I was very please with your dental group and office. I only had one not real pleasant experience. That was with the impressions. The cup was way to big then way to small and it was over filled so much that it gad me bad. Then I had it all over my face and neck. I was not even offered a cup of water to put my plate in, I had to ask for that. Then I got a cup but no water so they dried out. But over all ever thing else was great. Thank You

I thought I waited a little long for the dentist, but I understand he is very busy. Everyone was very nice especially the hygienist. My daughter was her "assistant" she loved it! Thank you for a great experience. We will definitly be back for our six month check up. What an awesome team!

I had a great experience at my appt. Everyone was very nice, very thorough with anything I asked about and ny concerns. I was full advised of any extra costs that would come out of pocket if I choose to follow thru with these procedures. I have been very happy with them and I have only been there twice.

The only inconvenience I experienced was the office not accepting cash. I think it would be beneficial to accept cash or let patients know in advance. Other than that, our experience was great.

I like this office and the staff a lot, but my appt was 40 minutes late. I was told I could re-schedule if I wanted to. I was on my lunch break and wasn't happy about the delay.

Experienced longer than usual wait time for hygenist. I was then advised that she had was with another patient and she's the only hygenist in the office. FYI - my appointment was 7:30 am and it was approximately 9:15 am (wait time for hygenist was about 30-40 min) when the hygentist arrived. (I was a bit concerned and confused when dental assistant began polishing my teeth BEFORE they were cleaned.) I then felt as though the hygentist rushed through the procedure. Loved the dentist, the discussion of the recommended treatment and all the new technology. I would suggest hiring an additional hygenist.

Meagan is the best person to deal with! She is super caring, sweet and professional at all times. I seriously could not afford the deep cleaning and thank God for your discounts this month in coupons, she managed to save me money and get the full treatment when I didn't expect that. Meagan and Aracelli are super! I appreciate dealing w/them all the time. It's been awhile since I found a family dentist I like for many years and I have found it now. Probably the best dental office I have been to for years. I loved the "high tech approach to entering medical information, confirming appointment and having the x rays of my teeth on the computer. Everyone was professional and friendly. Having the crown, cleaning and filling done the same day as my initial appointment, WOW! That is great service! I even think I can get my husband to finally go to a dentist after he heard about my experience.

I always like coming here. But, this time I got taken back right away, had my x-rays and then waited in the chair for over 1/2 hour for someone to see me. I was able to take a 20 minute nap, which I needed (lol) but I feel the appointment took way longer than it needed. I was there on my lunch break and needed to get back to work.

I made an appointment approximately a month ahead of time for a cleaning and to have my cavities filled. Upon arriving to my appointment I was only scheduled for a cleaning. The Dentist was very good and fit me in to have the work done. He made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous about having the dental work done. I was very pleased with him. After he finished, the hygenist finished up my cleaning and I was VERY dissappointed. She rushed over my teeth with the polish and only flossed a select few of my teeth. I typically leave the dentist with my teeth feeling extremely clean but this time I did not. She over-sprayed my face with water, let rinse drip down my face and overall seemed unprofessional.

When someone called to confirm my next appointment, the lady was horirble. I tried to tell her that I would call her back and she kept talking even though I stated that it was an inconvenient time. She was rude and didn't have respect for the things I was explaining to her. Also, my appointment was changed and she informed me, but never once asked if it was okay to do so. I thought this was extremely inconvenient considering I have a son and a life to work this around. I did not enjoy talking to this lady and I even hung up on her because the second time I told her I would return the call, again she did not respect it and kept talking. It reflects poorly on this office because they did so well.

I went in for a cleaning and 2 fillings - was in the office for 3 hours, spent most of the time waiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I actually didn't get my teeth cleaned; all they did was floss my teeth and then give me the fillings I needed. I would have said something before I left but I just wanted to get home after being in the chair for 3 hours, and I was the last patient there on a Friday. I will definitely be calling on Monday to make sure I get my cleaning, because I was charged for it but never actually received the service.

My Dentist was great, he had to do my cleaning because someone was out that day. Had to wait to about 15 mins in the lobby before I was called back. After my x-rays I had to wait again for another 10-15mins for the dentist to see me but he needed to see another patient so I had to wait again for another 20 mins. Office visit was very long due to the wait but cleaning and polish did not take long. Please call patients prior to appoint if you know that someone is out and the dentist is running late because of that. Would be helpful for the future.

I came in to have my crown cemented back on. I made the appointment at a time (right when the office opened) to minimize my time off work. I do not get paid when I am not working. My children waited for me to take them to school and finally had to walk so they wouldnt be late. What should have taken about 1/2 hour took almost 2 hours. I realize that the best care would be to get a new crown, but I do not have the money for a new crown at this time. I felt that the Dr. was really pushing for a new crown and made me feel like I was letting him down for not agreeing to it. Everything else was fine.

I am very dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. My wife also had an appointmnt this same day and waited from 11:15-12:20 to be seen by the dds. I waited over 2 hours and still did not receive my cleaning. The office it self was very nice and clean and I liked that. But I do hope I dont have to wait that long again to be seen.
