The Woodlands Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I felt like we had been friends or neighbors, even though it was my first visit.

Scott was exceptionally helpful during my visit. This was an initial visit to determine what options may be available to me for teeth straightening. Met with Dr. Alexander who was also very helpful and through. Next step is to meet with Orthodontist to discuss further options.

Second trip for semi-annual cleaning/check-up........very friendly, cooperative and professional staff......all the way from the receptionist to the doctor. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I'm terrified of visits to the dentist. Since I was a child, I've struggled with very sensitive gums and teeth. This created a fear of even a simple cleaning...much less a deep cleaning. I walked by the office one day and ventured in. I was crying to the front desk about my fear and need to see a dentist to maintain and improve my overall health when the dentist overheard and introduced herself to me. She is so warm and understanding. The whole staff is! I came in for my first appointment and cried and was scared to make the next move of a cleaning...everyone listened patiently and gave words of encouragement. When the cleaning was done (pretty painless)...everyone checked on me to ensure the process wasn't an overall bad experience. I left feeling completely confident in the office and any recommendations they gave me regarding dental health. I told my fiance right away that he needs to go to the same dentist. My fear isn't gone...but it was certainly lessened by my experiences there.

I understand that you offer the latest treatments and technology, which is great, but my insurance doesn't cover all that fancy new stuff. You only showed pricing for that fancy new stuff. Do you also offer more tranditional procedures, like a regular filling, that is covered by my insurance?

Love all the people taking care of me. I am feel I am in good and competent hands.

I really appreciate the staff's friendliness and willingness to accommodate my schedule and work around my job as a teacher and a mom. There were several 'little touches' that made the appointments much better! I love the option to have a movie, magazines and the sunglasses :). Seems silly, but all of it helped make a root canal as good as it could be. Thank you!

Dr. Alexander-Varghese has assembled a lovely group of people here. When I thought I met the "better one" of the team, the next "one" was just as professional and kind; they inspire much trust. I had been looking for a "Forever" dentist; ACTIVELY looking as in using coupons to get in to meet dentists. I found "I am God" dentists, I found burned-out dentists, I found dentists employing "hard sell" techniques, I found dentists that didn't even bother to come around to face me, just look at the x-ray and let's go, I'm a busy, busy person! Okay,,,well then.....ba-bye and then I happened here and I am grateful. I can't help but feel this dentist brings her A-game to work every day. She listens, she really listens; she is a wonderful combination of energy, dedication, and intelligence. I hope that everyone that has given up on dentists being conscientious, professionals can find there way here.

This is the first time I have ever felt this comfortable with a dentist and staff. I really felt like they were my partner in my dental care not just trying to sell me services. I highly recommend The Woodlands Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics.

I had originally gone to another dentist in the local area that was not a good experience, not their dental work but their office procedures made it a hassle. Modern set my mind at ease right away with their sensitivity to my needs and schedule.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I only wish that I found you all before I decided to get my upper dentures. I really believe you could have help saved my teeth, that I worked so hard to do. Anyway I am glad I found you now.

Only one comment. Advertisements should be on a brochure. Displaying dentistry media does not help the person whom is nervous about the dentist. Distractions from dentistry helps the nervous person.

Overall experience was excellent. The staff was very professional and treated me extremely well.

I had a great visit. The only comment would be that the dental assistant that I was comfortable with was pulled for lunch. I wouldn't pull a dental assistant during a treatment because most people are uncomfortable and when top many people are in your personal space, it can be embarrassing.

I was very impressed with the professionalism/knowledge of the staff. The dental office is the most technically advanced dental office I have ever been in. I was treated well, was in and out in a timely manner and received excellent dental care/advice. I have already scheduled appointments for my two children and will recommend Modern Dentistry in the future.
