The aftercare instructions could have been more clearly explained and printed out for me. I had questions about aftercare but did not have time to ask them after the surgery. My wife and I felt like we were rushed out in a hurry for the next patient.

I had an infection in my gums upon initial visit to the office, they immediately had a root planing done the same day and I'm sure the RDA had to stay late to do it...I was very impressed with this office and will pursue my dental needs here in the future. Thanks to Nicole (the hygenist)

Last person (appointment setter) failed to listen to importance of my having my teeth back in time (Thursday AM)to get to an important meeting. She failed to listen to other staff member and I was forced to get firm with her. I am still scare I will be forced to attend hearing with out my teeth. major embrassment and I will not be able speak properly.

I would like to see the clinic numb the patients gums before cleaning...it helps with the minor sensitivity that is sometimes felt during the oral cleaning process.

This office has shown definitive improvement over the past 12 months. The biggest cj=hange has been that they have kept their employees. If this level of service continues I will be more than willing to refer the office. Given my first 3 years with them, I need to see this improvement continue before I jump on the bandwagon! But, so far, very good!!

I understand you as professionals understand the needs of their patients,but when you being treated in a lengthly time,its rather uncomfortable.I rather be scheduled a second appointment then all the treatment done at one time. The office was slow to get us checked in and then slow to get us back to the x-rays. This delayed the overall process. We were in the office for nearly 2 hours, which is much longer than anticipated.

The dentist was very good. It was the first time in over 45 yrs that I did not suffer any pain. I had 3 teeth that needed the old fillings replaced and the cavaties fixed. My only concern was when I was there a year ago last April, no one told me that I had a small cavaty in my upper right side. Have I known this, I would have gotten it taken care of immediately. I started to have a sensitive tooth that lead me coming to the office. But overall...the dentist, and the assistant were extremly helpful, nice, and I must say...very cute too. Thank you. I'll be sure to come back in 6 months for my checkup. Mike

The staff was wonderful and very friendly! The only complaint I have was the wait time on the consultation because they had to contact our insurance to retrieve the information they needed however I feel this could have been handled before our appointment instead of making us wait almost 45 minutes. I am appreciative that they had an opening come up on the same day and I had no where else to be but that is just a suggestion. Overall I love your office and your staff!!

I felt the Dental Team was good, however, I felt that the overall time management could be improved. I was there for an 11:00am appointment after my x-rays were taken and I was shown to my exam room about an hour had passed. I had my exam and needed a small replacement filling. I elected to have the repair done at that time as the Dental Team said they had time to do it right then after the repair I had my cleaning. I didn't leave the office until 2:15 pm. It just seemed that I waited for long periods time between my procedures.

Overall I am very happy with this dental office except if there is a longer than 15 minute wait past your appointment time I feel a patient should be informed. This was probably an exception to the rule but one time I had to wait for over an hour and then was told I needed to be rescheduled. I realize things happen beyond a dentists control and especially when it was known ahead that the dentist was running late and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. As far as the dental services themselves and friendliness of the staff those are very good; espeically your dental hygienist.

It was so refreshing to go to a dentist and have everyone more interested in my dental care than in how much money they could make from me. I have been to serveral other dentists offices in the area recently and all they were interested in was how many treatments and office visits they could schedule and how much they could collect from my insurance. This office has and continues to be the BEST dental care I have ever gotten. I am very nervous when going to the Dentist, very nervous & they always take this into account & do not cause me to feel odd due to this. Marina has become like a family memeber to my husband and myself. We feel just like we are her only patients when we are talking to her, no matter how busy we both know that it is. I previously wrote how one visit took 7 hours. And did not hear back from Pacific Dental. I watched my dentist walk into the office from lunch (I asked)10 min. before my appt. My appointment was at 12 noon and I still had to wait 20 min. to be seen.

My only gripe was having to wait over one hour for my orthodontic (specialist for my gum disease)apt. I thought that was very rude and showed no concern for my time. The specialist comes into the office once a week but that should be no reason for making patients wait that long.

It is my mouth and I have a brain.I should be able to put off a procedure if I feel it is not right for me at the time. You do not know my financial responsibilities or the circumstances of my life. Patients should have the right to say no and should not be punished for it. Your policy is wrong and for that reason I would not refer your office to other people.
