From the minute I walked into the office I was taken care of and treatment and explanations were started. My case was an emergency repair and my Ins. had just been approved but, the office was having trouble getting it confirmed Dr. Sandtori came in looked at the problem told me not to worry they would work with it and get it taken care of and I am on my way to a better smile and a healthier mouth in the end. This office visit was for my 5 year old son. The staff was very patient with him. They did everything to make him feel comfortable and ease his fears. I feel that they really care about you as a person there.

Everyone was wonderful but the receptionist seemed distracted and didn't awknowledge me for quite some time.

my long term plan is to follow up every 6 months for check up and cleaning. One thing I do not like is every time I come for a visit I am signing in on a black screen and do not see the actual paper I am signing, LIke to have paper to read and sign and a copy of what I sign. Over all very nice office, with very nice people and effective work and time management.

I appreciated that my dentist did the cleaning. She has a very gentle touch. Also, the Dental Assistant who polished my teeth also flossed them. The previous hygienest neve flossed my teeth and she was very rough with the cleaning so happy I didn't have her this time.

Dr Setareh and her staff are great! Everyone is caring, professional and definitely good at what they do! I had a lot of work done yesterday and they made what might have been a very difficult experience as easy and pleasant as they possibly could. My experience with this office was phenomenal! I basically gave them the challenge of the year--in the country for two days until my departure to Hong Kong, where I reside as an expatriate. In this time they scheduled full care, xrays, cleanings, fillings, a crown and a root canal for myself and my three children! My eldest son, 6 yrs. old, had two fillings and didn't bat an eye during the whole thing because of the great care and customized dental care for a child. (He was just happy to have the treat of watching some US cartoons during the procedure that he was not aware he "should" have been enduring an unpleasant experience. Simply brilliant!) I gave a glowing review of the practice and staff on Yelp!, and wouldn't change a word of it, however I am interested in the doctor taking one more look at the xrays on file. It's been just under a week and I am still experiencing extreme pain in the tooth that had the root canal and I am still unable to eat normally due to the discomfort.

My hygienist did a fantastic job. She spared no effort to make sure that I was comfortable and managed my pain during the procedure so that I experienced no undue discomfort. I even did not have the expected discomfort during the recovery after the procedure.

This is the first time I have enjoyed going to the dentist. I fill I can trust the dentist and not just another person that they trying to make up dental work that is not needed and charging me a unnecessary amount of money from me. They have really worked with me and I fill that they really care about my teeth. They are helping me achieve my goal on improving my teeth. Thank you

We were late to the appointment due entirely to our mistake re: when the appointment was supposed to be. Amanda was very understanding and we were allowed to come in late even though I am sure that it threw the entire morning schedule off. We were treated most graciously and never made to feel badly re: our mistake.

I had to go back to the office because someone forgot to give me some flossers.

Although I hate going to the dentist my experience with Dr Adhoot is always good. He is a very nice & honest person.

Other than being completely traumatized by the time I left, the visit was fine. My fear of any dentistry and the intense gum cleaning which at times hurt and the completion of a bridge, everyone was very nice.

Sometime I am hard to numb. When I started to feel pain the Dr. was there to help me. The Dr. and his staff were very kind to me and gentle. Thank you

During my double root canal procedure the dentists were very poor communicators and did not clearly explain what they were doing before or during the process. The quality of their work was excellent but they need some help with their bedside manner.

Dr. Setareh is the most caring and friendliest dentist I have ever known.

I'm moving from Simi and considering staying with this office even though it'll be a hike! This office is very nice and after the nightmares of my previous places, I'm bummed I'll be living so far from it. one other note: check the site Click4less. Add your business on there since it's a new site and currently there are no dentist offices listed. :) Make your own coupons. A friend and I worked on the site and I'll make sure to favorite this office!
