Office Manager has a very well trained staff. Everyone knows their place and work together as a team. I was happy with my visit and treatment provided for my dental care!

This dental office is great. Everyone is friendly. The only thing I've encountered a problem with is wait time. This last appt took about an hour from start to finish. I was there for my 6 month check up and had a cleaning. The time before that it was easily over an hour. I sat in the dentist chair for 30 to 45 minutes because the dentist was running behind. They were apologetic. And even with the wait, I do still come to this office. I just wish they could do something about wait time please! ;0)

I was extremely impressed wwith the office the minute I walked in. My only complaint is,I was put in a chair and was told the Dr. would be right in then another tech came in and said the same thing and agine that happened. I finally was able to call someone and then Dr Lee was with me. If the Dr wasn't available I just wish someone would hae told me!!

I did not have my teeth cleaned on this visit. You should have an N/A category for that.

Everyone was wonderful. My family really will benefit from being patients here for dentistry and othodontics! Thank You.

overall, unlike previous visit, everyone did excellent job for my last visit. Great improvement from previous time. The Dentist (Dr.Ly) is excellent on hands and was very informative of his assessment and was caring throughout the procedure. Him and everyone else were very caring during the whole procedure. The procedure lasted long hours but everyone provided very personal and the best care they can up to the last minute. Only one thing perhaps I like to add is that during the procedure if the patient is informed as what is the next step of treatment may provide extra level of comfort to patient e.g."we will take the impression of your tooth now" or "next so and so will fit your temporary cap" etc But again I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at this clinic. Thank you

I received a bill from the billing department for no apparent reason as I did not owe any money.

Appointment time was 2 pm for checkup and cleaning. Left office at3:45. 60% of the time was waiting in exam room. I believe that your office time management needs tweeking.

After I arrived, 4 more patients came in. All were taken back before me, which is odd since patients are usually seen in order. I waited 40 minutes before being called in, which is highly unusual, but the office appeared to be very busy that day. Overall, though, I still received superb care!

I liked the feel of the office. I thought it was very up-to-date and had the latest technology. I felt the doctor was thorough and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. I appreciated the way everyone made me feel from the time I entered until I left. Everyone was very nice.

John, who obtained my signatures at the beginning and discussed additional costs, was especially nice! I always feel so welcome at this office....everyone is extremely friendly.

The office manager and Ana have always been really great to us. Please continue to stand behind your work. I have co-workers who have told me concerns about dental offices not standing behind their work. As a consumer, this is and will continue to be very important to me. I just want to say that Ana is amazing. Im very greatful for all the help shes given me throughout my treatment. The only thing i dislike is that its recently become extremely hard to get a call back.

I was glad to have been offered the option to have my sons fillings redone right there and then verses setting another appointment=)

Due to a crown issue I needed a dentist ASAP. I do not have insurance but am in the process of getting mine started. I called explained my problem and was given an appt. that day. My husband is a patient there and have been extremely pleased with your work and staff. My insurance should come effective next week so i'm hoping to be able to come back to your office and get my dental issues taken care of.

Should have started coming here sooner. Feel very comfortable in switching over my dental care from my previous dentist. I like the state of dental equipment and computer technology you offer as opposed to my previous dentist.

The staff was great! Especially Dr. Ly and Joanne, they were wonderful! My 6 year old son is petrified of shots and they were able to keep him comfortable and feeling safe while filling in a cavity. I was amazed. Afterwards, Dr. Ly thought it would be a good idea to show my son the instrument he used for anesthesia so next time he wouldn't be scared. My son was shocked that the needle was so big! Excellent service! Thank You!

This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. Everyone made her feel extremely comfortable, from John at the front desk to the young lady who took her x-rays. The dentist was extremely kind and related everything he was going to do to her teeth in a way she would understand and not be scared. I would definately recommend (and have) Crossroads Dental Group!

Ive had the best experience here considering i usually dislike dentist office. I recomend and thank them for everything .

I had an appointment at 7:00 but was not taken back for my x-ray until 7:20. It is difficult to wait that long when I have a scheduled appointment and commitments after my appointment. Once I was seen, my care progressed quickly and the team was sensitive to my time concerns.

HAD BEST EXPERIENCE AT A DENTAL OFFICE EVER.KIDS REALY SAID WOULD GO BACK,!!!

Overall, my experiences here have been EXCELLENT - Dr. Mike is amazing with dealing with my anxiety around dentistry (yes, I'm a 33-year old baby)! However, this last time, there was a dental assistant/hygienist(?) who was pretty new, and who didn't realize that I needed to get scaling done. I asked her, and she said, "no, you just need a cleaning," but might have been better off checking with the doc. Then she proceeded to polish and floss my teeth, but I could tell that she hadn't been trained very well, because she didn't do a thorough or complete job with it. Dr. Mike was nice enough to call me back to let me know that there had been a mistake, and I was able to reschedule. This is the ONLY time I've ever been dissatisfied with the treatment. She probably just needs a little bit more guidance during her first few weeks....Overall, I love coming to this office.

I have to make up my mind how much money we can spend beyond the root canal and crown that is extremely necessary at this time. Every one was extremely nice.

Dr. Gill and Ana are receptive to my wishes and responseive to my needs.
