Everyone was very friendly, they made my family and I feel at home. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. The only downside was I was there for 3 hours which seemed a little excessive since all that happened was I had X-rays and my teeth cleaned, and my wife only had X-rays. Other than that it was great. I also love all the technology integration

I was greeted by name, which made me feel good because sometimes one is treated as just another person and not an individual. I also loved that Cheryl was completely comforting when Dr. Rai had to inject anesthetic for my filling...she helped me relax.

This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office! From the moment I called to inquire about appointments, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude. Further, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the office; new patient forms sent to my email prior to arriving, xrays completed quickly and the cutting edge technology was stellar! Everyone's personalities were phenomenal! I was made to feel like a VIP at the Sugar Land Dental Group! I wasn't expecting to get one-visit service; and I did! The Benefits Coordinator was fabulous! She detailed a payment plan that I could afford, comfortably. The hygienist was personable and very insightful about ways I can maintain my clean smile in between visits. Dr. Rai was not only professional, but she showed she cares about her patients by asking all the right questions and offering solutions. The office manager was great too! I sincerely enjoyed my visit to Sugar Land Dental Group and look forward to going back!

All procedures were properly explained and the Benefits Coordinator communicated all items thoroughly. I could not have been more please with the service provided.

I was very confortable and secure will the services I was provided with. The entire staff was AWESOME. They were very concerned about my feelings and very family orientated. I will recommand this dentist to many people.I love my new dentist.
