I got better care there than at the last dentist office I went to!

I was very happy with Dr. Tanner and Ashley and my whole dental experience.

First visit, did not have time on this one to complete the dental cleaning, but was very impressed. Recommended to my wife she change dentists to your office.

Prior dental records were not requested or reviewed. A review of the past history might affect a better understanding of the current state and perhaps lead to a more informed treatment plan. For example past xrays depicting bone loss or tissue condition preserves benchmaks established over a period of time.

I came in as a new patient with a broken tooth. The team fit me in so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend to get my tooth fixed. I really appreciate their efforts.

I felt very comfortable and the hygienist explained everything as she went and frequently checked my comfort level.

Excellent, particularly in view of the fact that a sudden family emergency caused me to miss the first consult and, through no fault of mine, was 5 minutes late to 2nd consultative appointment. Extremely pleased with your State-of-the-Art equipment.

Very nice office and friendly staff

I loved the dentist and the dental assistant as well as the receptionist.mthe benefit coordinator was kind of annoying and seemed like a car salesmen. I really did not care for her approach. E hygienist had somewhat off a sales feel too, but she was friendly.

I really appreciated the explanation I received by every staff member. From Ashley explaining the x-ray process to Keeyon who walked me through the details of my examination and cleaning. It was nice to know what was going on the entire duration of my appointment. Thank you!

I have worked in the dental field for 26 years. I was very satisfied with my care. Dr. Tanner was fast and the quality of the work was good. The fillings are good. My only foment is that the filling on my molar has a rough area on it. It was done yesterday and I just need to let them know and I am sure it will be fixed. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF.

I was very pleased with Annette. She was very diligent, friendly, knowledgeable, and clear with all my treatments. I also like that she speaks Spanish, even though I speak English there were some terms that I did not understand.

Thought the fees for crowns were higher than the norm.

Staff were friendly throught visit. Felt at ease and in good care by the professionalism of everyone. No pressure as I felt with my last dentist in California where I felt like I was buying a car with some pressure. Great Team!!!!!!!!!

I was very skeptical at 1st.. I have gone to a dentist in that area before Rita Ranch opened.. I was not happy with his work, you guys took you're time, told me everything you were doing, I appreciated that :) already have referred you to 2 of my family members! thanks again

I felt this office had state of the art equipment and professionalism..much better than dealing with the military base!

I had a toothache and got in same day. That was a plus. I was treated well and had a good experience.

There was a little discrepancy on the cost of treatment;however, everything was taken care of upfront. My wife and I were satisfied with overall treatment that we received. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody. The people who are working in this office are very adepth on what they are doing.

For someone such as myself that has issues with dental work due to past experiences, this office made me feel very comfortable and were upbeat and light hearted. This all helps immensely. Very good overall first visit - even if it is going to cost me an "arm and a leg"!

This was our first visit to the Rita Ranch dental office, my son felt very comfortable there and said he liked it a lot. We are meeting with the orthodontist and look forward to setting up a plan for further dental work.

The last cleaning for my wife and me was NOT VERY SATISFYING, it was performed by a young dentist and seemed to be rushed. The cleaning we had the time before that was EXCELLENT and was provided by a hygienist.

Yesterday I had crown lengthening done by Dr. Xavier Mata. I am very impressed at how comfortable he made me feel. I was extremely nervous, and he and his team made me feel safe. I knew I was in good hands. I also appreciated how Dr. Mata called me in the evening to see how I was doing. Thanks for your care and professionalism!

Best dental experience I have ever had.

Dr Tanner and his assistant, Ashley, were wonderful! I have a lot more work to be done with my teeth, and I will definitely be requesting the two of them! Also, my husband will be coming to Rita Ranch Dental Group in the future after hearing about my great experience!

Dentist did not take his time to explain things to me. He got fustrated that I was deaf and walked off.. Kind of rude and he gave my husband better treatment. Treated him with more respect. I don't appreciate that.

I need a basic prophy cleaning- would like a cost estimate for only that

Love Ashley. It's nice that she's local and has been there awhile. The only thing I might encourage is to retain your staff longer to build more comfort level between staff and patients. There's a lot of turnover and it seems every time I go I'm dealing with someone I haven't met before. I enjoyed Dr. Tanner a lot and hope he can stick around for my next visit!

