Dr. Nguyen was awesome! He was gentle. I didn't feel a thing! I never thought I would be happy to have a dental appointment. I feel relieved to have found this office. I can't wait to get the rest of my dental work done! I work in a huge office and no one seems to have a good dentist. I'm going to refer everyone I know to this office. Thank You!

Always leaves with a smile

My first visit was 5 hours long. I was a walk in and it was my fist time. I met with the dentist, hygenist and financial consultant and we made a dental plan of action. My biggest concern was that on the second visit I was suppose to have 2 root canals and 2 crowns the same day. That is advertized all over the office and that was the plan we made. That visit after the root canals I over heard the assistant and the dentist saying to put in temporaries. I stopped the assistant and asked and she said yes that they would not be putting in the crowns and I had to ask to talk to the dentist twice. finally the densits came in and said that there was a miscommunication between the staff and myself. I dont know why they felt the need not to tell me or tell me that it would be a problem when we had discussed the plan 2 days prior. I was told to come in 4 hours later if I wanted to have them put it. I did but it was very inconsideerate and inconvienient.

The staff at Tustin Dental is always welcoming, professional, and honest with procedure options and costs. Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job with my root canal - no pain meds required following the procedure!

Usually my office visits are fast and efficient, in and out. This time I felt that it took way to long to get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was at 1pm, and I arrived at 1:03pm. I didn't get in for x-rays until 1:30p The dentist didn't come and finish my cleaning until after 2 pm, finishing my appointment at 2:30pm. I felt that this should have taken an hour and that is what I allotted in my schedule.

Got a small blister on the corner of my mouth after my visit which has lasted for a week. Believe it may have been from the polish and floss portion of the cleaning, which was rather uncomfortable. The polisher was rubbing on my mouth frequently and the floss was extremely deep into my gums. Could definitely use a bit more care during those procedures. All else went very smoothly. The dental assistant was fantastic and the dentist very thorough in describing everything.

I really like this office and everyone there, I just wish you had more evening hours....

The most friendly dental staff I have ever encountered. Normally I hate going to the dentist but my most recent visits have been great and I feel very confident referring tbis office to others.

i love the service, i am so glad that i have returned to tustin dental.

The Orthodontist explained everything to my son that she was going to do. The assistant was wonderful as well as patient with my son making sure that he was okay the whole time.

Everyone in your office is very nice and I like that they remember me and my family members when we come in. They also always offer creative solutions to help me be able to pay for services when I'm unable to afford it(i.e. discounts, affordable payment options etc.).

I am terrified of needles and feel woozy at the thought of anything entering my body, and my Endodontist was very sensitive to this and did a wonderful job calming me and giving the injections! I was extrememly nervous and anxious upon entering the office for my procedure (root canal) and the entire staff was so understanding, calming, and sensitive to my concerns. Thank you!

Was really happy on the treatments I recvd here. The staff were all very nice not overly nice where other dental office make you feel very uncomfortable. I will definitely be back for other treatments and I look forward to tustin dental 2 work on replacing my bridge!!

Overall, I am usually very anxious when visiting the dentist. My appointment was not stressful in any way and I felt that the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I liked that I did not feel pressured into any type of treatment but was simply presented with an explanation of my current needs and what that would cost. Thank you for a great experience at the dentist! I may schedule appointments more regularly.

I wish that I had been given the cleaning that I thought I was there for. To have to schedule a seperate appointment for cleaning just takes up more time. My experience is that it's always been done at the same time.
