Dr Mcdonough is a thoughtful, considerate dentist who knows how to treat people.

My experience was very professional, the treatment was thoroughly explained and I understood every aspect of the treatment. The facilities are very nice and the staff is very cordial.

Very happy to find this office with the excellent dentist and staff. Left my other dentist after nearly 20 years because treatment was excellent but not cost effective as they did not accept my dental insurance.

Loved Sam. Too bad she is engaged. She would be perfect for my son. Really did like the experience, as much as one can love having ones teeth cleaned. Really like the fact that I could see on screen just what she was talking about and that she was sensitive to my nervousness. Everyone here is super!

This was the first visit that the reception staff was helpful & took the time to actually talk to me instead of rush me in and out as quickly as possibly. Michelle, office manager, was excellent. She had the patience and took the time to listen to my issues and actually did something about it. I'm very grateful that she was able to help me with the issues i had been encountering. Thank you, Michelle! The hygienist took the time to explain everything along the way & had excellent chair side manner. I typically dread having my teeth cleaned or going to the dentist in general, but the hygienist made the this experience good. She made me feel like I was doing at least a little something right in the hygiene of my teeth. i had seriously considered going to another dentist, but since this visit have decided to continue going to TO Dental. Thank you for the improvements.

Dr Lambridis is a great dentist! Very caring and gentle on my sensitive teeth.

Everyone was great. I no longer dread going to a dentist.

I offer this as a way to improve. Dental assistants don't always seem to know that patients have lips, i.e. I have to be on the alert that you don't pinch my lip between your tools and my teeth. Also, the vaccum doesn't catch all the water while the dentist is cleaning one's teeth. I'd also like to have one of those curved vaccums in my mouth so I don't have to swallow water or whatever. I like doctor Taline. She seems very competent and friendly. In the past I haven't beem very satisfied with the color matching of the onlays and my existing teeth although I haven't expressed it. Home Depot can match paints very well and you need a minaturized version of that system for matching onlays and teeth color. I'm amazed at the technical tools you have now and think that something like this is very doable.

I actually took my 7-year-old son in and was told they would get me after his xrays, but they didn't. Normally this would have been fine but I had a concern about one of his teeth growing in so I had to disturb the dentist again, so I wish I had been present... but had it been a routine visit, I would have been thrilled that he was in there on his own.

Office visit was provided under short notice due to gum pain. Office responded quickly to see me that same day. My needs were met immediately and pain relieved.

My regular checkup visit was quick, painless,comfortable, and friendly. I really like the people in the office especially my dentist and my hygienist.

Excellent except the front desk needs to be friendlier.

The assistant was very nice with my son, she noticed he needed to floss more, and she found a better way to explain to him why was flossing so important, he started to do it more often!

I've received cleanings that are exceptionally better at non-dental group dental offices. I was hoping to receive the same attention. I understand there are limitations to cleanings but I also know that there are various options and tools that would help maximize your cleanings. It seemed your office is not equipped with such tools. Other than that I'm happy. Thank you.

Although i will miss Dr Goldin, Dr Taline Kotchounian Took her time and treated me with Care. I think i'll be very happy with her.

15 minute wait for hygienist bothersome, her explanation that previous patient was 15 minutes late helped, but still annoying.

I just can't afford the dental treatment, if money is not an issue I will definitely choose the dental treatment plan.

Dr. Huss was great with my 9 year old Blake. He made himself relatable, kept his interest, a great match for my son. I was already a patient there but with Dr. Goldwyn whom I adored. Dr. Huss is great and I think the office overall is just fantastic. My family is here to stay!

This was the best experience I've had a dental office, especially with a long procedure. Everyone was very aware and sensitive to the fact that I am terrified of going to the dentist. Everyone I saw was kind, considerate and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. I can not thank the staff enough.

I had a scaleing with Stephanie. Although I don't like to go to the dentist Stephanie makes me feel safe and does an amazing job. She is one of the reasons I come to TO Dental Group

Staff is the best!!! I have had major, chronic dental issues for mamy years, so I feel that I can speak from experience. Dr K is just wonderful and professional...always thinks of what's best for his patients. He always conveys what steps I can take to improve my dental health and be an active and informed participant. Stephanie is the finest hygenist I've ever had. She is fast, thorough, and does a great job of educating me about my dental care, so that each visit shows that I'm doing all I can to maintain good dental health.

I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I feel this is a bit too long to have wait and it sends a message to clients that their time is not being considered. Otherwise I was very happy with my visit.

Explanation of benefits was explained incorrectly for services. Being reimbursed for Copay and Filling for the initial visit. Looking at the additional treatment needed and out of pocket cost. Overall experience was great, staff was friendly and professional!

I used to be intimidated by the dental office. The new technologies have made things so much easier. And the staff, well they were all phenominal. Can't wait to come back.
