Dr. Arash Elie was absolutely the best dentist I have ever visited. She explained everything she was doing. She answered all my questions. She was great with pain management and treated me respectfully. Edith was very pleasant also. I truly appreciate their exceptional care and will recommend this office to my coworkers and friends.

I could not be happier with the dentist and the gentleman who did my x-rays. I enthusiastically recommend both of them!! The woman who did my cleaning, however, was not very thorough, and was often careless (bumping my teeth with tools, putting the suction tool too far back and then letting it hang, leaving a lot of polish grit on my teeth, etc.). She also told me 3 different lengths of time to leave the fluoride varnish on (30min, 35min, 1 hour). To be honest, I left wondering if she was "on something."

Dr Karabell is the best! Efficient use of time and he gets the job done painlessly. The dental assistants and hygenists are also wonderful - professional and courteous. My only negative comment is that the receptionists are always so busy that it often takes a while to get checked in and out at the end of the visit. However, they are very courteous and professional.

This visit was excellent. Though we had only an appointment with the orthodontist, the dentist was able to squeeze in a quick xray and exam, and then perform the necessary extraction during the same visit. We did experience a wait with this (2 hours start to finish), but getting it all done when needed more than made up for this. I am very pleased with the services we receive.

It seems that the office staff, save a select few, don't really know or aren't fully informed of the email coupons that I've received. I wasn't able to use one, or choose more work to be done and use the coupon because the office manager wasn't there. I chose not to have a procedure done because the office wasn't sure of the coupon was right for the work I was needing. Clarification amongst the staff might be needed.

Would like to switch to a different payment process. Seems like there is so much concern about the office not getting paid that it drives the approach for all patients, even if I always pay. I would like to move to a model where I get treatment, insurance is billed and then I pay the balance. I may end up moving to a different dental practice that will follow this approach for payment.

I am most happy with this dental office. I just had one little critcism on my first visit. When I was having x-rays, the patients in the waiting room had a clear view of me getting x-rays (gag reflex and all), and I had a clear view of the waiting room patients while my mouth was positioned for x-rays...........not a comfortable situation. I think there should be a little more privacy regarding x-rays ...........at least not have patients in the waiting room watching the whole thing. Otherwise, most pleased with all aspects of the office. Thanks.

Everything was great except when talking about the cost and making a plan to fit more into what my insurance will pay. The benefits coordinator basically handed me the paperwork and said ok what do you want to do? It makes me put off ANY treatment as it is just too costly instead of giving me a second plan of action more in my budget. Hell I can do the job of the benefits coodinator without any experience.

Wasn't quite sure why my daughter was scheduled for her visit because she had a cleaning in January and she said she had an exam then too. Wasn't until after we looked up her chart that we found out she was a week away from her 3 month cleaning and her last exam was in September. But everything worked out OK after that.

The overall visit was good. The only issue I had was the polishing. Normally an assistant would focus on each tooth, then move on to the next tooth. The way the assistant polished my teeth made it seem like she was rushing and I felt like it could have been done in a more quality type of manner. The doctor did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and the rest of the staff was very professional.

I came into your office to SEE if this is the office to change to and not really to schedule an appointment. Everyone was so helpful and a spot was open in the next 10 minutes and BOOM, there i was and five hours later if left with a numb mouth and well on the way to help me out with a very bad gum problem. I am confident my next treatments will go as well. This is from one of those persons who just "forgot" or "didn't have time" or "something else to do" or "this will be as bad as my last dentist!" was an excuse for way tooooo long and got me in trouble. Thank you to all and i will stay to get my problems solved.

The way finances are handled trouble me...the fact that money is collected up front before anything is done, no matter how serious. Our experience with my husband's situation has caused him to try to find another dentist who is, as stated in this survey, "sensitive to our financial situation."

Visit was for annual check up with xrays. Only issue was a delay in seeing the dentist because he had an emergency. Staff explained this and it added maybe 20 minutes to my wait. Not a problem. Emergencies must come first.

I LOVE my dentist, but I find the hygenist (or assistant?) who does the floss and polish to be overly aggressive. I feel like they are ripping through my gums when they floss. This time I ended up with polish all over my face and the suction tube forced down my throat. During previous visits I have been criticized by the hygenist ("You wouldn't have this problem if you flossed")... immediately after having been told by the dentist that my gums look great (I do floss daily). They also never introduce themselves.

I love Valencia Dental. Every time I go I have a wonderful Doctors visit. But every time I go there seems to be some new expensive treatment offered to me. I am not at a place right now financially, where I can get afford extra dental treatments. I'd like to but I can't. Other than that I love it and I have recommended Valencia Dental to many of my friends who ask who I use.

Going to the dentist used to be a frightening experience for me. However, your office has alleviated that fear. Your staff always seem compatible which is important in an office setting. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather go shopping than the dentist but you do make the experience as pleasant as possible.

it would help for the assistants to introduce themselves, and let the patient know what their job is... for example the benefits coordinator, should say, Hi, I'm Jose and I am going to explain the financial aspect of your treatment... etc..