While I was pleased with the overall treatment at this clinic, I was very dissatisfied with the appointment process. I received an email notification for an appointment, which I confirmed I would attend. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment time, I was told that I was not scheduled for that day. Apparently I had been originally scheduled with a dentist who had since left the clinic, and I was rescheduled for the time and date I was actually seen. At no time was I ever told I had been rescheduled. I had to take the time to go to the clinic for an appointment that was no longer scheduled. I find this to be very unprofessional.

Everyone was fantastic & super friendly. I was very impressed with the office setting. The dental assistant (Diane? Deanne?) did a great job of informing me of the 'process' (what was going to happen next and who would be in to see me instead of just leaving me to sit in the chair and wait) Rachel, the hygenist was very sweet and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Lastly, Dr. Tanner was great! He has great 'chair side manner' -- personable, thorough, detailed, gentle...the best dentist I have been to! Most of all, I was extremely happy that everything (xrays, exam, cleaning, and filling) were all done in one visit...that has never happened to me before! It was so convenient. I will definitely refer my friends to this office and my boyfriend will start his dental care there at the end of October. A great big THANK YOU!

One of your hygentists was out sick the day I was in, so I had a little wait time for my cleaning. Because I was in no hurry, it was not a problem for me. I am very happy with the entire experience; your staff is the most professional and pleasant I have ever had at any dentist. I fully expect to remain a patient of Dr. Tanner's for the long term.

No reason to have a treatment plan as no work to be done at this time. Understand the importance of proactive dental care and cleaning.

My original appointment was cancelled due to the dentist or hygenist being at another office. I would have thought that this would have been known at the time the appointment was made.

Had an in-office crown put in. I currently have NO pain(just some sorness - to be expected). Will go back!

The dental aspect of the office was great, Dr. Cho, and dental staff are great and very thorough. There is too much pressure for additional treatments, instead of offering and showing options it feels like you are with a salesman and they pressure you to buy something else. The hispanic lady that came in to talk about the additional treatment actually resorted to telling a story to make me feel guilty about not purchasing the additional treatment that day. I definetly do want additional treatment but financial obligations do not allow me to do it at this time, that does not mean I will not do it in the future.

Appointments tend to run behind schedule, even in the morning. I was disappointed that my previous two appointments were cancelled by the office the day before they were scheduled and I was asked to reschedule. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and the exam could be done but the cleaning would have to be rescheduled.

I absolutely love my four front crowns. I understand that in the future you will be getting a machine that can make more than one Cerec crown at a time; that will help a great deal on the time factor. But, I repeat, I LOVE my new crowns.

As far as my treatment plan- I think I just need normal cleanings and that is why I think I don't have one. I love Rita Ranch Dental- everyone is very nice and my visits are normally pretty quick (I understand it can get busy sometimes).

Overall, I had a good experience with this office. The x-ray technology was superb and comfortable, but I felt the hygienist could have been more gentle with her care. My bottom lip was sore yesterday after the cleaning, and I felt it was busted. This was confirmed today when I woke up with a scab on the right side of my bottom lip (side closest to the hygienist). I think she was unaware of how much pulling she was doing in that area, hence my busted lip. I've never had that problem before. I also had a headache after the cleaning, which has not happened to me before, and I had to request dark glasses, as they were not offered. Also during the cleaning, there were a few times when she had to stop because I was obviously having pain. I felt "zinged" in one area on a back bottom molar and expressed this to her at the time. I felt I had a good cleaning, but I felt it could have been accomplished in a much more gentle manner. I think my teeth were in fairly good shape and didn't re

This was the best dental exam and cleaning experience I have ever received. I actually felt like I was at a spa! I have already referred 3 people to your clinic. You are awesome!!!

Best experience I have had at a dental office!

The appointment took longer than expected. I was waiting in the room for a while before the dental hygienist showed up and a while before my dentist showed up. Overall the appointment took 1:15 when I was only seen for about 15 mins of it if that.
