My whole experience was excellent. I spent a lot of time in the office but I understood that they were very busy. The entertainment was excellent with the television. Very nice office. Does not feel like low quality, out of date dentistry. Dr. Khan was very personable and she knows what she is doing and kept observing how my progress was coming along with my crown being made. Loved the technology.. Very interesting.

I love the business model of how your office is run. I love the visibility of the office. I loved the layout of the waiting room with the semi private area for kid play. I loved the transparency of the staff. Overall it was the most fantastic dental experience of my long (57 yrs) life. I especially LOVED Doctor. The only constructive feedback I have is, please be cognizant of your patients time. Meaning if I show up on time, this should be reciprocated with seeing me closer to my scheduled appointment. Both visits I had waited close to thirty minutes before I was seen. I realize that each patient being seen may have required more time for their treatment, and thus creates a back-up. Perhaps proactive communication would assist, or offer water, tea, etc. to distract the patient, HA!! Overall I felt my time spent was worthwhile, and I can see this practice doing very well, keep up the great job!!

I think being new the reception people are a little off their game. I had to remind them to charge me for my visit. I wasn't asked to re-schedule a 6 month check up either so I didn't set one. Besides that everyone was very friendly and professional, I'm very happy to be a patient. Oh also, I told three people my information in the system was wrong and no one knew how to fix it...technology is only as useful as the people that are using it.

Very clean, friendly, no paper works(best part) and everyone makes you so comfortable. This is the first dental office where someone explained the cost of each procedure they do and what my insurance will cover. Above all, my 7 yr old son loved the whole experience because his dentist patiently explained what each instrument does, answered all his questions AND he got to watch his favorite movie during the treatment. Wonderful experience. I drive 45 min to this office and it was all worth it.
