I love the services the doctors, secretaries, and hygienist provided. Doctors were very friendly. I'll definitely recommend to someone.

I had a crown done on my first visit, but the crown doesn't fit as I would think it should fit. I have a gap between the new crown and my actual tooth. It looks different than the other side. It doesn't fit as well as it did before. I'm concerned because I don't want to have problems with it in a couple of years and have to replace it which will cost me more money.Can you please let me know how you can support me with this matter? Thank you.

Dr. Hass- you are the "best"!!

I felt that the dentist that did my cleaning talked way too much about other topics which made me feel like he was not giving my cleaning any attention and I felt like he was just going through the motions. Did not seem like he was concentrating. I didnt get that "Just had my teeth cleaned feeling" after I left. All other cleanings from other dentist in the past have been wonderful.

I don't mind going to the dentist now where as before I dreaded going.

The visit went far smoother than I had expected as a first time patient. Everyone from reception to dentist and hygienist were amazing. Right before I went into the office someone at the desk said "it was the best dental experience I ever had." I must agree with her.

I got a same day appointment for a tooth ache. Everything was explained to me from procedure to cost so there were no doubts in the care I was given.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Dr. Huss was very nice and helpful as well.

Very professional. Great Doctors and staff. They worked with me financially and helped in so many ways. I have referred them and will keep sending people to them.

I appreciated that it is a clean, professional and modern facility without being pushy about overspending on cosmetic dental care. The technology seemed helpful in creating an efficient office rather than simply showy and boastful.

This was my second visit to East Oaks Dental Group and I was pleased that my second experience was as pleasant as the first.

Very happy with my experience at East Oaks Dental. Ive been a patient for almost 3 years and have never had a negative experience. In the past when Ive had dental work done with other Dentists, I would feel pain during the shot to numb the area and discomfort during the procedure. Not here, Dr. Lambridis and his team have done an excellent job in making certain the entire process a positive experience.

Never in my life have I had such a wonderful dental experience. I found out that I have two cavities and still feel that way. I walked into a clean office that was bright and cheerful. Greeted warmly. Everyone was so happy! Technology is amazing. I think it was Maria who did my xrays and she was calming and just fun. Then nichole was so helpful and happy with the payment plan. And Dr lambridis I felt really cared about me. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very impressed with the technology.

I was very impressed with the ease of making a last minute appointment, to the doctor being able to complete my crown replacement all in the same day. The entire staff was very pleasant, and easy. Thank you.

Everyone was extremely nice, and just as importantly quick and efficient from the receptionist to Dr. McDonough. They got the xrays done, the cleaning and 3 tooth fillings done as quickly and as pain free as I have ever had. I told 3 friends and personal clients of mine about the experience and hopefully they are smart enough to make the switch. Thanks guys, you have a client as long as I live in California!

Last time I was there about 2 years ago, I was very unhappy with the service. I thought I would give you guys one more chance. This was such a surprising improvement that I am recommending all my friends and coworkers. :) great job!

Secretary didn't call me back about root canal appointment like she said she would - I had to call her-probably got busy and forgot-Dr. O'Donogh is "the best"!!

Dr. McDonough and the rest of the staff were extremely personable and made every effort to make my visit comfortable and successful. They answered all of my questions and made appropriate recommendations based on my needs and always appeared to have my interests in mind.

Everyone is great!

Compared to the dental office I deliberately left (Kessler and Resnick in Agoura) I feel like I have found the perfect place. My new doctor took all the possible measures to save what teeth he could and avoided the costs of a new crown. There was NO pressure as to including other dental needs immediately. I did not feel like it was "all about the money"!!!!!

I think everyone in the office is very professional and very friendly. I can say that the only thing which is difficult right now is the financial planning for payment. Two years ago, we would not have had any problem paying for entire procedures at the time the work was done. However, in the past two years we have suffered greatly financially. I know that there are thousands of other people in our situation, and worse. I have heard some people say that they are not going in for dental work they really need because it is too expensive for them now, or, the payment plans were not flexible enough and wanted too much money paid monthly and it was just out of reach for them. I think more people would show up at your offices during these hard times if more leeway were given as to how much they could pay per month, within reason, of course. onth

Thank you for making Ady's first visit a successful one! She was pretty crabby pants when we arrived, but you all were great in making her so comfortable. We will be back for sure, its my turn next! :)

He was kind, caring and sensitive to my needs.
