I am a panicker at the dentist. Any hassle or discomfort I felt was due to my nerves, not your staff. They work very well with nervous patients.

Dr Heiner was spectacular! Went out of his way to make everything move smoothly. He went out of his way and personally do my cleaning so I would not have to wait.

I am a dental phobe from way back. I felt very confident in the dentist and the staff. Love the hi-tech such as same day crowns, which I received. Wish I had found this office years ago.

I have always had bad dental experiences dating back to when I was a child. I am happy to say I have found a place that I am comfortable at, the staff is amazing, the over all experience relaxing. I started coming to this dental office to bring my daughter, then shortly after scheduled my own dental appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and took the extra time to explain everything in detail to ensure I fully understood what they were doing. The thing that really made Cortaro Smiles stand out was when the dentist himself, not his staff, personally called to make sure I was doing well from the teeth extractions I had the day before. This showed that he truly cares for his patients and cares about his job to go above and beyond. I have, and would recommend Dr. Heiner and Cortaro Smiles to anyone looking for superb service.

I was very embarrassed about my dental situation, but everyone in this office was so comforting and understanding. I feel good because I have a plan in place and I am optimistic again. I know shortly I will be able to smile and not worry about what people are thinking about my teeth.

I would like to say that the dentist who saw me was very kind, has a very good personality and very considerate. I would like to come back as soon as possible simply because of this dentist and I am sorry I just cannot remember the name but he was extreamly professional.

Making the first appointment was a mess. I had several different answers to one question. I was told they would call me back in reference to a question, and days went by before I finally called back to find out if they had an answer. This frustrated me to the point of making appointments in Phoenix as a back up. -My visit was a completely different experience. Everyone was kind and I was impressed. I am glad I was forced by my insurance due to convenience of location, because I would have otherwise gone somewhere else. I was incredibly frustrated! However, after the appointment, the situation changed and we loved the dentist/ and asst's.

I like to be able to rinse out my mouth at least at the end of the cleaning -I know it's "old school" but I really can't get use to not being able to rinse, better more than once but once would help.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming! We enjoyed talking with the dentist and the dental hygienist very much. We had fun during our visit and usually you don't hear people saying that. Thank you!!

Great service from a great staff. I drive 45 minutes one way and pass many other dental offices including the three 10 minutes from my home, I do this because all others do not compare to the quality of service Cortaro Smiles offers. Thank you some much.

Very professional and pleasent atmosphere

I was very nervous about being put under for the extractions of my wisdom teeth but everyone in the office made me feel super comfortable and just made it that much easier for me to be calm...the surgery went well!

Great experience

Very professional friendly staff. I had to wait on my second appointment about thirty min...but the assistant came out and told me what was the holdup. And the dentist apologized for the wait...This to me means a lot...If the time delay hadn't been explained...then I would have been upset...but the care and attention that was given to me...was Excellent.

I was a new patient and not only did everyone work to get me in quick but during my appointment they handled everything at that time. At my former office this the same work would have required I come back at least 2 if not 3 times. Great customer service. The Dentist and assistant were outstanding.

It cost a lot of money for all the stuff i need and unfortunately i am a struggling single parent. Hopefully i can find a way to make the treatments happen in the very near future. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and for explaining to me ways i may be able to financially afford this. You guys were all amazing!!

As terrified as I was to have my cleaning procedure and my surgery for the implant done, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and most of all, understood. Not once did anyone roll their eyes or become impatient with my extreme fear, something that has caused me to walk out of dentist offices in the past. They were compassionate, kind, caring and professional and I will never go anywhere else for my dental care needs. I have been telling everyone I know how wonderful they are and for the first time in my life I am confident that I will be able to stick to the plan for getting my teeth in the best shape possible, something that my fear and bad experiences with dentists who did not understand my fear, stopped me from doing in the past. I cannot recommend them enough.

All the negative points that came in my survey were particularily related to your front office personnel (receptionist). No greetings, No smiles (ironical since your name suggest otherwise), No apology for delay, No clarifications for what you are suppossed to sign, and no thank you at the end.

I have never been to any place of business where I have been more impressed with customer service, than I am with the staff at Cortaro Smiles. Nice to see that good customer service still exists.

Loved my experience at your office, the dentist and hygienist were very helpful and nonjudgmental of the the fact that it had been a few years since I had seen a dentist!

Did not receive "custom" whitening kit, as advertised. Did not receive electric toothbrush. My spouse received both these items with same coupon during exam a few weeks ago.

On #7, although there is a plan of treatment, I cannot afford the costs of treatment. I may be wrong, but compared to my regular dentist the costs of treatments/procedures are quite high (even if you subscribe to the yearly program). That said, I cannot say enough to how friendly and efficient the entire staff was.
