I need a consult to discuss my treatment plan.

I had to do a lot of waiting almost asif they were busy and overbooked.

Every time I come to this office, the experience is wonderful. From the front desk to the hygienist, to the dentist, every measure is taken to make me comfortable and knowledgeable about what is going on. I appreciate the sensitivity to financial problems, and never feel pressured. The staff really tries to get to know me, and does a great job remembering things about me, treating me individually, and making me feel valuable. I love this place!

Receptionist was very nice, a bit too talkative which may seem a little unprofessional/immature to some, but did not bother me. The Dentist asked me some questions to try and get to know me before she got to work, but it seemed forced and unnatural. I liked her, but it seems like she has a hard time connecting with patients, which is fine, but the most awkward part was her trting to connect with me. I give her credit for trying, but I felt a little uncomfortable.

Sevices are great, but expensive.

The entire staff seemed to put themselves at my disposal! I am VERY anxious just making an appointment to see the dentist so to be able to feel at ease in that environment is a success for! I have taken the dentist's words to heart and I will be continuing with the plan that is best for me. I am sure this procedure will return a great deal of quality to my life. Thank you for being the team for me!

Your staff rocks!! We were unhappy at our old dentist for a long time and didn't know how much better it could be until we made the move. I always liked going to the dentist as a child and feel that way again. Thanks so much for your care, consideration, and respect throughout the entire process.

Overall the experience was great. I believe if it had not been for Dr. Ian (don't remember his last name) that I would have been much more anxious. He made the entire experience tolerable! My only complaint/suggestion is with the amount of extensive work I had done between Dr. Ian and the periodontist, I think it would be MORE professional to call the patient to see how they are doing that night, or the following day!!

Very Friendly staff

I have been more than impressed with the quality of care, and the personal attention I get as a patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care!

I have nothing but praise for everyone at Tempe Modern Dentistry! You all made me feel as comfortable as one can while waiting for a root canal. I think I'll be a patient here for many, many years to come! I will want to discuss future plans on what needs to be done to correct any other issues BEFORE an infection sets in. Dealing with the root canal and the infection (making the tooth even more sensitive) was not a fun thing for me. I might reword some of the questions and answers in this survey. For example, the question "How easy was this office visit for you from start to finish?" didn't easily fit those situation involving emergency or unforeseen, necessary procedures. My office visit was far from easy, but it was handled as best as it could have been handled. I noticed on another question that merely changing "should" to "could" might make the answer more accurate. I'd be willing to provide my editorial comments in writing at a future appointment. :-)

I appreciate the personal touch this dentist office has. I don't feel like "just another patient." That makes a huge difference! I will definitely be returning for more treatments here.

Everyone was professional and the overall experience was Excellent. The only very minor thing was that the dental assistant who took my x-rays told me that a copy of my x-rays would be given to me (as I requested) but I never received them. Please let me know when I can come and pick them up. Thanks! GC

Two points: The dentist, while he seemed very knowledgeable went through the findings and options two quickly. I am an intelligent guy, but I am not a trained dentist. I would have been a better experience if he slowed down a bit and explain the options in a bit more detail. Not bad overall, but you are asking for feedback to make adjustments The second point is cleanliness. Here I think that overall the environment was very clean, however I have a few comments on the X -Ray stage. The person conducting this potion was very nice and competent. But from a cleanliness perspective I would like to point out a few items. Though she is gloved up, she is touching the switch for the X-ray, the mouse and the X-Ray device with those gloves, and other gloves from other patients. So germs and other “Stuff” will be left behind from glove of person one, glove of person two etc. In addition, though the X-ray device is surrounded in plastic (That is good) I know that my mouth and “Stuf

I never expected to have such a great experience at a dentist's office, of all places! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and made me feel extremely comfortable. And then I see Dr. Young and his staff in the newspaper for doing humanitarian work, and that just validates my initial feelings, that everyone there are truly good people. Thank you.

Your website has a few typos in several areas. Wonderful experience. Very professional, personal and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The only thing less than excellent was the time I was in there (took three hours total) but definitely coming back and will refer others.

I WAS OFFERED A PLAN THAT IS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE & THEREFORE NOT REALLY A GOOD PLAN FOR ME. WHEN I SAID I COULDN'T GET IMPLANTS, I WAS NOT REALLY OFFERED ANOTHER CLEAR PLAN

This was our first visit to this office. I was very satisfied with the dentist as well as the office staff. Although my son was difficult, the dentist and assistant were able to handle him and still provide the service he needed. I look forward to continuing to take my son to this office for all his dental needs. Thank you!

Everyone treated my son wonderfully (knowing it was his first experience and explaining what would happen next, etc.) No treatment plan is in place until we meet with pediatric dentist and orthodontist.

Additional training may be needed in the reception area. I was asked to sign things without seeing what I was signing.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was how long I waited to be called back to start my initial appt. Because we started 25 min. late, I rescheduled the cleaning for the next day. I was not kept waiting the following day.

I tried to go on the website last night to post a comment so I am thrilled to fill this out today. I have already mentioned the visit to many friends and I hope they follow through with scheduling an appointment. I could not have been happier with our experience. My kids were talking about it the rest of the day and were arguing over who brushes first this morning! However, they were expecting to get spinning toothbrushes and I assured them they got some pretty nice ones! Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding and patience. I am excited for their next visit and I am pretty sure they are too!!

Only hookup was Dr. Keith gave me someone else s Prescription which made getting them filled Friday evening near impossible. Thanks to Wal-Mart pharmacy for its persistence to get her to call in the right name for the prescriptions.

Customer service is a dying art. It is refreshing to go to a business where customer service is still given. Thank you to everybody!

I had an emergency situation, and the office was able to get me in right away as a new patient and treat my ailment immediately. Very comfortable and professional.

Dr Young is amazing, so knowledgeable about current technology in dentistry, as well as creative as all get-out when encountering a situation our of the norm. He brought staff in and met me PERSONALLY last Mother's Day IN HIS OFFICE that morning, when my front tooth fell out the night before. This was Mother's Day folks!!! And his office member that came in was a NEW mom, yet she was there for me, and did I mention it was MOTHEr'S DAY?!?! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?!?! My entire family goes to Dr young, he has been fiscally responsible with our treatments as well as personally involved and caring. Will not ever need another dentist as long a Dr. Young stays here in the Valley!
