Canyon Modern Dentistry

Overall this is an excellent dental office with an amazing staff. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and managed my time during my visits appropriately. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable in their specific jobs and was extremely pleased and found this comforting. My only negative comment is the cost, which I find to be quite expensive. But with this, you are receiving excellent care.

The team was AWESOME!!!!! My daughter loves this dentist so much that I am willing to drive 45 minutes to have her seen as opposed to taking her to a closer office.

Appointments are usually quick and consistant timewise. no LONG waits. like the high technology over other offices.

Everyone is so nice to my daughter and she was able to comply.

Very helpful in figuring out how to afford my procedures, and very accommodating in working with my schedule

Like most people I dislike going to the dentist but for the first time I felt at ease. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I will be referring other family members to this office. I choose this place not only because it's in my insurance network but because I could say their names and was hoping I could understand what they had to say to me ??. Thank you

Dr. Davies was excellent! Made sure I had an understanding of what was going to happen. Made sure I was comfortable. His dental team was excellent as well!! I was extremely nervous getting my wisdom teeth out but Dr. Davies and his team calmed my nerves! Dr. Davies himself even called my husband later in the day to make sure I was doing ok after surgery! Katrina at the front desk was so nice! Everyone was just great!!

She wasn't afraid! She hopped in the chair and showed her tiger teeth. She didn't need me to hold her. She loves going to the dentist!

I liked that the staff "played" with her and made it fun, she loves getting princess sparkle.

It was a 2.5 hour visit. I expected 1 hr. my insurance was a hassle and took 30 mins itself leaving I think one hour too long. Upside. Friendly staff, good humored. I will still refer. Just need to let people know how much time to allow ahead of time. Professional and knowledgeable. :)

The team at Canyon Modern Dentistry were so great from beginning to end. They understood the concern of the young patients and really strived to make the experience as easy and painfree as possible.

Everyone was so friendly, it was wonderful. However, I left with so many questions regarding actual treatment.

Both of my girls loved the dentist, and they were made to feel so proud of themselves during and after their appointments.

Like the fact that they offer extended hours for convenience. The office is very technologically advanced.

Before going here I was terrified of going to to dentist because of the previous dentist causing me so much pain . Here he pulled two teeth I didn't fell a thing every time I need any dental work i will go there and no where else. Also I didn't have insurance and the price was reasonable. I would like to thank everybody in that office for being so nice to me.

I was very pleased with explanation of what was happening during the procedure and for my comfort throughout the procedure.

It was a great experience overall and the kid loved it. They are not afraid of visiting the dentist at all anymore and were just thrilled with the new electric toothbrushes they received. Thanks for the wonderful service and extra touches. You guys rock!

Very pleased with visit and staff as whole, did appreciate while sitting in the dentist chair as another patient was being seen and worked on the care the dentist and assistance were providing by continually asking the patient if she was comfortable and feeling okay during procedure(speaks volumes when you hear that). Also entire staff was very professional and courteous and I am looking forward to my family receiving the same experience that I did.

Even though it was not my daughters first time to the dentist It was our first time here. You made her very comfortable.

The staff was great! Everyone was extremely friendly and very attentive to my children. I just came in and signed a couple of things and we were taken back in no time. We have only had a couple of visits so far but if this is any indication as to how the office normally runs then we will definitely be regular patients. My 6 year old was so comfortable and relaxed and my 2 year old can't stop talking about going to the dentist!

I was so satisfied I purchased and edible creations gift basket and dropped it off at the dentist office to thank them.

I think I have a treatment plan if you mean when the doctor reported I needed 4 things done, then, gave me his priority rating as to which he recommended 1st, 2nd, etc. Since I don't have dental insurance I need choices of different product for crowns; and, clear cost of each. I have a picture of different crowns; but,the cost looks like the most expensive crown product you have. I will be calling/stopping by for clarification before making a future appt. Liked everyone I came in contact with. This was my first visit to office.

Dental office is close to house and so far I am happy. I felt the lady did a quality cleaning. In Nebraska I had the same dentist for 20 years and then his son took over the practice. I would like to see the same dentist every time but understand this area is different and dentist move frequently.

All personnel highly professional and go out of their way to ensure patient ease.

The sense of team work was very apparent. Everyone was very kind and clear in their role to me as the patient.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. We needed same day surgery for our son and they made the appointment for us with no problems. The appointment process was effortless and our son loved the experience so much he was begging us to go back the very next day! Very child friendly staff and professional at the same time!

Sharon was fantastic, my deep cleaning was painless and actually felt good. Her experience was apparent, not only was she extremely good at her profession, but she was a very nice and pleasant person to talk too. Do what ever you can to keep her because employees like her are hard to find!!!

Seems like Xrays are too frequent.

It awesome, we had a bad experince before we started seeing you guys!! My daughter refers to you guys as the good dentist!!

On this visit for the Orthodontist, we had to make more than one trip to the x-ray machine because it was busy. The young lady that took my pictures and x-rays was very nice but her temperment was certainly geared more towards the children. While I know you specialize in children's ortho, as an adult I would prefer a more mature approach from your staff. Lastly, I don't think the young lady did a very thorough job of verifying my insurance coverage. She informed me that my insurance didn't cover adult ortho even though I had already verified it did. I called my insurance company again and verified that my insurance did in fact cover adult ortho and had to call back to ask your team to call the insurance again to verify. I later received a call from your team approving my insurance coverage.

Excellent Service!

Came into the office on a Friday afternoon with a major problem. The team was able to get me in and fixed my issue quickly, and got rid of the pain. I am very happy to have them for my dental needs.

I have already referred Dr.Patel to my sons teacher and I am now going to have my wife go to him as well. From the moment you walk in the door they always take great care of you!

The receptionist was rather cold and distant.

My only two concerns are not major, but just a note... There is a sign up stating that new patients will recieve a free electric toothbrush, and this was never offered or given to us. Also, there is a treasure chest in plain view, which my children asked about. The hygenist told them they would get something when they were done, but that did not happen either. It is no big deal to not get something each time, but once they were told and did not get something they were pretty upset on the ride home. Both small issues, but things that could be improved. Thanks!

Not sure regarding the dental equipment . Am more accustomed to more modern stainless steel trays and layout of the tools used. Also previous dentists used magnifying eye when working.

More toys/books for toddlers in the waiting area (i.e. a busy block and board books).

I am pleased with the modern approach. The pictures of the dental procedures are very helpful. I will recommend this office to my Daughter's family with 3 growing children. Many years ago..acutally 2 decades ago! I had asked a 80 year old person at their bithday party, what advice did she have or what she would change. Believe it! She said value and maintain your teeth for your overall health and facial features. And over the years, even the media has tried to inform the public of this valueable information.

The children's whole staff was amazing. Made my son feel completely comfortable and they were all so friendly. Very impressed and happy with this office!
