Tracy Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

The whole staff team was outstanding!!! They were sensitive to my financial concerns and Jason was able to set up a financial plan for myself and my husband so that we can get the work that we need done. They also scheduled our appts back to back so that we could hand off our two year old so he wasn't stuck waiting for us during our apptmnt. The doctor was able to explain the work I needed done in a way that I understood so that I could choose the best treatments for me. He person that impressed me the most was Jason. I was not there for my husbands apptmnt and he didnt know what questions to ask regarding his treatments. Jason returned my call immediately. He explained exactly what my husband needed done and helped me set up how we would errors to get his work and mine done that was both financially responsible for us and still quick so that further damage wasn't done to our teeth. I have never walked out of a dentist office happy until I came to Tracy Smiles.

Being a person who gets extremely anxious and stressed leading up to dental procedures, I was very appreciative of the care taken by the entire office team to ensure I was at ease with each procedure. It is a pleasure to find an office that has a team of individuals who are concerned about a person's overall dental health and are considerate of the person's anxiety. It was a positive enviroment and very welcoming staff, The dental assistant was new and it clearly showed. She had to do my head scan X-Ray twice then sat me in my chair and told me the Dr would be right with me then again disrupted me to come back for teh scan X-ray because it didn't work the first 2 times. Also the Dr had to explain how to input the information and conclusion into the computer of each tooth issue, that was timely. I understand she was new but it also effects us in waiting. The Dr was really nice and tehre was a certain calm about her that made you feel at ease.

The dentist I saw this time said the previous work needs to be redone because it was not done correctly. That makes me wonder why the first Tracy Smiles' dentist was satified with his work. Now more work is being recommended but without being a dental professional it is difficult to know if it is truely needed or if the office is needing more work. I'll probably never know! Everyone there treats me like a good friend and I do like that very much.

It's one of the best dental offices, I have ever seen. The staff were frioendly and courteous,the equioment is all brand new,high tech. The cleaning was done by Lori, its done so well I didn't feel any pain. She is one of the greatest Hygienst, I have ever bee. Great Job !

I really was pleased with how my first appointment went with tracy smiles. Everyonee was exceptionally professional.

I was very pleased with my experience there. I have some work that needs done, but it was explained in a way that I understand. One of the things that I love most is that the office has specialists that come in, so instead of driving all over, I can just make an appointment when that specialist is in the office.

I couldn't be more pleased with My Kids Dentist. I really feel you all go the extra mile in making thinks easier for my granddaughter.

The x ray technician touched her bare hand to the mouse, and then put on her gloves and touched the mouse again, and then handled everything that went into my mouth.

I was amazed at the level of "high tech equipment" it certainly provided me with the tools to make the important choice's about my long term dental plan. The entire visit was smooth and professional.

I need more discussion about the options for replacing my bridge and obtaining a crown on a cracked tooth.

Amazing staff!!! Loooonnng wait times. Dentist recommended some special cleaning, insurance wont cover it, it would have been nice to get the regular cleaning in the meantime.

My only disappointment was my wait. My appointment was at 3 and we went back at about 3:45. However once I was placed in a room, the Dr. came almost immediately. So I would probably give more like 4 and 1/2 smiles.

Thank you for great service and a gently touch during my procedure which I feel led to a painless recovery.

I really liked the office, staff and my overall experience. The problem I came with was not resolved. I came because I had cracked a tooth and it had left really sharp edges that cut my tongue. Although we filled the tooth to prevent decay, when the novicain wore off I still have the sharp edges, cutting my tongue. I am now being patient until my dentist returns from family leave. My understanding was that we were fixing the immediate problem;sharp edges that are cutting my tongue and preparing the tooth for a cap, while waiting for my insurance with Medicare to be approved. We will see where we go from here.

I was in the office 2 hours and 20 minutes. This seemed to be an exceedingly long time without any treatment done.

Best visit with a dentist.

For my first appointment in office I thought was a bit long. Yes the visit was excellent in telling that all my issues would not be taken care of in one day. Which is fine I did not expect that they would all be done in one visit. Thanks .

I was very nervous about the deep scale cleaning with laser followup. Hygienst was excellent, caring nad explained thoroughly what treatment she was doing. I was very stresed due to other issues and she made me feel very comfotable with what was going to happen. Her shot techniqu was excellent and I would go back to her in a heartbeat:) Thanks

The office was kid friendly and the staff was very nice. It was my son's first visit and he seemed to enjoy it.

We had a great experience. The only drawback was not knowing how long the appointments would take. If more than one family member has appointments, it would be great to cycle them through by one getting x-rays while other is getting cleaning, etc (if there's staff for that), or at least knowing the time expectation beforehand. Good experience though.

I have never had a Cavitron cleaning before. I noticed that the Cavitron was used on my tartar buildup, and the hygenist polished my teeth and flossed. But it didn't seem like there was any actual cleaning of my other teeth. The hygenist did not floss under my bridge.

I was pretty tentative about treatment; my last experience had been terrible (4 years ago in a different state). My worries were unfounded. Painless and thorough. I appreciated the current use of technology and I felt the pricing was very fair. I will definitely be back.

Very nice office staff! Pleasant visit for not being to a dentist in a while.

This appt. was spent mainly on doing/reviewing x-rays and discussing treatment alternatives. No actual cleaning or other direct dental work done in this session.

I was very imprssed with everyone I encountered at the clinic. Everyone was very pleasant, very caring and every step was explained thoroughly. Your benefits coordinator was clear, concise and very sensitive to my situation. I was also extremely impressed that not only the Dentist but the staff sought my primary care physicians input before we proceed with any treatment. I have a complicated medical history and current issues, your staff was more than willing to have my medical team involved. I'm not someone who hs ever trusted anyone medically in Tracy, I don't even takemy dogs to the vet in Tracy-I am not only going to continue my treatment with your staff, I have happily referred your office to not only my friends, but also to several of my clients. Please, let your staff know that they are not only highly professional, they are also caring and provide extraordinary customer service. They make an extremely good team and are a credit to your Tracy office and your company overall.
