I love your office, I plan to continue going there even though I am moving over 40 miles away. With that being said, it seems like every time I have an appointment, I am there for almost 2 hours. This is always because I am waiting for the hygienist. I spend more time waiting in the dental chair than I'm actually with someone. The dentist is great, I enjoy seeing him every 6 months. The rest of the staff, including the hygienist are very friendly and informative.

Even after a mix up with scheduling done by the answering service, Canyon Modern Dentistry managed to get me in at what was supposed to be my appointment time even though the mistake was not theirs. They completed all of the services I needed without rushing me and from what I could tell without affecting the other patients. All of the staff was happy and friendly as well as knowledgable. Normally a very nervous person going to the dentist I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you so much for everything CMD!

Felt like I had been a patient for a long time on my first visit. Both Dr. Patel and Cathy made me feel relaxed during the procedure and were genially concerned about my well being.

I am extremely happy to have found your office! Earlier in the year I had a tooth causing a ton of pain, I called my dentist and they were closed for the following three days. I used my insurance's finder app online to locate a dentist that was open the next day and could get me in. After 1 other call I came across Canyon Modern. I was thankful to have found them, and I believe that I have found a place for my family to come get their dental work. I have a two year old son, and I am confident that he will be successfully taken care of throughout his years by going to Canyon Modern Dentistry.

I had a problem with the agreed cost for services when I started with the practice. Another problem I had was a long wait for my scheduled appointment and the lack of communication concerning the tardiness of the appointment. Both issues were brought to the attention of the doctor and both were satisfactorily resolved.

the whole experience was pleasant and crowns in a day is awesome. No pain during the visit and NO pain afterwards. It's a fist for me. The only issue I had was the payment system was acting up and so my payment was processed 3 times but it was resolved before the end of the day because I happen to notice it in my bank account before your office closed.

The reason I gave less than optimal score on some things was because of the length of my visit. While I understand this was my initial visit which might've required more time than I expected, I hope subsequent visits aren't 2+ hrs for xrays, cleaning, dr. and flouride. Maybe the office was unusually busy that morning. I will definitely return for treatment.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had avoided going to the dentist because of prior bad experiences but Canyon Modern Dentistry changed all that. I am a very satisified patient who will be referring others!

I loved the way I was treated and with my schedule at work the way they were able to work my schedule and my busy day off. I work 12 1/2 hr days so my days off is the only days I have to get things done I need to get done and I can't plan on being at dentist appointments or doctor appointments on every day I am off I need to time to take care of other business as well part of the reason I don't go to dentist to often after one visit I find out they usually want to schedule 4 to 5 more visits and I don't have the time the other is the cost and the other is I am petrified of medications because I have had severe allergic reactions to medications and prefer to stay away from them as much as possible. My honest opinion is get everything done in one visit cleanings x-rays fillings etc then schedule 6 month visits that way I can enjoy my days off rather then being a dentist off on most of days off. I would prefer to get everything in one visit with me and my children.

Friendly, professional staff. I was comfortable with all the staff members. I was confident that the treatments they recommended and performed were all in my best interest.

Darlene was extremely helpful when it came to a mess up on Aetna's side. She took the time to call them and get an explanation and steps to resolve an issue. Very satisfied with Dr. Patel, he has a great bedside manner. Appointment was long, 3 hours (maybe due to the fillings?). My wife will also be customer soon. As well as transferring my son from Festival Dental.

My son loved hugging the stuffed puppy during his treatment! It made him feel much more comfortable during the exam. The staff was wonderful and made the experience a great one!

It was my first time here and the staff was very pleasant and cheerful. The hygienist took time to answer my questions and I felt she was very good at what she did. My only advice would be to find a way to not keep patients waiting so long...on my first appt I rescheduled because they were so far behind. The next appt I was first patient after lunch and still had to wait for the cleaning...but it could be due to being my first visit and all the xrays, exam, etc. slowed up the process. I was very pleased with the team overall and will be starting my treatment plan for restorations soon.

This is truly the best Dental Office I have ever used. Everyone is friendly and professional and make you very comfortable. It is actually a very pleasant experience every time. Been a patient here for over six months and will continue to be.

I have been to several dentist in the Surprise area, and I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did with Canyon Modern Dentistry. All of the staff are extremely professional but also amazingly nice. They explain things thoroughly and in a way I can understand. Three of my children have been seen, and they were treated with exceptional care and kindness. I have been recommending them to everyone!

Your office was great my sister goes there but I'm overwhelmed by how much work I need. I'm unemployed and my sister wants to try and help with a few cavities as our grandfather passed from mouth bone decay that spread to his heart. I will try and see what we can do...

Overall a very good experience considering the stigma that going to the dentist has. I was especially impressed with the hygenist. I don't think anyone ever has done that good of job cleaning my teeth. And it was absolutely pain free! I hope she stays with this office.

I wish the office would have called about my insurance not covering a specialist. I asked if they accepted our insurance and i was told yes. I was unprepared to pay cash for all three of my children.

I was wondering if you had a treatment for tmj or sleep apea?

No one was at the front desk when I came in and was not greeted at all for 10 mins!
