Dr. Thomason is amazing. She is sensitive, professional, and great at what she does. I have had some really awful dentists, and she put me at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you need extensive work or have had bad experiences in the past; or you are looking for a compassionate and trust worthy dentist.

Just a very pleasant experience from start to finish. All staff were courteous, friendly and welcoming and they give the impression that they like being there. Treatment was efficient, well explained and well priced too. My teenage daughters even commented on it too! Altogether an A1 customer service combination. Thank you.

While I think the dental team at MarketPlace Dental is great, each time I go in (twice a year), they tell me something different with my teeth. This last time, everything was good. The previous time, it looked as if I was grinding my teeth and that I was advised to wear a mouth guard. The previous time was fine. Then the time before that, I was told I had a small cavity in one section of my mouth, but then when I went back, I was told I had a cavity in a different location. So, I'm a little concerned about the consistency of my checkup.

I brought a puppy guide dog in training with me and I was very happy with how much respect she was shown in the office. Thank you!

I enjoy the care provided. I do feel that the cleaning i receive from hygentists is extremely thorough, and maybe more so than the cleaning the dentist gives.

This was my first visit and it was very good. Everyone was personable and courteous. My only issue is that my mouth, especially under my tongue was sore after the bite wing x-rays. I did mention that I have issues with this to the assistant and I believe he did his best to keep it comfortable. Is there anything I should request to avoid this in the future? Can smaller bite wings be used?

My child was extraordinary anxious about the dentist visit and when we left she commented that she wanted to always go there and see that doctor because he was nice to her and made her feel safe.

I love the people that work there, the atmosphere, and the work they do. I especially like Dr. Moss. Best dentist ever!

I checked in on time, but was not greeted (lots of people in reception). My hygienist was not told of my arrival and thus I started 20 minutes late unnecessarily. Other than that, great visit.

I felt the dentist was quick to speak and slow to listen. He was very good at what he did otherwise and was very helpful.

Everything was fine, but I received an e-mail today stating I still had an appointment for Monday, December 19, which I had canceled and changed it to December 13. Thanks.

It should be noted that I have not received any direct dental care. I was squeezed into the schedule and thus there was not time for my cleaning. I was very satisfied with the competence and demeanor of Ralph the dental assistant. Patty was very communicative and gracious and Dr. Thompson was the most confident yet approachable dentist I've interacted with to date. I do hope that this excellent service and professionalism continues through the extensive treatment plan I have ahead of me.

the front desk staff seemed unorganized when I arrived. Think it would benefit new and current patients to give instructions when they arrive. For instance a "relax in a chair and I will let the staff know you are here." The receptionist just took my information, placed my chart in the bin and gave me no instructions to go back, to sit down, etc. Also, I had to do my own insr. look up b/c the benefits cord kept saying I didn't have coverage. I bit frustrating, but got all worked out in the end. Your Dentist and hygenist were awesome!! Great cleaning. Like the digital charts and pictures!!

I have been seeing Dr. Moss for many years. He is an amazing dentist that truly cares about his patients. His team is great and my last visit was honestly effortless. I will continue to see Dr. Moss and team for year to come.

The office visit went smoothly. We scheduled on a Thursday (or Friday) and were seen on Monday. We really appreciated that you had time to remove 2 teeth from my 12 year old's mouth on the same visit.

Team was nice, but a lot of equipment not working

Had to wait a while before being seen. After the appointment began everything ran timely and smoothly.

My 7 year old son had a negative dental experience 18 months ago and had not been back to the dentist since. We knew he still had a cavitiy to be filled and he was very nervous about this appointment. All of the dental staff were sensitive to his past experience and his fear. The Dentist was just fantastic. He was able to talk sports with my son and bond a bit, and then took him through the whole process (exam, x-rays, cleaning and filling cavities)keeping my son relaxed and happy the whole time. I am very thankful we had such a positive experience.

I came to this office because of Dr. Thomasson, transferred over from my previous dental office. Always great care from her, everything is explained and I am given options and recommendations. I never feel like things are being pushed on me but like I am being given the information and allowed to make the decision myself. I was pleasantly surprised at everything and everyone else in the office, too. Got a great demonstration about brushing from the hygenist. Had been told for years that I was brushing too hard but didn't really know what that meant. She took the time to show me instead of just scolding me about it. The person that took my x-rays was great, I told her that I was "a gagger" and she worked quickly and efficiently. Receptionist knew me by name when I walked through the door even though I had only been there once before. Thanks for everything.

I had a very positive experience,and because I do not have dental insurance Iam waiting until my house sells to get my two fillings. I am trying to get my daughter to join with me

Dr. Thomason and the dental hygenist were wonderful with my four-year-old. She was initially nervous about the appointment and after the visit, she said she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!

The dentist (Dr. Ethelyn Thomason) and the hygienist (Caroline Shengle) are an absolute delight and do excellent work!

Tyler Diggers is a fantastic dentist who did everything he could to make my daughter feel comfortable and explain procedures to me. His team around him was fantastic also. It's situations like these that changes how children feel about going to the dentist. Thank You to everyone.

Heather is a very hard worker and extremely responsive. I appreciate her hard work and how fast she got back to me. While I was waiting for my appt, I saw Heather working hard and be so patient and helpful to the customers; I appreciate all she has done for me and look forward to working with her and my hygienist. My hygienist was also extremely understanding and worked with me to ensure I received the best dental care. I will be sure to refer my friends and family to this dental office!

So pleased that there is a pediatric dentist on staff!

Computer issues on the day of my visit caused some wait time for entering my electronic medical history and at payment time. But other than that the visit was truly one of the best dental experiences I have had.

The dental hygienist only polished half (the right side) of my teeth -- I didn't say anything at the time because that was the least important aspect of the treatment. I didn't receive any information about the cost of future procedures. But the dentist herself was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
