant was very good too. I hope this dentist will be there for our next visit. This is the third pediatric dentist in the last year and a half. Front office was pleasant too.

The actual male dentist had seen me for 5 minutes- had been really pushing and pushing the night guard option. I haven't had any time to take care of that, and it feels like I was getting heavily scolded. Other than that little uncomfortableness, everybody else was great. The staff always makes me smile and the lady who did my cleaning was perfect.

We are very happy with all the dentists, assistants and staff at First Street Dental. Which is great because 1 of the 6 of our family is there almost twice a month!

From the moment I opened the door I knew I was in good hands. I was warmly greeted immediately. All the staff was very friendly. The dentist is always extremely kind and is very good at explaining the proceedures and answering my questions and concerns, if I have any. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the wait to see the dentist. I arrived 10 mins early to get my chart updated and between walking in the door, updating my chart and getting xrays I waited for 1 hr(45 mins just reading a book to pass the time) before the dentist walked in the room. I really love the staff and I am always willing to wait. I just feel that if I schedule, even just a check up, I am there for a minimum of 2 hrs every time. I know this is because the dentist is very busy, and she really listens to her patients. I just feel maybe there were too many people on the schedule at the same time. This is just an observation. My family and I could not be more satisfied with Dr. Satareh and her staff. We have been her patients for many years and she surrounds herself with proffesionals so her staff is always excellent. I am 53 and have had many dentists over the years and can honestly say she is hands down the best ever. I can not think of a single thing that could make my experience better. The dentists and staff are not pushy sales people but medical professionals who are there to satisfy patients needs. I feel like they truly want to help and would never conjure prodecures to make money--and this may be rare in the dental world.

I am very hopeful that your office will add enough pediatric dental days for our insurance to approve visits!!!!! Our young girls had a great first dental experience and we would very much like to bring our daughters back to your office, but will be unable to do so unless it is covered by our insurance (DeltaCare plan M01). It took 2 and a half hours for a cleaning/X-rays/consult. This included an entire hour in which the patient was left in the room alone with no entertainment, no one checking back with a "we'll be with you soon"- no one even noticed when the patient gave up and went back to the waiting room. You simply cannot abandoned patients to wait endlessly alone in a dental chair without feedback or updates on the situation. This was blamed on two emergency patients, however, the dentist seemed to be waiting for the front desk to order him to start future treatment that day instead of just doing a cleaning. It took an hour after the front desk was told that only the cleaning was needed that day as scheduled for the cleaning to finally begin. This office needs to streamline things. It should only take 15 minutes for X-rays, 15 minutes to go over the X-rays, and 30 minutes for the cleanings. All patients should be done in one hour.

This is the second time we have scheduled a cleaning appointment only to be told that there was no cleaning appointment on the books when we arrived, only the X-ray/consultation portion was scheduled. This visit took two hours for a cleaning, X-rays, and exam from the dentist for ONE person. Much too long. Please verify with each patient when they call for an appointment what they are expecting from the visit so that everyone is on the same page.

When I made the appointments for Wednesday's cleanings, I asked for two cleaning appointments from the central dispatch rep I spoke with, but only one of us had an appointment upon arrival. This resulted in a two hour visit for an exam and cleaning for two people. I got the prices for the work suggested at an earlier visit, but this time, I didn't get a print out of the expected cost or co-pays.

Outstanding Care

This staff never surprises to amaze me. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I have no intention of leaving their services!! Awesome, friendly staff!!

Your staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They are so with my son as well. David and Esmelda? are especially attentive. The facility is outfitted to make the patient feel as comfortable and accommodated as possible with all of the games, toys, comfort tools, plasma TV's, and videos. In addition, when I was not able to afford a particular crown, my DDS chose to upgrade me at no additional charge because he thought the Blue Block would serve me best and he did a fantastic job placing the crown. On a shallow note, your Doctors aren't too hard on the eyes either. :)

Every member of this office is stellar. Each member makes an active effort to be friendly & professional that makes the patient feel very comfortable. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeting by smiling and caring front end staff and the Office/Business Manager and then lead into a room by a very personable dental assistant. The dental assistant and the dentist took the time to really understand my concerns and go over my x-rays with me and possible solutions. I have been to a lot of dental offices in my life and this one really stands out as top notch.

My daughter saw Dr. Chen.She made her feel so comfortable, very confident in her dental work. Very professional, but also understands us moms. Explained hygiene wonderfully. We will be back in 6 months forsure!

Great people, great treatment, amazing customer service. If I had one critique it would be that the exam rooms were not as clean as I would like. There was a good amount of dust on the dental equipment (not the tools). The chair, computer screen, and and surrounding areas.

Dr. Setarehshenas is the BEST!!!!!! So is her staff :-)

Other than the prolonged wait in the chair (for the dentist to finish with other patient), everything was great.
