We both had appointments and were disappointed that it was only a consultation and had not work done. We would have been more satisfied if we both had at LEAST a cleaning. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and we were thoroughly explained future procedures and dental needs.

They were able to give me an appointment right away. The whole staff at Park West was very professinal . I felt like I was treated very well. The dentiest explained things very clearly.

The only issue I have is that the dentist I had has left this office and I was not informed until I came in for my appt. only to find out that I had a new dentist and a new appointment. This was after I had confirmed my appointment. The appointment was then changed again. This is not acceptable to me as a patient.

I'm dissatisfied because I want my cleaning, but I wasn't able to get it because the other dentist did a poor job removing all tartar. I felt that this is unnecessary. I paid 30 for a cleaning, but I didn't get it. That's my only complaint.

Overall experience was very good. Everyone in the office is very friendly and put me at ease. The only area was in the amount of time I spent in the office (5) hours. It was Okay though because the dentist upgraded my crown and I was saved the extra 2 hour travel time that I would have had for a return visit. Prices are very fair and I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was done.

Margaret at the front desk was extremely helpful in dealing with the lack of efficiency from the dental insurance company. The problem was eventually resolved we were able to go forward with treatment.

I have no complaints once so ever! Everyone was amazing for begining to end! my son is teriffed of dectors, I do not know what or how you guys did it but he left, and the whole way home he coudlnt stop talking about you! And he says he wants to go back to visit his friend!! :)

Long wait in lobby 45 mins

I did not have any dental work done except for the x-rays and measuring my gums so I did't answer the questions re: the aspects of the dental experience.

My first visit was with a new assistant. she know much and needed help twice from others. this was nerve racking as she didn't work the xray machine right and the dentist had to redirect her a couple of times during the cleaning. Also, she wrote the wrong tooth in my chart in having a filling done. The dentist caught it and had to correct it on my second visit.

I would say, my dentists was the most knowledgable best dentist I have ever visited. He gave me several Options of treatment and explained each one. Overall the best dentist I have ever been to. And the assistant Sam gets a '6' rating on a scale of one to five. He was great. And the technology they employ really blew my mind. I will definitely be recommending this group to my family and friends

I was very, very, pleased with the service provided and would recomand it to all my friends and co workers. My only disapoiment was no one (receptionist) including the penefit coordinater had told me the dates and time for my next appoointments, but they were all eager to get my money. This was even after we made arrangements for payments. So i still went home with out knowing when my next apponitments will be.

Very impressed with the equipment, employees, and especially Dr. Boyer. I look forward to returning for further dental maintenance.

The last two times I've been to your facility (last time South River Dental and this time Park West dental) I liked the My Smile discount plan but it seems strange that for how modern and upto date that your facility is that the treatment options are hand written on the paper rather than printed out on a form as a better quote. It would be nice to see the discounted price on one sheet and not hand scribbled.

Everything was great my only complaint was the stains on the carpet but otherwise really happy with everything and everybody.

My biggest, and only issue was during the x-ray process. This process took way too long and was oftentimes uncomfortable.

Plan was only suggested but not printed as a plan or projected plan that I can put into a financial perspective.

I feel a lot of the treatments are unaffordable. I have dental insurance and it is still a hardship to get the treatment needed for me and my family.

Dr. Nakaki is awesome, as well as his assistant!

I love Dr. Nakaki and his staff! I would follow them anywhere. They are always curtious and make my daughter feel right at home.

10 times better then the last time The Hygienist was so helpful and nice she really seams to care. All n all everyone wihtout exception was the a 10.

This was my first visit. I saw the office as I was driving buy several times and since it is so close to home, I decided to make an appointment and I am very happy that I did.

I really like my new dentist, but am afraid of not having him next month, or next year. I have been going to Park West for a few years and this is my 3rd or 4th dentist, others have left. The somewhat high turnaround concerns me. I am a nervous patient so I like knowing who I am seeing and how they work. Also, at times in the past, all the options for crowns and filling were not presented to me right away, I had to ask for the lower cost options. Even though at times, I did not pick the lowest cost options, I am on a budget and I think it is not fair to not present all options at the same time. I felt like people were on commission and trying to boost sales. That has made me contemplate in the past not returning if another dental office starts accepting my insurance. Overall, I like the state of the art office, people are friendly and very aware of trying to keep you comfortable and not nervous.

Excellent in all areas, however, I would like to know more about my options to pay for treatment before I am sitting in the office trying to make tat decision.

I had a appt. on February 7th with the orthodontist at Park West Dental, whom I had never seen before. It took the receptionist 45 minutes to tell me that I checked in at the wrong desk and I need to go over to the kids dental section. Now, once I went over to that area, the service was GREAT!!! Carmina is excellent!!! In fact, I was delighted to see her sitting at the receptionist desk on the dental side when I went in on March 4th because I knew I would be taken care of!!!!
