When the Dentist came in he did not introduce himself to me. After he walked out I had to ask the Dental Asst. his name. I also noticed that after the dentist cleaned my teeth he did not floss them. In the past that has been part of the service of having your teeth cleaned.

The Dental Assistant who originally started to take the dental x-rays, in my opinion, needs a little more experience. She needs more training and experience in placing the x-ray device within my mouth in a manner with which to minimize pain. The Dental Assistant to completed the x-rays was much more experience and minimized the discomfort.

I started with a great feeling of the office, staff and Dr. Yeaman. The assistant was very professional and attentive. I liked being shown the status of my teeth, fillings and gums on the x-rays. The doctor was good at explaning everything.I was only disappointed in the fact that I went in for a regular cleaning and was told that I needed a laser treatment that they wanted to start right away. I felt like they were trying to "sell" me something else (while in the dental chair) when it could have waited until after the basic cleaning. I felt that once I declined the laser treatment that the dentist hurried the cleaning.

I had commented on my registration form about how anxious I am in this environment & I don't feel like that was taken into account at all on my first visit.

Very good operation. The dentist, Scott, is very, very good.

Great job. Definitely would recommend going here if you are looking for a new and inexpensive dentist.

would like to be treated on emergency basis whether i had down payment or not insurance should have been initial down payment in an emergency situation due to our economic time

Overall I found your staff to be very professional. However, I do have one comment. I was referred to as "Hon" several times. That only brings down the level of standards for your whole team. First, this was my initial visit and second I have a name. It felt a little like I was being patted on the head for eating all my vegetables.

With the difficulty and bad experiences in the past with dentists, I have finally found a caring dental team. The dentist Dr. Yeamen is outstanding in his compassion and gentle dental care. My extraction was extremely difficult but Dr. made it bareable. I am very pleased. I will definitely return.

I felt confident about the quality of care for both my kids. The hygenist did an excellent job and the dentist seemed to assesss the situation pretty handily. Here are some of my other my thoughts as a dicscerning consumer. I thought since we were the only patients at that time of the day that any one part of the staff should have spent more time learning about who we were - which part of the community we were from - our previous dentist etc. While the environs and people are pleasant you didn't emote much warmth. Honestly I left not knowing the names of a single person - except that the dentists' name is Scott. I am not sure why you are not promoting his last name throughout the branding but I for one am confortable knowing more about my trusted Healthcare partners. The dentist said that we would get more information about the course of treatment for wisdom teeth fromt eh staff- especially the cost. The beneifts manager wasn't really prepared to discuss much. Granted itt

The most high tech dental office I have been in. The hygienist was especially the best ever.

This was my first visit, so I haven't had any procedures yet.

I am extremely appreciative of the extra time devoted to my cleaning.

My wife had her appt. and was very satisfied with how easy it was, she was brought back in a timely manner. The assist was very nice and explained everything to her she really liked that. She said the office in all was very nice. Thanks again Sabino Smiles!!

Excellent service from everyone present..

I was taken back somewhat when I had to wait for almost an hour for my hygienist to come in. While I completely understand the nature of why she was late that morning, I wish that my appointment had been scheduled at a different time so that I would not have had to wait. Other than that, I was very impressed with the office and staff.

I came in due to pain, and was treated quickly and appropriately. Everyone was very nice and the whole process was a good experience.

I am very pleased with my experience. My teeth feel cleaner than ever compared to previous cleanings at other facilities. Also my teeth usually hurt after a cleaning due to being poked and even rough flossing. That was not the case here. My mouth did not hurt at all and my teeth are cleaner. The staff was very gentle during the cleaning.

Very pleased with the time and care devoted to my visit. Everyone with whom I came in contact was pleasant, personable and professional. Based on this positive first experience with Sabino Smiles, I will strongly consider having additional dental work performed at this office when my finances allow. Thank you.

the hygientist did a great good scaping my teeth it was the polishing that i felt she did not do a thorough job.

I felt that the office visit took longer than I am use to experiencing, Although, the office staff and dentist were very courteous and efficient. Overall, it was a positive experience.

guess the hygenist didn't show up so it took some time for my cleaning, however was impressed that dental asst and the dentist himself jumped in and did a fantastic job, will come back again.

Very Satisfied. Will see you Wednesday for tooth extraction. We now have EDS insurance...it worked out to be a little less expensive than your discount plan.
